“We had different kinks. I’m
a voyeur and exhibitionist, and he’s into the BDSM thing. At first it was okay,
because I could watch him do his thing and it sort of filled what I was looking
for, too. However, because we were exclusive, the sexual element of the BDSM
was missing for him since I wouldn’t submit and be his slave. To make a long
story short, I came in one night to find him in the dungeon screwing a woman he
had tied down. Wish I could say it turned me on to watch him with someone else,
but instead it pissed me off. We never agreed to be with anyone else sexually,
and I’m not good at physically sharing.
“He could spank, whip, lash,
paddle, and pinch whomever he wanted but sexual penetration was not okay. We
had a huge fight, because I wouldn’t agree to be his slave to solve the
problem. When I realized I could never be what he needed me to be, I broke it
off. He understood and found a full time slave who was with him for about five
years. It was hard at first, but I’ve since come to realize we were never meant
to be. We’re very good friends, but I haven’t been with him, nor have I wanted
too, in eight years, so he’s a non-factor.”
Finn’s expression is
thoughtful as he absorbs the information. He takes a deep breath like he’s
readying himself to continue on. “Why the voyeurism?”
“I have no idea. I guess I’m
hardwired that way. I like to watch people in sexual acts.” I shrug, trying to
convey I have no idea why. “It turns me on. I’ve been known to check out porn,
but mostly I get my fix at the club.”
“Does exhibitionism come with
the voyeurism territory?”
“No. In fact, most people who
are into one aren’t into the other. The voyeurism aspect was the easiest for me
to accept and understand. Watching people have sex is a turn on. The porn
industry is proof of that. The exhibitionism part took me longer to realize and
accept. I owned Eden for several years before James talked me into having sex
in a scene room the first time. I was terrified but once I got over the initial
fear, I realized I enjoyed turning people on, giving them the same thing they
give me when I watch. I’m not a peeping Tom or anything. I don’t spy on people
in changing rooms or anything. These are things I like in the right context, and
Eden is the perfect place to live out those fantasies. There are people out
there with serious psychological issues who like to do those things in
inappropriate settings, but I’m not like that.”
“Do you ever think of
yourself as a lesbian? You mentioned being with a woman at one time.” His
eyes squint as if in his mind he’s trying to weed through what I’m saying, like
he’s not understanding what category I should fit in. I’m guessing in his world
everyone fits in a particular category: straight, gay, lesbian, etc. At Eden’s
Odyssey the categories are more broad and most people don’t fit into just one.
“No. I do find women
beautiful and their bodies fascinating, but that only lasts for a short period
of time and then I’m ready for something more substantial.”
His chest heaves as he lets
out a deep sigh. The lines in his forehead and around his eyes smooth out and
his shoulders relax as if the tension is draining out of his body. He looks so
young when he’s relaxed. If it weren’t for his dark facial hair, he’d look like
he belongs on a college campus. Instead he looks like he belongs on the cover
of a magazine.
“What if I tell you I’m
willing to try to get into this voyeur thing with you?”
“I know it’s not your thing.
I couldn’t ask that of you.” I’m doing my best to keep the hope my heart feels
at hearing his words locked down. There’s no way things could be this easy.
“I’ve had a lot of time to
think since I left here the last time. What I discovered about myself is that I
was seriously turned on all three nights I was at Eden. I walked around hard
almost the whole visit, because I liked checking out other people in sexual
acts. Enjoying it with you ramped things up considerably. The problem for me came
in when I tried to reconcile that lifestyle with my ideal wife and kids type
future.”
I squint my eyes as I prod
him along with a hand gesture. He’s not getting to a point I understand.
Nothing has changed except he’s willing to admit he liked watching. “Okay.” I
drag the word out.
“Can you see marriage and
kids in your future eventually?” he questions.
“Yes, but not for a few more
years. I have to take care of Georgia first and foremost, but I’m being honest
when I say I get off on being at the club. I’m not quite ready to give up that
part of me. Instead of giving it up, I want someone to enjoy it with me.”
“Then we’re on the same page.
I haven’t met a woman as intriguing or individualistic as you are… ever. If I
let that slip away because you like your sex more colorful than I’m used to,
I’d be stupid. It would be different if I didn’t like it, but I did. I want to
set up some ground rules though if you want to try to make us work.”
