“When your back is better,” he said, using his fingers to dig into my hips and pick up my pace, “I am taking up real estate in this pussy,” he said with a smile as I drove my hips down and my orgasm broke through my system, my mouth opening on a surprised cry as I convulsed around him, milking him, bringing him with me, groaning into my neck as he came.

“I have no objections to that plan,” I admitted, my arms holding him tight to me.

“She agrees with me,” he said and I could feel him smile into my throat. “Halle-fucking-lujah.”

“Hey Cash,” I said a minute later and his head lifted at my suddenly serious tone.

“Yeah, babe?”

“Thank you,” I said, thinking of Shooter's words. I gave it to him nice and sweet, it was time for me to open up.

“For what, Wills?” he asked and I only stiffened slightly at that nickname.

“I'm finally free. You got me free.”

He thought on that for a second. “And you gave me you. The real you. We're even, yeah?”

I felt my lips curve.

“Yeah,” I agreed.

Easy. Uncomplicated.

Two things I never knew before.

Two things only Cash could give me.

Free. Finally.

Days, Hailstorm got her. They got their badass boss lady. They got her strong, her hard, her smart. Then night came, her ass landed in my bed, and I got it
all.
Her strong, her hard, her smart, but also her sweet, her sassy, her cute, her awkward, her sexy. I got every piece.

Her ass was in my bed because my ass wasn't too keen on sleeping in a barracks with a couple dozen other men and women because I wanted my woman free with me. And by 'free', I meant naked. And by 'naked' I meant bare-assed and pressed all over me.

I made good on my promise and I took up real estate in her pussy. Her stitches out, her back only tender when she overdid it in training, I got her on her back again finally. I felt her legs wrapped around me while I pounded hard and deep, no bruised ribs to worry about, nothing to keep us from completely consuming each other so that was what we did. We fucked, barely out of the doorway every time she came over. We ate. I ate her, I fucked her again in the shower. We talked, we shared war stories. I fucked her again in bed.

I woke up most mornings to her climbing on me. The mornings I didn't, I woke her up with my face between her legs.

We didn't talk about her scumbag ex being dead. She knew, I knew. It was over. She was free. That shit didn't need to be dissected. She was moving on and that meant we were moving on... together.

Three Months

Lo

We were sitting on the front porch, drinking coffee, bundled up against the February cold, looking like a normal couple- not a gun running biker and a leader of a camp full of heavily-trained fighters, killers, and fixers. I was just thinking how close to clean it felt, how close to average. It didn't seem possible, to be who we were, criminals, not bad guys, but not legitimately good citizens either, but still be able to have average, have normal.

Yeah, I was just thinking that thought when a snowball came flying across the front yard and splattered right between Cash and my feet.

The girls across the street let out a string of giggles from where they were hiding behind my car. Cash's face snapped up, playful smile already fully engaged (and let me tell ya', that smile was a sight to see) as he did a full on spy roll across the front yard like his mission to get hidden behind his bike was the most important one of his life.

I then watched as a snowball fight to end all snowball fights commenced, Cash taking the hits on purpose to keep things fair as he pummeled the squealing girls with the soft, fresh snow until they mother came to the doorway, smiling at the scene and calling the girls in for hot chocolate. A good call seeing as their faces were stained bright pink from the cold.

Cash came back to me out of breath, dropping down on the chair beside me and warming his hands with his coffee cup.

It was time.

For that talk.

One I had been avoiding because I knew it was awkward and it was dangerous.

“You're good with kids,” I said, looking off into the yard, not able to meet his eye yet.

“Babe, what's with the tone?” he asked, knowing me too well.

I forced my face toward him. “I can't have them.”

His head jerked a little, but I didn't see disappointment, just surprise. “Can't?”

I knew what he was asking. Because he knew me. He knew all of me. And that included my menstrual cycle. He knew I still got it. So he was asking if I was barren. “Biologically, I probably could. But, Cash... I'm thirty-nine. I know you're younger and I know...”

Not missing a beat, not letting me finish, he cut in, “Didn't you notice, baby? Reign and Summer fuck like bunnies. I'll have half a dozen nieces and nephews to screw around with in a couple years. The best part?” he asked, leaning close, giving me his gaze where I saw nothing but honesty, “when they get tired and whiny... we send them back to their parents. Then
we,
” he said, grabbing the back of my neck and pulling me close, “can fuck like bunnies.”

He kissed me then, soft, sweet, then harder, needier. Coffee got abandoned, so did our heavy winter clothes all up the stairs as we tried to make it to the bed.

