Saskia Walker
loves to read and write stories where magic and passion are found in unexpected situations. Her favorite fairy tales reflect this, stories like “Cinderella,” and the tales of “Scheherazade” and the “Arabian Nights.” Saskia began writing in 1996 and her fiction has now been published in more than fifty anthologies. Her novel-length work spans from contemporary erotic romance to exotic fantasy. Saskia lives in the north of England on the winds-wept Yorkshire moors, where she happily spends her days spinning yarns. She has lots more stories to tell, so be sure to visit www.saskiawalker.co.uk.

Allison Wonderland
has a B.A. in women’s studies, a weakness for lollipops and a fondness for rubber ducks. Her
favorite sound is Fran Drescher’s voice, and her cocktail of choice is a Shirley Temple. On the fairy-tale front, she is quite fond of Jane Yolen’s collection,
Not One Damsel in Distress.
(She finds the dearth of distressed damsels very refreshing.) Allison has contributed to numerous anthologies, including
Island Girls, Hurts So Good, Coming Together: At Last
and
Visible: A Femmethology.

about the editor

Once upon a time, Alison Tyler was a shy girl with a dirty mind. Then a magical fairy godmother (also known as the editor of
Playgirl Magazine
) handed over a pen, and all of her fantasies began to spill out onto lined notebook paper. Over twenty-five racy novels, forty-five explicit anthologies and a thousand stories later, Alison gives thanks every day to that very first editor who showed her the way.

Called a “Trollop with a Laptop” by
East Bay Express,
a “Literary Siren” by
Good Vibrations,
and “over caffeinated” by her favorite local barista, Alison has made being naughty a full-time job. Her sultry short stories have appeared in more than a hundred anthologies including
Sex for America, Liaisons
and
Bedding Down.

Ms. Tyler is loyal to coffee (black), lipstick (red) and tequila (straight). She has tattoos, but no piercings; a wicked tongue, but a quick smile; and bittersweet memories, but no regrets. She believes the rain won’t fall if she doesn’t bring an umbrella, prefers hot and dry to cold and wet, and loves to spout her favorite motto: You can sleep when you’re dead. She chooses Led Zeppelin over the Beatles, the Cure over the
Smiths, and the Stones over everyone—yet although she appreciates good rock, she has a pitiful weakness for eighties hair bands.

In all things important, she remains faithful to her partner of fifteen years, but she still can’t choose just one perfume. Anyone who’s met her would understand immediately when she says “Goldilocks” is her favorite fairy tale. There is a subtle art to being naughty—and to trying out a lot of beds.