Hope sneaks out of lockdown
and warms my chest like a good shot of whiskey so I respond, “Okay, that’s
fair.”
“We are exclusive. Neither
one of us can sleep with anyone else. In fact, I don’t want anyone else
touching you in a sexual way if we do this. I won’t share you. That’s a hard
limit for me. My ex-fiancé, Nadia, cheated on me and I caught her in the act. I
can’t deal with that. Next thing, no preforming in one of those rooms unless
I’m there. I want to be present for all of the sexual stuff. I know I’m out of
town for a week at a time sometimes, but if I can go without so can you.”
“I guess that means no
enjoying the windowed scene rooms without you there?”
He nods.
“Okay, so what are
your
rules then? Those all pertained to me except no sleeping with or touching anyone
else.”
“I’ll make sure when I’m in
town that I’m here with you on the nights you work for at least some portion of
the evening, so if you want to do your thing you can.”
I nod my agreement, but the skepticism
pushes its way in again. “You’re not allowed to freak out and run away if
something upsets you with all of this and I’m sure it will. This is not a lifestyle
you are accustomed to and I don’t expect things to go smoothly all the time. You
have to stay and talk to me about it. I hate when you run,” I confess.
“That’s fair. Can you think
of anything else?” Finn’s asks.
“You know this is who I am,
what I like. If you decide it’s not for you, please tell me and end it. Don’t
make me guess or find you with someone else. I don’t want to go through that
again.”
“You’re sure you want to try
this with me?” he confirms.
“Yes, Finn, I’m willing to
give you a shot.”
“Then I need to come in to
pay my fee and fill out any additional paperwork that’s necessary. Bobby said
something about a physical exam and blood work, but I had all of it done before
I got the weekend pass.”
“Club rules state once a year
for a physical and twice a year for blood work. You’re good for six months.”
Suddenly he’s very business
like. “That’s easy enough. I’ll call my lawyer if you can have the paperwork
sent over to him,” Finn states.
“Are you sure this is what
you want? I don’t want to pressure you and have you end up resenting me for
it.” I chew the inside of my lip waiting for his response. I’m so afraid he
will regret this.
“No, this is my choice. I
want this. More than anything, I want you. Let’s try it.”
“Alright.” I can’t tamp down
the Cheshire cat smile spreading across my face.
Before I can process the
conversation any further, Finn rises to his feet, taking two big steps forward,
and I stand without thinking but stay frozen in place. A hint of his cologne
envelopes me like a soft caress. I missed the smell of him more than I should. His
lips capture mine as a frenzy of lust ensues.
“I feel like I waited forever
to have you,” he breathes against my mouth. “What is it about you that’s so fucking
addictive?”
I moan and run my tongue
along his soft lips, while he yanks my body flush with his and grinds against
me. His fingers grasp the hem of my shirt and peel it up my body and over my
head. With quick movements he unhooks my bra and flings it across the room. He
drops to his knees in front of me and with his height he’s still tall enough to
take my nipple in his mouth and tug with his lips as I cry out for more. A
flash of heat races through me as his calloused fingers pluck and pinch the other,
driving me to the brink of insanity.
“Fuck me, Finn. Please!” I
urge as he continues to work me over.
He dips his fingers in the
waistband of my yoga pants and pulls them down my legs so I kick them out of
the way with my toes. Then he rises to his full height, removes his shirt and
his pants. I reach for his engorged cock and feel a shudder run through him as
my hand grips and strokes him in slow and controlled. A bead of moisture leaks
out so I lower to my knees and swipe it up into my mouth.
“Let me fuck your mouth, baby,”
he says. “I’ve dreamed about those lips wrapped around my cock every night
since we were last together.”
I moan at his choice of
words. I love when he talks dirty. I slide my hands around his waist to grip
his ass cheeks and relax my throat as I look up at him waiting for him to let
loose. His fingers weave into my hair, clutching the strands tight to force my
head forward as he begins to work in and out of my mouth. He’s forceful, but
not so much that I can’t handle it. My eyes water when he pushes a little too
deep. I see a flicker of concern in his eyes before he pulls out, maneuvers
around the chair over to my little dining room table and lifts me, leaving my
legs to dangle over the side.
