He loved the
resistance he felt as he rammed his cock into her ass. Isabel tried to muffle a
scream. At that, Luca fucked her even harder until he exploded inside her.
“Now you can
tell me about California,” Luca said.
Isabel’s
mind immediately flashed to Jack. She looked up at her lean, long, new husband.
Luca was beautiful and the power he had over her orgasm was irresistible. She
knew she should let Jack go. Thiers was just a random encounter – or was it?
The eagle
has landed and is on its way to Paris,
she remembered the stewardess saying.
Was that real, or had I imagined that? Is it possible that I’ll see Jack
again? And I did, would I have to choose? Who would I choose?
she wondered.
Luca is a young and beautiful. I like bad boys, and he fit the build. But
Jack – there was something about Jack that made me feel secure and taken care
of. How could I possibly choose between the two? And what would my equally
impulsive new husband do if he found out?
Isabel
stared up into the smoldering, sexy eyes of her husband. They dared her to
speak. It was almost like he already suspected. She slid her hand back onto her
clit and lost herself in his eyes. Fear enveloped her. The question is: was it
a good fear or bad fear? The answer came immediately. Her heart raced as she
considered what would happen next.
The Bookstore
Submissive

Charlene
walked down the sidewalk with purpose. Today was the grand opening of her used
bookstore. At thirty-two, she finally had enough of her own money to invest in
a brick and mortar establishment. For the past five years she scoured print
shops, and online auctions scooping up whatever inventory she could get her
hands on until her two car garage and three quarters of her basement were
filled beyond capacity. Thankfully, she kept the stash organized and in small
boxes, so the crew she recruited to help move everything in wasn’t too
distraught. “I’ll owe you a big one,” was her lighthearted promise.
Charlene
unlocked the three locks on the gate and pushed it to the side, revealing the
ornate wooden door with the stained glass bevels she immediately fell in love
with when she found the rental location. It all happened so fast, the impromptu
lunch with a college sorority sister who just happened to be in town, and whose
family owned the building where both the rental space and restaurant were
located. The minute Charlene stood on the walk in front of the building, she
knew. Stacey just stood back and watched as Charlene peered through the wrought
iron security gate with her mouth gaping.
“Charlie,
what gives?” The slender brunette inquired.
“Stace, this
store front is perfect for my bookstore. I can just feel it. Do you see a sign
for the owner or property manager?” Charlene asked without glancing back.
“You still
have that dream?”
“Yeah,”
Charlene stated as she turned to look at her friend. “You should see my garage
and basement. I’ve collected for years.”
Stacey
studied Charlene for a moment. She knew Charlene was more than capable of
owning a small business. In college, she left nearly everyone in the dust with
her grade point average. In subsequent years, she worked her way up the
corporate ladder, and now earned the credentials of vice president of
marketing. If anyone understood business, it was Charlene. She was not just
another pretty face, and one quick conversation eliminated any notion of the
airhead blonde bimbo.
“You really
think this old place would work? I mean you can’t see anything from the
outside. The inside could be a death trap.”
“Oh, Stace,
look at this place,” Charlene exclaimed. “It has character, distinction, and
with a little elbow grease, glamour.”
“You’re
totally serious aren’t you?” Stacey stated more than asked.
“Damned
straight I am. I’ve wanted this for years, and you know it. Meeting you here
today must be some kind of sign. We haven’t seen each other for almost three
years, and today of all days I find this. I never would’ve been here had you
not suggested it. I never come to this part of town. Why, I don’t know. Look at
all these wonderful shops, and a restaurant right next door.”
“Yeah, this
place is new, that’s why I wanted to come here. They’re just getting started,
and I want to give them all the help they can get. They’re friends of the
family.”
“No kidding.”
“Yeah, and,
Charlene,” Stacey paused for effect, “My family owns the building.”
“No freaking
way.”
“Way.”
“Oh my
freaking God, Stacey,” Charlene screeched. “And you let me just stand her and
ramble on like an idiot? Have you no decency woman? Okay, when can I see it?”
Stacey
smiled and reached into her purse to retrieve a ring of keys. “Is now too soon?”
