“Pamela, don’t make me have to come after you.”

She smiled over her shoulder and continued as she got their dessert out, but Bryan put his hands on her waist and turned her towards him, kissing her before he lifted her up on the counter and opened her legs. “Bryan, the ice cream—”

“Good idea.”

He put the cold dessert on her warm pussy and it immediately began to melt as she shivered from the cold. But he warmed her up with his tongue as he lapped at the sweet frozen treat mingling with her juices. “Mm… your pussy is so good, baby,” he told her, massaging her breasts while he continued eating her. She threw her head back, enjoying the feeling as his tongue swirled around inside of her. He licked the ice cream all away and kept going, putting his tongue in and bringing it back out, nibbling her clit.

“Oh, Papi. Please,” she begged.

He moaned in her pussy, his facial hair rubbing against the flesh of her thighs. She held his head, wrapping her legs around his neck as she felt herself on the verge of cumming. Bryan lapped at her juices, catching every single drop like he was the thirstiest wretch in the land. He pulled Pamela off the counter, lying on the floor, giving her instruction to sit on his face because he wasn’t done yet.

The pleasure got to be so intense she swore she couldn’t take it and tried to move, but he held her by her hips firmly in place. “Oh, God. Oh, Bryan. Please. I can’t take it, I can’t take it,” she begged, her eyes closed as she looked for something to hold onto, her legs shaking ferociously. She leaned forward, placing her palms on the floor. When she was overcome by her second orgasm, Bryan let her move, but he licked a trail up her thighs of all her running liquid love.

He fed her the half-melted ice cream on her chocolate cake. She was too content to care that the ice cream was half melted. He kissed her softly, still rubbing her kitty cat with his free hand. “Was it good, Mela?” he asked.

“It was good,” she promised and kissed him again.

Bryan was very paranoid and filled with insecurities that Pamela just might change her mind about him like Heather told him. But he had really fallen for her. He tried to do everything he could to keep her happy. Sometimes, when he was just that pathetically desperate, he tried to use fear. When he would slap Pamela and then she’d give him sex, it was almost to him as if she liked being hit. He slapped her, they made love. But he tried to keep his hands off her. He tried to walk away when they argued. But sometimes, she just wouldn’t let him.

They hadn’t been fighting lately, and he liked that. He asked all the time if he made her happy, but when she said yes, he didn’t know, because her actions didn’t always say that.

He looked up at her. She had no idea of the way he adored her, the way he thought of her all day and night. How many times he got in his car on his way home from work and hoped she was still there.

They finished their dessert, and he lifted her up, carrying her to their room. He laid her gently in their bed, and she looked up at him, a ghost of desire lingering in her eyes. He kissed her, hoping to revive it.

Pamela wrapped her arms around him and he took his time with her, just being slow and gentle. They stayed in the missionary all night. But she didn’t complain, holding onto him as though she might fall if she didn’t.

He lay beside her and pull her into his arms. She looked up at him, and he smiled. “I have to go to Paris. Maybe you can come.”

She smiled too, remembering their trip to Paris two years back. Just because he had to work didn’t mean that they couldn’t rekindle what they’d had. “Wait, what about Pilar?”

“This is why she has a retired grandmother.”

“You really think she’ll keep her?”

“I know she will.”

He kissed her again. “We leave Monday.”

“Okay.”

That meant she could still have her date with Jordan before she left. Just because things were going great today didn’t mean they’d be as awesome tomorrow. The marriage was a roller coaster.

Pamela slid out of bed with her husband and went to wash the previous night off before she dressed in a short silk nightgown and pulled on a pair of stilettos and made her way into the kitchen to make breakfast. Bryan came down in a navy suit, still looking as good as ever to Pamela. He greeted her with a kiss.

“Good morning, beautiful.”

“Good morning.”

She finished breakfast and passed him a plate. She was getting ready to clean up when he took her around the waist and lifted her on the counter. “Will you bring me lunch?” he asked. She nodded. He kissed her neck, opening her legs. They shared a quickie before he went to work.

Pamela was used to having Pilar running around. Now with an empty house, she didn’t know what to do. She would go for a walk, but it was freezing out there. She went to the basement and worked out. But even that couldn’t last until lunch.

She finally decided to maybe shop a little. With Bryan’s money, though. Not hers. He gave her a debit card linked to his account. She didn’t often use it, but sometimes, when she wanted to do something special for him, she did.

She went lingerie shopping and bought some new pumps. Cold as it was, she wore a piece of lingerie and a trench coat with a pair of pumps to match her heels. She wore her hair down and curly. She wore some perfume Bryan bought and loved.

When she showed up to his office, Jayden’s jaw dropped right along with Bryan’s. Her curves behind the fabric of the trench coat were… hypnotizing.

Bryan didn’t suggest Jayden leave. “Get out,” he ordered. Jayden left. “Lock the door, Pamela,” he said softly. She did as she was told and walked over to him, doing her catwalk, slowly taking the coat off. “Damn.”

“You like, Papi?”

“I love. Come here.”

He pulled her into his lap, kissing her. She moaned, turning fully around, holding his face. “Can we use the swing tonight?” she asked.

“We should,” he agreed.

They had another quickie in his office, and Pamela fed him the lunch she brought in. When she left, she passed Jayden, he eyed her. She rolled her eyes.

When Pamela got home, Jordan was calling. “Hello?” she asked.

“Hey. I’ve been thinking of you all day,” he said. She smiled. “Can you meet me for coffee in twenty minutes?”

“No problem.”

