Friday morning came and Willow still hadn't snapped out of her funk.  "What do you say we stay in tonight?  We could order pizza, watch some movies, you know, have a girl's night?"  Sierra asked.

"That sounds good.  I don't feel much like going out tonight anyways."  Willow answered.

"Ok, well I have some running around to do after work, so I'll get some movies.  We'll meet back here at around 7:30?  Will that work for you?"

"That's great.  Gives me some time to go to the gym after work."  Willow said.  "Well, work beckons.  You ready?"  She asked and the two headed out the door.

Willow had just had one of the most intense workouts of her life.  She pushed every single muscle in her body to their limit, and now they were screaming at her.  All she wanted to do when she got home was take a nice hot shower and relax. She couldn't wait for the relaxing night that Sierra had planned.  Willow walked into the apartment, and seeing that Sierra hadn't made it home yet, she made a bee line for the shower.

Willow stood in the shower for what seemed like an eternity.  The water cascaded around her and soothed her aching muscles.  The hot water slowly turned cold, signaling Willow that it was time to get out of the shower.  She turned off the water and wrapped a towel around her body.  As she finished combing out her hair, she heard voices in the living room so she went out to see if Sierra was home watching television.

Willow walked through her bedroom towards the living room and stopped dead in her tracks at the door to the living room when she saw Sierra, Micah and Brody standing in the living room.

"Surprise!"  All three yelled at once.

Willow didn't know whether to be happy or pissed, and instead of either of those feelings, she stood there shocked.  When she realized what was happening, she felt embarrassed more than anything at standing there in only a towel.

"Say something Will.  Don't just stand there with your jaw on the floor!"  Sierra said, laughing.

"Um, excuse me."  Willow said and turned back to her room, shutting the door.

Willow hurried up and got dressed, then sat on her bed, not quite sure what to do or say.  She was so happy to have Brody standing in her living room, but she was still hurt and not quite sure of his feelings.  She didn't know whether she should go out in the living room and pretend like nothing happened, or stay in her room, and be mad about everything that happened.

The decision was made for her when someone knocked on her bedroom door.  Thinking that it would be Sierra, she yelled to come in.  When Brody walked through the door, Willow groaned quietly, and laid back on her bed.

"Hey, I guess ya'll aren't as happy to see me as I am to see you.  I think we need to talk."  He said as he came over to sit on her bed next to her.

"What's there to talk about?  You screwing your maid?  It's none of my business, you're a big boy and you can do what you want."  Willow said, trying to stop her tears from falling.

"If that's what ya'll think, then you're sorely mistaken.  Willow, there is nothing going on between me and Lisa.  You really need to believe that.  She is my employee, and at the most she may be my friend, but nothing beyond that.  I don't have any feelings for her romantic or sexual.  She's not the one I think about all day long.  She's not the one I dream about every night.  There's only one girl who monopolizes my thoughts, and that's you."  Brody said with such tenderness.

"Well, that's not exactly how it sounded when I called the other night."  Willow said, still looking for an explanation.

Brody told her what had happened when she called him the other night, just like he had told Sierra the night after it happened.  Then he said "But I'm still not sure why I have to defend myself.  You are the one who just wanted to be friends.  So, now just because I'm friends with you I can't see other people?"

"No, that's not what I'm saying.  I thought you liked me, and even though it will never work, I was starting to like you too.  I know I'm just going to end up getting hurt in the end, but I can't stop thinking about you either."  Willow said as the tears rolled down her face.

Brody reached over and wiped her tears away.  "Let's not think of that now.  Let's just have fun this weekend and not worry about what happens in the future, ok?"

Willow smiled and nodded.  Brody got up from the bed and took her hand and pulled her up too.  He gave her a big bear hug and then started walking to the door to go back to the living room.

"Wait a minute Country Boy!  You don't get away that easily!"  Willow said and walked up to Brody and kissed him, long and hard.  When she broke the kiss, she looked up into his eyes and said "Hi, welcome to New York!"