“Are you
fucking kidding? Let’s go, let’s go dammit.” Charlene fumbled in her purse for
her phone and pressed the speed dial to her office, “CJ? Yeah, hi, it’s me.
Yeah, I know, I know. Is there anything on my calendar that I can’t push out ‘till
tomorrow?” Charlene paused, waiting for her assistant’s lecture about loading
her email on her phone. There was a reason she didn’t want it on her cell, work
took up enough of her life, she didn’t need it with her twenty-four-seven. “Ok,
great, thanks CJ. Can you move Tony to next week and not tomorrow? Perfect.
Thanks. I’m gone and unavailable for the rest of the day.” Charlene felt her
cheeks flush as her assistant prodded for details of an illicit daytime
encounter. “CJ you’ve been reading too many romance novels. Daytime sex would
indicate I had someone to have sex with.” She turned her back on Stacey who
paused to look at her with a penetrating gaze.
Stacey was
on her before she even had the phone back in her purse, “What do you mean you
don’t have a lover?”
“Is that a
real question or rhetorical? It’s just a dry spell; work takes up most of my
time. It’s not fair to be an absent party in a relationship.”
Stacey put
her hands up in the air, “Hey you don’t have to explain it to me. You don’t
need a relationship to have sex you know. It’s called friends with benefits or
hell even just a bootie call. It does wonders for your psyche you know. I just
wish you batted for our team. I could show you a thing or two about casual sex.”
“I have no
doubts, Stace, but you of all people know I’m not into one night stands, and I
don’t like sharing. I know the minute you slap exclusivity it becomes a
relationship.”
“Then you’re
fucking in the wrong crowd honey. Let’s go take a peek.”
Charlene
snapped out of her reverie as she pushed open the door and turned on the
lights. She still smelled the lemon polish and pine cleaner she and her posse
spent the weekend using. The wood shelves gleamed, brimming with the years of
stock Charlene bought and stored. She pressed the button on the tiny Bose
stereo and the space filled with a soft acoustic melody. Humming to herself,
she went into the back to get some coffee brewing. There was still an hour
until she officially opened, but she couldn’t help but arrive early and bask in
her dream.
The little
kitchenette glistened. Charlene reasoned that if most of her life was going to
be spent here, she was damned well going to stock the kitchen so she wasn’t
going to be doing take out all the time. The cabinets overflowed with food
items, and she even had pots and pans for actual cooking. This was going to be
her home away from home; it would be a long time before she could afford even
part time help, so it made perfect sense. She even set up a futon in her office
for those days where driving home just seemed impossible.
“Hey,
Charlie,” a male voice boomed from behind her.
Coffee
filters flew through the air as Charlene shrieked. Bracing her hand on the edge
of the counter the other covering her heart, “Jesus Christ, Jake, are you
trying to kill me? How did you get in?”
Charlene’s
former boss and mentor stood there sheepishly and shrugged, “The door was open,
isn’t it supposed to be?” He tried to appear casual as he pulled a huge bouquet
from behind his back. “Here these are for your grand opening.”
“Oh, Jake,
they’re beautiful. You shouldn’t have, but thank you so very much. It means a
lot you know,” Charlene replied scooping up the keys from the table and tossing
them over. “Could you please lock it up? I don’t officially open for an hour. I’m
not ready.”
Jacob
Winthrop IV smiled. “Sure, no problem. I can lock it up. You’re right we don’t
want anyone coming in prematurely.” He turned away from Charlie with a smile on
his face. Of all the luck, this was turning out better than he even dreamed of.
He’d wanted to get in Charlie’s pants for years, but he would never risk a
sexual harassment suit. She was too good at what she did for him to transfer
her to another department, so for years he suffered each time she came into his
office in her business suits. Her blouses that gave just the hint of cleavage,
those skirts that stopped just at her knees leaving her slender calves right
there for him to ache to reach out and touch.
He felt his
cock stir. She looked much more casual today, but even in her jeans he wanted
her more than ever. She had to know the effect she had on him, she dressed that
way on purpose, teasing him and always keeping him at arm’s length.