She went to change into a nice pair of jeans and a white tee. When she saw Jordan, he was looking so good, she couldn’t help smiling at him. They shared a hug and she ordered a caramel mocha. Bryan disapproved of such things still. But he left her alone about her pretty coffee. Now she did have a reason to be drinking it.

“Do you really love Bryan?” Jordan asked. She felt he was the only one she could be semi-honest with.

“I don’t know. Sometimes, I think I do. Sometimes, I think I don’t. But I want to stay. For our daughter. I had a two-parent family, and all of her siblings did. I want her to have that.”

“Understandable. But Pamela, if you’re not happy, what will that do for your daughter? Children recognize those things better than you think.”

She pushed her hair back. “I try to be happy with him. I really want to be. There was a time I was.”

“He was someone else’s husband. Someone else’s issue to deal with.”

“I think that’s why, Jordan. I can’t be happy being with him because of the way it happened. Because even after it, Heather was too damn nice to me about it. It feels weird to even call her by name now. I didn’t grow up calling her by name. But now if I call her Madrina or Ma or Mami, she gives me this look like ‘you took my husband, do you think I am still your godmother?’ I still feel like… Shit. Even when Bryan is so good to me. It should have been you.”

“It still can be, Pamela. You just have to decide what it is you want. I’m not going to say your love is all sexual. But when Bryan is an old man, what will you do with him? When his touches don’t turn you on anymore? When you’re still young and hot?” he asked, standing behind her, putting an arm around her, leaning down, his breath warm on her ear. She trembled, her eyes closing as she leaned into his masculine scent.

“What will you do when you’re thirty and he’s sixty and you’re at your peak, and he can’t even get a hard on for you?” he kissed her neck.

She swallowed hard. This man was seducing her in a coffee shop. The last time something like this had happened, she’d wound up being choked. She needed to put a halt on this immediately. Who knew who was around or even if Bryan himself was in the area?

“Please stop,” she croaked out.

“I can give you what you need when he can’t, Pamela; and I can guarantee you it’s every bit as good. I can make you feel me in every fiber of your being.” He kissed another piece of her flesh. His lips on her neck sent her every cell burning. “I’m young with you. You wouldn’t have to worry about me not being able to get it up for you. In twenty years, I still could. You wouldn’t have to worry about people asking whether I was your father.”

“Jordan, I’m married.”

“What does that mean? Your marriage is not real, Pamela. You don’t even know if you love your husband.” He kissed her lips softly.

“My marriage is as real as anyone else’s. I love him,” she decided, hopping up. “I… I have to go.”

Pamela pulled away from Jordan, fighting the urge to allow him to continue touching her.

Her legs were the consistency of Jell-O as she left the coffee shop and went home to start preparing for Bryan to come home. She was paranoid that she might smell like Jordan, and so she took a shower. Damn that man.

Bryan was happy to see Pamela when he got home, and she tried to be cool about her day after leaving his office. But as she had sex with Bryan, all she could think was
this ain’t love.
But what could she do when she wanted to give their child a family?

Love Is Blind

Pamela was excited to go on her date with Jordan. Her husband was at work, and her daughter was still with Bryan’s mother. She took her time, picking out something nice. If it hadn’t been so cold outside, she’d have worn a dress. Instead, she decided to go with a pair of black trousers and a cream shirt. She didn’t have any cleavage showing, knowing Jordan would appreciate that she wanted to look classy for him.

She pulled on a pair of black pumps and she took her time with her hair. She pulled on a few little pieces of jewelry and gave herself a final look before grabbing her clutch.

The doorbell rang, and she opened the door to find Jordan there.

“You look really nice,” he told her, taking inventory of her, offering her a smile and his hand.

“Thank you.” Her cheeks flushed and her lips curled slightly up as she slid her wedding band off with her thumb and placed her hand in Jordan’s.

He took her to a restaurant on her side of town, and they got cozy. The way it felt to be with him… It made her want to leave her husband; but when she saw her daughter, it made her want to stay. She didn’t know what to do.

Jordan leaned across the table and he kissed her. She couldn’t help returning the kiss, losing all sense of time and place, only being in the moment. Her palm found its way to Jordan’s cheek, every part of her being yearning for him.

When the kiss broke, he looked at her and smiled, pushing her hair away. “Thank you for coming out with me tonight.”

“Thank you for asking me.”

When the date ended, Pamela was still having butterflies. She had just lied in her bed, smiling, thinking about it. When her husband came home, she looked at the clock, alarmed to find it was 6:30 and she hadn’t even started dinner.

Bryan came into the room, and he leaned down and kissed her, letting her know that he was in a pleasant mood. Good.

He took her hands in his, seemingly happy to see her, but then his smile faded as he looked down at her left ring finger. “Where is your ring, Pamela?”

She looked down at her finger. Shit. Why hadn’t she put the thing back on?

Her mind tried to come up with plausible excuses. “I was washing the dishes earlier, and I just forgot to put it back on,” she answered, relieved when Bryan seemed to believe her.

“Well, put it back on.”

She got up and found her ring. When she slipped it on, her feelings changed, suddenly feeling her with anxiety. She had never imagined the day an object would have so much power over her.

Bryan pulled Pamela close to him, no idea of what was in her head. He was just glad that they would get some alone time tonight. “How come you didn’t cook?”

This man was in a really good mood, and Pamela didn’t care why. She was just glad that he wasn’t angry because she hated arguing with him.

“I was just lying here thinking of you and I lost track of time,” she said, and she leaned down and kissed him softly.

“Let’s go and have dinner.” He lifted her up. “What do you want for dinner?”