Brody laughed and kissed her again.  "Wow, now that's the kind of welcome I like.  Is that how ya'll welcome everyone to New York?"

"Nope, only the ones I like."  She giggled.

"That's how Micah got welcomed at the airport, I thought it was a New York thing?"  He said as he pulled her into another hug and kiss.  "Now, when we go into the living room, Micah isn't going to get the same welcome from you, is he?"  Brody teased.

"We'll have to see, won't we?"  Willow said as she pulled him towards the door to go back to the living room.  It was turning out to be a great weekend after all!

"So, looks like you two worked things out."  Sierra said and smiled at Brody and Willow when they walked out of her bedroom.

"Yeah, you were right, it was a big misunderstanding."  Willow said.

"I know, I asked him about it the other night, but I thought you guys should work it out for yourselves."  Sierra told her with a wink.

"I'm still a little worried that your maid wants you though Country Boy."  Willow said to Brody.

"Well, all that matters is that I don't want her."  Brody told her and leaned over to kiss her cheek.  "Now, wasn't I promised some famous New York pizza?"  He asked as his stomach growled.

"It'll be here in about 10 minutes.  Here's a beer to tide you over."  Sierra said and threw a beer at him and one at Willow.

"Well, after you feed us, we need to go to the hotel and get settled.  Then we are free for the rest of the night."  Brody said.

"Huh?  Don't even think about staying in a hotel.  You guys are staying right here!  Are you crazy or something?  We're not letting you out of our sight this weekend!"  Sierra yelled.

Brody looked at Willow, wondering if she wanted them to stay there.  "Don't even think about heading to a hotel Country Boy or else I'll beat you up or something."  Willow told him.

"That might be kind of interesting!  Well then, let's head to the hotel now if I'm going to get beat."  He replied laughing.  "Are ya'll sure that its ok for us to stay here?"

"Yup!"  Both girls yelled in unison.

"How could we resist then?"  Micah asked.  "Do we get mints on our pillows here too though?"

"No, but you'll get to cuddle with us, how much better is that than a simple mint on your pillow?"  Willow exclaimed.

"That's for sure!"  Brody said as the doorbell rang.  "Ah!  Pizza!"

Sierra went to answer the door, but instead of the pizza delivery guy, she found Joshua holding a box.  "Hey, is Willow home?"  He asked.

Sierra stood there in shock before she moved aside and told him to come in.  Brody and Micah looked at Willow, confused.

"Um, Brody, Micah, this is my ex-boyfriend Joshua.  Joshua, this is Micah and Brody, our…um…friends from Texas."  She stammered out as the guys shook hands.  "Now, would you care to tell me why you're here?"

"Well, you left so fast the other night, I still had some of your stuff at my house, and I thought I should bring it back.  I'm sorry to have interrupted.  I didn't think to call ahead."  He apologized.

"That's ok, we were just leaving, or at least I was anyways."  Brody said and gave Willow a hurt look as he grabbed his luggage and walked to the door.

"No, wait!  Brody come back here."  Willow yelled.

Brody turned to look at her.  "And ya'll were worried about me and Lisa?"  He asked as he walked out the door.

Willow ran after him and caught him waiting for the elevator.  "Brody, wait.  Did you not hear the part where I said he was my ex-boyfriend?  We broke up as soon as I got back to New York.  It's been over for a while, I just never really had a reason to end it.  When I met you, I knew I had to be rid of Joshua for good.  The first thing I did when I got back here was go to his place to break it off.  There is no reason to be upset over this."

"You had a boyfriend and didn't tell me Willow!"  Brody yelled.

"I didn't tell you because it didn't matter.  We were done and over with.  I wanted to be with you, not him.  Please come back to the apartment.  Trust me, there is no reason to be upset over Joshua.  If anything, I should be upset.  I think he was checking you out!"  Willow chuckled slightly over Joshua checking Brody out.  She grabbed Brody's hand and started to pull him back to her apartment.  He hesitated to follow her for a minute, then let her lead him.  When they to the door of her apartment, Willow turned to Brody and kissed him.  "I'll tell you a story about him later.  Just trust me, ok?"  She asked as Brody nodded his head.