Charlie’s
lilting voice boomed to the front of the store, “You want a coffee?”
“Sure” he
hollered back. “Remember how I like it?”
Charlie’s
laugher wafted toward him, beckoning him closer. She looked up as he rounded
the corner, “You’re such a jackass you know. We take our coffee the same way.”
“Well how
was I to know? You could have changed,” he replied setting the bait.
“In two
weeks? Come on. How’s everyone back there? How’s the Morton account?”
“You don’t
work for me anymore, Charlie,” he offered, tossing out the line.
“What do you
mean? I know that. It doesn’t mean I can’t ask about my old accounts, Jake.”
Charlene countered.
“Do you
want to know?” Jake asked as he took a few steps closer. “Do you really want to
know?” And took a few more steps toward her.
“Is
something wrong, Jake?”
“Absolutely
not, Charlie, I think I need to clarify a few things though.” He almost
whispered he was so close now.
“What
things?” she asked warily.
“About what’s
happened since you left, and the repercussions.”
“Oh no,
what happened? Did my replacement screw it up?”
“You could
say that. The Firm has held the Morton account for over fifty years Charlie,
and because of the replacement you hired, that’s now in jeopardy,” Jake
proffered, somewhat stretching the truth. The Morton’s were disappointed at
Charlie’s departure, but Jake had them well in hand, and nowhere near the
newbie. However, Charlie didn’t have to know this.
“Oh no. Can
I do anything to help? I feel responsible,” Charlene exclaimed.
“I feel you’re
responsible too, Charlie. I’m glad to hear you take ownership of your mistake,
your fuck up.”
“It can’t
be that bad, Jake. Maybe I can work with Chad and mentor him on the side.”
“No, I’m
afraid that won’t do it. I think you need to be punished, Charlene,” Jake
replied calmly and quietly. Having wedged her into the corner of the counter,
she had nowhere to go. He watched her struggle with his words, try and find her
own.
“What do you
mean, Jake? Are you going to sue me?” She would lose everything; even just the
hint of a lawsuit for breach of contract would keep people from her doors. She
recommended and hired her own replacement; if he was screwing up they could
come after her for corporate sabotage.
“I really
hope it doesn’t come to that, Charlie. I’m sure we can come to some other arrangement,”
he responded with what he hoped was genuine concern as he reeled her in.
“Christ,
Jake, there’s got to be another way. Can I talk with Hugh?”
“I don’t
think you want to do that, Charlie. I can keep it contained, but if it leaks
out, then it’s out of my hands. So I’d like to keep it in my own hands.”
“I don’t
know what to do, Jake. I didn’t mean for any of this to happen. I can’t get
sued, I’ll lose everything,” Charlie said despondently. She could feel the tears
coming.
“Do you
trust me Charlie?” he asked quietly.
“You know I
do, Jake.”
“Then do
what I say and this’ll be over and done with before you even open your store
for the day.”
Charlie
looked up into his penetrating gaze and wasn’t sure she liked what she saw. She
looked around, feeling uncomfortable being so close to him.
Jake backed
up a few steps and sat in one of the dinette chairs. “Take down your pants,
Charlie.”
Charlene’s
eyes widened in horror. He wanted sex to make this go away. Her horror quickly
gave way to anger at his implication, “How dare you! If you wanted sex, I’m
sure you could have come up with something else besides blackmail.”
“I can
assure you, if it was sex I was looking for,” he paused and narrowed his eyes, “you’d
already be naked and riding my cock.” He let the statement linger between the
two of them on purpose. He wanted her mind to spin out of control wondering
what he was up to. “However, if you’re a good girl, and take your punishment
like you should, I might just reward you when I’m finished.”
“You can go
to hell, Jake. I don’t know what’s gotten into you, but I clearly misjudged
your character,” Charlie retorted and tried to walk past him.
Jake was too
quick and prepared for her. His arm snaked out and grabbed her around the waist
and in her moment of surprise, effortlessly pulled her down across his lap.
Charlene
quickly recovered and tried futilely to stand up. Jake locked her legs under
his and held one hand firmly on her back — keeping her in place. It was then
the brevity of the situation hit her.
