Bewitching the Reclusive Billionaire Cowboy (18 page)

The doorbell rang. “I think your company is here. I’ll show you later. It’s plans for a bigger house. I want your input.”

Her heart felt like it might burst with happiness. “It sounds wonderful but very expensive.”

“Honey, don’t you know, I’m a rich man.” He smiled. “Thanks to my brother’s magic touch in investing our family money and the success of my books.”

“Wow, no, I didn’t realize. Where will the house be built?”

“On the prairie close to our waterfall.”

She threw her arms around him again and kissed him. “They can wait a moment,” she muttered. “I love you in spite of your being wealthy.” She kissed him again and walked toward her front door as she heard him laughing behind her.

Her friends and Graham got along fine. He’d put himself out to be pleasant. Gina noted how much patience he had with the little ones running around. He’d surprised her, but then he always said he loved Dirk’s children. He’d make a good father and a wonderful husband. She glanced at her ring for the hundredth time.

“Checking to make sure it’s still there?” her friend Maria asked. Gina, Maria, and Judy were sitting to the side while the men lay on the floor and built a fort out of a new building set one of the boys had brought.

“They’re having fun,” Judy said. “We can have some girl talk. Are you sure this will last? It’s been a whirlwind romance.”

“To me it seems longer. I fell for him quickly, but we’ve had some ups and downs and come through them stronger.”

“Still, what do you know about him?”

“He’s a writer.” She told them his pseudonym.

“I can’t believe it. We read his books all the time and can’t wait for the next one,” Judy said.

“Don’t tell anyone his real name. He uses another name to keep his privacy. Which is important to him. He’s reclusive and had difficulty having me around for a while.”

“You stayed with him?” Maria asked.

“Him, and his mother, and he has other brothers and sisters-in-law nearby. There’s one more brother and his sister that I haven’t met yet. It’s a large, loving family.”

“I feel much better about this, knowing who he is and about his large family,” Judy said.

“We want you to be happy and maybe invite us to Montana sometime,” Maria said.

“I will, to both of those things you mentioned.”

Gina glanced across the room. Graham raised his head and quirked an eyebrow at her. She smiled when a little hand shook his arm and said, “Mr. Brodie, can you put this log in place for me?” The little boy pointed to a spot.

Graham grinned at her and then gave the boy his full attention. “Sure, I’ll fix it for you.” His head bent close to the boy’s.

Her heart pounded with love and joy. She heard Judy say in her no-nonsense voice, “She’s in love. We won’t get any sense out of her for at least six months.”

Chapter Seventeen

They had driven Gina’s car back to Montana filled with “stuff,” as Graham called it.

“We may have to double the size of the house for all your things and to give me some room that isn’t cluttered,” Graham said as they viewed the spot where the house would be built.

“I don’t clutter. You said you liked my apartment.”

“I did. But I didn’t want to live there.”

Gina glanced up at him. “Are we having a fight?”

“I hope not. I never fight. We’re discussing.”

She went into a fit of giggles. “You, discussing?”

“You’re much too jovial. I fear it might rub off.” His eyes twinkled with laughter.

“My, I hadn’t thought about what effect I might have on your reputation. No one in town would recognize a smiling Graham. Dear me, what shall we do?”

He swung her into his arms and headed for the waterfall.

“You need a cold shower.”

“Not in my clothes.”

Graham put her down and stood back. “Then take them off.”

She pulled her T-shirt over her head. She hadn’t worn a bra, and then she yanked her jeans and panties down and off. Her sneakers were last. Graham leaned against the boulder staring at her.

“Men. All you think about is sex.”

“You’re right.” His lip curled up in the half smile she loved. “Are you going to stand around all day or get wet?”

“It’s cold.” She put her foot under the water.

“I guess I’ll have to go in with you.” Graham undressed and, lifting her, stepped into the waterfall. He kissed her mouth, and she cuddled against his strong body.

Her gorgeous breasts hugged his chest, and her smile illuminated the air around him. His cock was so hard it hurt.

He let her slide down his wet body until all of her was flush against him. His fingers tightened on her sweet ass and jerked her tight against his throbbing dick.

“See how hungry he gets for you? I can never get enough of your sweet body.”

She put her arms around his neck. “Then take me to the blanket and warm me.”

He lifted her legs, and she wrapped them around his middle.

At the blanket he gently laid her down. His kisses started at her face. Taking his time, he kissed, licked, and nibbled at her fair skin.

Her full nipples tasted sweet, and her fragrance of jasmine and lilies scented the air he breathed. When he spread her pussy lips, he licked from her clit to the opening of her pussy. He kissed and licked her pink folds and raked his teeth across her clit. Her body shook with desire, and fire flashed in her golden eyes.