They walked back in the apartment and found that Joshua had left.  He had taken the stairs to avoid them at the elevator.  As they were getting ready to shut the door, they saw the pizza guy.  "Finally!  I'm starving!"  Micah yelled.  "All this drama really gets my appetite going!"

They all laughed and dug into the pizza.  As they sat there over pizza and beer, Willow told them the story of how she had found Joshua that night.  They all laughed and Brody and Micah thought she had handled it surprisingly well.  "See, do you think I would have handled it as well as I did if I still had feelings for him?"  She asked Brody.  "All I know is that if he tries hitting on either you or Micah, he's going to face the wrath of me and Sierra."  Willow laughed.

Later that night, the guys were having trouble keeping their eyes open.  The girls decided to call it a night and led Brody and Micah to their bedrooms.  They all changed and fell fast asleep, with Sierra in Micah's arms and Willow in Brody's arms.

The next morning, Brody woke up feeling refreshed.  When he opened his eyes, he saw Willow's face looking so sweet and peaceful.  He watched her for about fifteen minutes before he could no longer resist the urge to kiss her.  As his lips touched hers, she let out a soft moan.

Brody reached up his hand to stroke her cheek.  She smiled as she felt his hand come in contact with her cheek.  "Good morning!"  She whispered as she stretched a little.  "Did you sleep well?"

"Better than I have in years."  Brody said as he smiled at her.  "I am so glad that I'm here and even more happy that I met you."

Willow smiled.  "Me too."  She turned her body so that she was laying on her side and was facing him as he lay on his side.  She kissed him long and deep as he put his hand on her waist.  His fingers found the hem of her tank top and lifted it up a few inches.  He traced circles on her bare skin, along her waist and back.  Brody rolled them so that Willow was laying on her back and he was laying half on top of her.  His hands slowly made their way up the front of Willow's tank top and rested on her breasts.  As soon as his hand made contact with her nipple, a wave of pleasure flooded both Willow and Brody.  Brody groaned into Willow's mouth and then broke their kiss.  Both of them were out of breath, panting hard.  As they looked into each other’s eyes, Brody removed his hands from her breasts.

"I'm sorry.  I think I got a little carried away."  He said to her.

Willow was shocked.  "Huh?"  Her head was clouded with want.

"I should have done that so soon.  We barely know each other.  I'm sorry!  I don't want to ruin what we have"

"Oh, ok.  I guess you're right.  Glad you have some control because I sure lost all of mine!"  Willow giggled.

"Trust me, it’s not that I don't want to, because I do…if that isn't obvious."  He said looking down at the tent formed in his boxers.  "I just think we should wait a little while."

"That's fine.  How about we go make some breakfast?  You might want to wait a few minutes to come out though."  Willow said with a smile as she gestured to his 'tent'.

"Yeah, I'll meet you out there."  Brody said and gave her a quick kiss before she went to the kitchen.

Willow had finished making the French toast and pancakes and Brody still hadn't come out.  Micah and Sierra appeared as soon as they smelled the food.  She started worrying about him and decided to go find him.  He was still lying on the bed where she had left him half an hour ago.

"Hey, I thought you were coming out."  Willow said as she crawled up the bed towards him.

"Well, I was going to, but I can't get rid of my little problem."  He said, a little embarrassed.  "I can't stop remembering the feel of your skin, the smell of you, the taste of you.  Ugh, it just won't go away!  God, I feel like I'm a teenage, not 32 years old!"

"You want me to help?  Maybe there's something I can do."  Brody shook his head no at Willow's offer.  "Ok, then just put on a long shirt, something that will cover it. I'm sure once you get around Micah it'll get better.  Or just think about Joshua checking you out."  She said with a laugh.

"Damn Willow, I don't want to lose my erection for the rest of my life, just for right now!"
