Come Back To Me (21 page)

"At least you have some
signatures on there."

"Yeah, Gary and Harold
signed it for me. Guess they felt bad." She shrugged.

"I'll sign it later for you,
I promise."

Her face lit up like
fireworks on the 4th of July.

Jake grabbed her hand, as
they boarded the plane and took their seats. He was happy to be in
such close proximity with her after not seeing her for
weeks.

The flight seemed to take
forever. Maybe it was his nervousness for what he had planned, and
maybe it was because he still wanted into the mile high club. Once
the fasten seatbelt sign blinked off, he undid his
harness.

"I'm gonna go to the
bathroom..." He winked.

"Mind if I join you?" She
whispered.

Jake nodded, and walked to
the back of the plane to where the bathrooms were located. They
both looked around and when they saw no one was looking, they
ducked into the small area and locked the door.

Jake pushed Emily against
the wall and took her mouth in a passionate kiss. "God I've been
waiting forever to do that again." He breathed.

As he kissed her again, he
felt her hand wander to the crotch of his pants. She undid the fly,
shoved her hand inside his boxers, and grabbed his cock. Jake let
out a moan of approval.

Her eyes were filled with
mischief, and he could tell what was on her mind. "Can I?" She
asked.

Jake nodded, and Emily
dropped to her knees. She jerked his pants down until they were
around his ankles, and began to stroke his cock until it was fully
hard. She looked up at him with her sparkling blue eyes, as he saw
his engorged member disappear into her waiting mouth.

"Oh My God!" He yelled
out.

She pulled him in further
until the head of his cock touched the back of her throat. She
hollowed out her cheeks, and sucked harder. Once her saliva coated
every inch, she began to move her head forward and backwards. Jake
buried his hands in her hair to guide her progress. She moaned with
pleasure along with him, and he knew it wouldn't take long to
climax at this rate.

Emily used her right hand to
stroke his cock in time with her mouth.

"Baby, that feels so damn
good." Jake encouraged.

Jake could feel his release
coming on fast. His legs began to stiffen, and he felt that
familiar tingle at the base of his spine.

"Em, if you don't want me to
come in your mouth, you'd better stop now."

She looked up at him and let
him know she had no intention of stopping. Jake felt the first
spurt of his cum hit the warmth of her mouth. His orgasm seemed to
last forever and she swallowed every single drop he had to offer.
Once he came down from the sensations, Emily pulled his cock from
her mouth and continued to lick him off until he was
clean.

Jake pulled her up off her
knees and kissed her, tangling his tongue with hers, he tasted
himself. It was a sublime combination, her sweetness mixed with the
saltiness of his release. He didn't think he has experienced
anything so erotic in all his life.

"We should probably get back
to our seats before we get caught." She suggested.

"Yeah, good idea." Jake said
breathless.

They returned to their seats
and buckled in for the rest of the flight. Emily laid her head on
Jakes shoulder and nodded off to sleep.

"Could this be any more
perfect." He thought.

Thirty-Two

I woke up with my head on
Jake's shoulder, and I couldn't have been happier. I lifted my head
and looked up at him, and he was beaming with joy. My happiness was
short lived when I realized that during my sleep I drooled all over
his dress shirt.

"Oh shit! I'm sorry." I said
while trying to wipe away the spot.

Jake laughed. "I don't think
that’s gonna help."

"I must have been sleeping
well, I never drool." I said embarrassed.

"We'll worry about it later,
come on lets go." He stood, and grabbed my hand.

"So when are you going to
tell me where we're going?"

"Soon." Was all he
said.

The anticipation was killing
me. I wasn't the kind of person that enjoyed surprises, and it had
to be something big for him to be so excited.

We finally got squared away
in a rental car, and hit the highway. I realized that we were
headed in the same direction as before...his parents’
house.

"Are we going to see your
parents?"

"Later, but first I want to
show you something."

The smile never left his
face and he continued to drive, while I sat there not knowing what
was happening.

I recognized the dirt road
that led to his parents’ ranch but Jake passed it up and kept
driving a few miles down the road. He pulled into another dirt
road, and we drove another mile until he stopped the car beside an
open field.

"Uh, seriously if you are
going to kill me at least leave my body where wild animals can't
get to it." I said worried.