We didn't. We fucked right on the floor in the hallway, loud, wild, giving and taking everything from each other.

And all I could think afterward, lying there, catching my breath was: mine. He was so good, so caring, so sweet, so sexy, so... unexpected and he was all mine.

I liked her there, in the church, by the altar, holding flowers. I liked it a whole helluva lot. And I realized I'd have liked it a whole lot more if she wasn't in the rose-colored dress she was wearing. I'd have liked it more if she was in white.

But there was time for that.

This was Summer's turn to wear white.

The song switched and my brother's woman stood in the doorway, her father on her arm, smiling fucking huge at Reign who was shaking his head at her, no doubt thinking what the fuck he had done in his life to deserve her. I knew that feeling well.

Richard kissed Summer's cheek, he shook Reign's hand, and the couple turned back to us.

“I'm just going to go ahead and say what everyone else here is thinking,” I said quietly and everyone's eyes turned to me, lips already twitching, knowing what was coming. “This has got to be the weirdest fucking wedding that has ever happened,” I smiled, looking out at the scene behind us as everyone tried to stifle their laughs.

Because, it was.

On one side, we had Henchmen, wearing black, wearing their cuts, looking like a bunch of crazy mother fuckers. With them, we had the Mallicks, every last one of those dark haired, light-eyed bastards, Shooter, Breaker and his woman, Alex. On the other side, there was Richard Lyon and a couple of his bodyguards, all in suits worth thousands. Mixed in with them, there were all the people from Hailstorm, and a few of Summer's high-brow friends from her life before it took a veer off into uncharted territories.

It was the craziest fucking hodgepodge of people ever to congregate in the same room at the same time.

But crazy things brought crazy people together. Crazy, unstoppable things like the love that brought Reign and Summer together and, by doing so, me and Lo, and Wolf and Janie.

“You're supposed to be giving a speech,” I gasped as his hand slid up my dress and yanked my panties down. We were in the coat room. Not original, but the only other choice was the janitor's closet and I didn't feel like fighting off a broom to get it on with my man. Because that was what we were doing, despite my objections, we were
so
going to do it in the coat room at Reign and Summer's wedding.

“Please, Reign dragged Summer away as fast as he could to get in his wife's panties. We have time,” he reasoned, reaching for his zipper and freeing himself.

He pushed into me fast and hard, burying to the hilt and I let out a quiet moan.

That was when there was the sound of a throat clearing and I felt Cash stiffen as my eyes went wide. “Don't worry,” the same voice called, a very familiar voice. A very
lovable
voice. “You get your wedding jollies off. I'll stand guard. I'm not listening. Or imagining. Nope. Not at all,” Shooter's voice called.

Against me, Cash's chest was shaking he was laughing so hard and I felt my own smile spreading wide.

“If you need some help in there, Lo, all of my digits and appendages are yours to exploit for your pleasure.”

“Think we're good in here,” I called, my choked laugh ending on a gasp as Cash surged inside me.

“You sure 'cause I got to say I...”

“Fuck off Shoot,” Cash called, his voice still laughing.

“Alright alright. Fine. Have good orgasms!” he called just as loudly as he pleased, making humor and mortification well up into a strange cocktail inside.

Cash thrust forward again and both feelings rushed away with the feel of him.

“I love you,” I whimpered, pulling him tight.

“I love you too, Wills,” he said and I didn't flinch at all.

Freedom was different than what I had thought. I had thought it would be waking up every morning thinking that I had won, that I had beat him. But that wasn't it at all. In fact, he very rarely ever crossed my mind.

Freedom was this- it was wild sex in a coat room interrupted by a friend who was all too happy to call us on our wantonness. It was holding back tears as I watched Reign slip his ring on Summer's finger. It was watching Wolf stand guard of Janie as if he planned to be in the way of any danger that might ever come her way. It was waking up in the morning next to Cash.

You see, there were five moments in my life that made me into the woman I turned out to be: My father telling me women didn't belong in the military, giving me the passion to prove him wrong in my own way. Watching love get ripped away from two people and believing to my marrow that I would never experience that kind of passion. Feeling the fist of a man who was supposed to protect me smash into my face. Finding Janie on the street one night. And, finally, realizing I was wrong about moment number two- when I fell so completely, consumingly, irrationally in love with Cash.

No, freedom wasn't what I thought it would be.

It turns out, it was way, way better than I could have ever imagined.