Gina shoved him over and straddled his body. She moved across the top of his legs and took his pulsing cock into her warm mouth. A shot of pleasure almost blew his head off. Her tongue licked across the top and along the sides, then her motion changed to up and down and sucking on his dick.

His fingers held on to her soft curls as his body filled with glorious ecstasy. “I’m coming.”

When her mouth sucked one more time, his orgasm hit him so hard it was pleasurably painful. He arched his back and groaned.

“Are you all right?” Gina asked. Anxiety showed on her face.

“I think so. Give me a moment.” He pulled her close to his side as his body gradually returned to normal.

He studied her lovely face. “How sad. Now we have to start back at the beginning with you.” He clamped his mouth shut to keep from laughing at her expression.

“Sad?” She started to get up, but he pulled her back down on him and rolled. Quickly he sucked on her beautiful breast. “This is a good place to begin. I love you, love you, Gina, almost Brodie,” he said as he scattered kisses over her tummy. Graham glanced up at her. “Tomorrow your friends arrive, and your mother and her husband. The next day we marry.”

“And after our honeymoon I go to work at the library. Our life is going to be wonderful.”

Graham spread her legs apart. He licked across her clit and put two fingers into her pussy. She was wet and hot, but he took his time kissing her pussy lips and rubbing her clit with his thumb. His finger brushed across her sweet spot.

“Take me, now,” she cried out at him.

She watched as he positioned his cock at her opening. “Wait, you forgot the condom.”

“I didn’t forget. Do you want me to get it?”

Her glorious smile warmed him through and through. “No. Let’s both forget it.”

At her word, he plunged in deep, and her hot pussy clenched him tight. She wrapped her legs around his middle, and he slid in farther. An immense wave of wild, passionate bliss engulfed him, and Graham heard her shout of joy as they were both swept away.

They lay in each other’s arms for long minutes. He glanced at her shining auburn curls and her sweet face.

“Our honeymoon may kill me,” Graham whispered in her ear.

She didn’t open her eyes, but smiled. “No. I have lots of sightseeing to do in London and Rome. It’ll keep us so busy there will hardly be time to make love.”

“I knew it. Underneath is a woman who likes to sightsee and shop.”

Gina blinked her eyes open. “I do, but most of the time I’ll be satisfied with your mom, or my sister, or yours to accompany me.”

“Thank heavens, and don’t worry, I’m sure we’ll find time to make love frequently in London and Rome.” He tickled her neck. “You little bewitching witch. What have you done to me?”

“Put you under my spell.”

Epilogue

“Do you like it?” Graham asked. He and Gina stood in the middle of the great room of their new home.

“I love it. Let’s walk through the house.” She led the way into the large eat-in kitchen. “There was room for all of my kitchen supplies, and the table’s big enough for our children to eat breakfast together.”

Graham touched her tummy. She’d gotten bigger this last month. He couldn’t wait to meet his son. “How many children are we talking about?”

“You know. We agreed to two, but if they’re both boys, we’ll try the third time for a girl.”

“Just checking to be sure you remembered.”

“Anyway, if the noise level gets too loud for you, you still have the old cabin to retreat to and do your writing there in the man cave,” she teased.

He nuzzled her neck. “Hmm, you smell good.” He led the way out of the kitchen and up the stairs. “We’ll look at the rest of the downstairs later.”

“I know, you want to see the master bedroom.”

“Have to make sure it’s still exactly what we wanted.”

Gina let go of his hand and walked past their room to the baby’s. “I love the light-blue paint we picked out.”

Graham raised an eyebrow at her.

“I admit I chose it, but you agreed.” She wandered around the room, touching the side of the baby bed, the chest of drawers, and the changing table.

His heart swelled with love for his tiny wife. She’d brought sunshine and light into his life, and now they were going to have a child. His brothers teased him about marrying and the changes he’d made, but it was all in good fun. Somehow, in opening his heart to Gina, he’d also opened it more to the others he loved.

“What are you thinking?” Gina asked.

“About how cute you are.”

“Cute? With this big tummy? I look like a bowling ball with two short legs.”

“You glow.” He leaned against the door frame. “And you don’t have to worry about interrupting my writing.”

“I don’t?”

“I’ve discovered I write much better when I know you’re around.”

“Why, Mr. Brodie, that is the sweetest thing you’ve ever said to me.”

He grinned and took her hand. “Come into our room, and I’ll tell you more.” He swept her into his arms. “I can never get close enough to you. Does your bewitching spell ever wear off?” he asked in a teasing manner as he laid her gently on their bed.

“Never. You’re stuck with me.”

“Thank goodness.” He lay beside her and pulled her into his arms.