Jake let out a giant belly
laugh. "Just get out of the car Em."

"Okay, Okay. Jeez keep your
hair on."

We got out of the car and he
took my arm and led me several yards into the field.

"Jake what is going
on?"

"Wait I need to sign your
cast!"

"If you are telling me you
brought me all the way out here to sign my cast...well that's just
insane!"

"Here I brought my own
marker." He took a black magic marker from his pocket. "Close your
eyes...no peeking."

I closed my eyes, and felt
him lift my casted arm up a bit.

"I'm not hurting you am
I?"

"Nope."

I kept my eyes closed, and
could smell the ink from the marker while he wrote on my cast. Once
he was done I heard him put the lid on it and shove it back into
his pocket.

"Okay all done, take a
look."

I opened my eyes, and looked
down at the cast. What I saw written there gave me the biggest case
of butterflies I had ever had. It wasn't just his name. In big bold
print Jake had written:

WILL YOU MARRY
ME?

"Are you serious
Jake?"

"Yes Emily, I'm very
serious."

"Why did you bring me all
the way out here to ask me?"
Jake waved his arms around. "All of this land is for us; I want to
build you a beautiful house, with a picket fence, of course. I love
you, and I can't imagine going another day without you by my
side."

"Jake I-I love you too!" I
threw my arms around his neck.

"So will you marry
me?"

"YES!" I yelled.

Jake reached into his pocket
and pulled out a small black velvet box. When he opened it there
was an amazing antique set engagement ring inside.

"This was my grandmothers; I
thought you should have it."

My eyes filled with tears.
"Jake, I love it. It's perfect thank you."

Once he slipped the ring on
my finger, I knew I was home. This was the "normal" I had been
hoping for in my life. I didn't need anything but him in my arms
for the rest of my life.

Epilogue

June 5th

This was the day every girl
dreams about, the plans had been made, and I was aglow with
happiness. In Just minutes I was to become Mrs. Jake
Bradford.

There was no more of a
perfect place to pledge my life and love to Jake then his parents’
ranch in Texas. The place where I first saw who Jake really was.
Here I felt complete.

As I stood in the upstairs
bedroom gazing at myself in the full length mirror, I was in awe of
what looked back at me. I hoped Jake liked what he saw. June had
helped me pick out the dress, and it was perfect. Fitted bodice,
off the shoulders, and a high waist. I had a motive for a dress cut
like this but didn't want to ruin the surprise.

June called to me from the
bottom of the stairs and I carefully made my way down.

"Ready?" She
asked.

"Yes."

I stood at the end of an
aisle which was lined with several rows of chairs, the guests
stood, and the music began to play.

I'd always thought I would
be nervous on my big day, but knowing who waited for me at the end
of this aisle had me wanting to run instead of walk.

I chose the latter, not
wanting to trip over my dress and make a fool of myself. As I came
closer to the end, I spotted Gabe, Jakes best man, and Eliza, his
secretary, whom I'd become good friends with. My eyes traveled to
Jake. He took my breath away, and by the star struck look on his
face, I did the same to him.

I finally reached him, and
he took my hands in his. We decided to write our own vows and Jake
recited his first:

Emily,

I promise to
protect and love you for all the days of my life. You are the
person I've waited for, and I would wait a thousand years again, if
I knew I would end up here. Your smile is the reason the sun shines
and sets each day, and I am thankful that you are the person that I
get to share the rest of my life with.

I Love
You.

I tried to hold my composure
as I recited mine to him:

Jake,

Through the good
times and the bad, you have been my shoulder to cry on and my rock
to lean on. You have given me something that I will forever be
grateful for. Each day you show me what it's like to love someone
that knows who you are each and every day. I am the luckiest girl
in the world to be able to spend the rest of my life with you.
Thank you for loving me.

I love
you.

"By the power vested in me
by the great state of Texas, I now pronounce you husband and wife,
kiss your bride"

The feeling at that moment
was surreal, I was his and he was mine.

We made our way back through
the crowd of cheering guests, and I pulled Jake to the
side.

"I have something I need to
tell you."

"Okay." Jake looked
worried.

"Um, we will need to buy
more gifts at Christmas this year..."

"Now why would we need to do
that....Holy shit are you?!"

"I'm pregnant Jake." I
smiled.

"I love you so
much!"
