I wish to thank many for their continued advice, help, and guidance with the stories of Will Parker and this novel in particular. Gary Goldstein had contributed immensely to the art of the thriller. The Public Affairs Office of the United States Marine Corps has contributed great insights on the continuing reshaping of the Marines: the units and the weaponry. I purposely do not mention names, for the nature of their continuing missions suggests that I should not; each of them, however, is greatly appreciated.
