A strange languor was spreading over her
making her limbs feel heavy. She turned her head in order to see him more
clearly. ‘At the moment, my love, I can hardly move my head: but I’m certain
that if I rest quietly beside you I shall be fully recovered in no time at
all.’

‘Then
I am content, sweetheart. I swear to you that I can’t wait more than a few hours
before I finally make you mine.’

And