“Lay back, Darcy. I’m going
to fuck you now. It’s going to be hard and fast. I’m losing patience quick.”
I nod eagerly and flatten my
back to the cool surface. I grip the edges of the table with my finger tips as
he grabs my ankles, spreads my legs wide and plunges into me. He sets a
punishing rhythm right away, robbing me of my breath and coherent thought. The
sound of our flesh slapping seems to be echoing off of the walls as he hits the
spot inside me that turns my muscles to liquid. My fingers continue to anchor me
in place. Sweat accumulates on his brow and drips down his face, through his
short beard and over his neck. I have the overwhelming desire to lick it off of
him but am unable to do anything but succumb to the hard drive of his hips. My
womb clenches and my body shudders as stars explode behind my eyes. My screams
echo through the room as he grunts and slams into me one last time before
collapsing on me. I kiss his shoulder and lick the sweat from his neck before I
place a sweet kiss on the underside of his jaw.
Hard and hot, absolutely.
Soul shattering, without a
doubt.
The passion between us every
time we’re together is deeper, stronger, more potent than I’ve ever felt with
anyone before.
“That was intense,” he says,
his voice scratchy from exertion.
“Yeah. Intense,” I agree.
“I’ve missed you so much,” he
murmurs as he places a sweet kiss to my lips. Gently, his fingers sweep the
hair away from my face as he pulls back enough to make eye contact. His amazing
indigo eyes twinkle with happiness as I tell him, “I missed you, too.”
He stands upright, taking me
with him, and carries us to the bathroom where we shower and spend the next
hour getting reacquainted.
The Parents. In my head
that’s horror movie title one that I’m staring in tonight. We’ve been together now
for several weeks and things have been going very well in all aspects of our
relationship. Tonight we’re taking a big step though, and I’m nervous. I’m
meeting his parents. They come to town a couple of times a year to watch him
play. They try to catch games when he’s in Toronto, but they’ve always come to
visit in the town he calls home. Celeste and Jasmine, two of his three sisters
all of which are younger than Finn by a couple of years will be joining them. Finn
assures me everything will be okay, but I’m still nervous as hell. After his game,
we’re all going to dinner.
I pair my red cashmere
sweater with a pair of tight black slacks and slide on my sexy black low-heeled
boots that come to right below my knee. My hair is down and curly and I’m
wearing a minimum of makeup. I had to reapply my eyeliner twice though. I’m so
nervous that my shaking hands kept giving me squiggle lines. Last, I roll on
some lip gloss and clasp a thin gold chain around my neck and push gold hoop
earrings into my ears. I grab my black leather coat and small black purse and take
a cab to the arena.
The brisk air pushes against
my coat, begging entrance as I hustle from the car to the will call window. Small
pathways have been cleared between the mountains of old snow piled up so fans
could get to the arena. There are people everywhere. Most are wearing team
jerseys or other various team paraphernalia. I’m reminded that if I’m going to
be dating a hockey stud, I need to invest in some appropriate game day wear. I
had this epiphany last time and forgot to do anything about it.
When I get to the will call
window, I’m presented with my ticket so I ride the elevator up to the second
level and weave my way through the crowd as I follow the signs to my seat. My
seats are amazing, better than the last game. The team is already warming up on
the ice and a little thrill of excitement zips through my system.
Finn is gliding along the ice
seamlessly, taking shots at the goalie and skating back in line to do it again.
His gracefulness on the ice reminds me of a ballerina on stage. His motion is fluid
and his physique breathtaking even with all the padding he has to wear. The
only time I’ve ever been ice skating I looked like a baby giraffe on ice. It
was awkward and embarrassing.
Unlike most of the rest of
the team, he isn’t wearing his helmet yet, and the loose curls at the ends of
his hair are flapping in the wind. While the drill changes, he’s searching the club
level seats with his eyes until they land on me. It takes my breath away the
way his smile lights up his face. His eyes sparkle with happiness and it’s
obvious he’s pleased that I’m here. I wiggle my fingers at him in a small, shy
wave, and he winks, then takes off like a bat out of hell in some sort of
passing drill.
I remove my coat and lay it
over the back of my chair before I sit down while continuing to observe warm-ups.
A few minutes later both teams exit the ice and people start heading to their
seats. All are filled up around me except for the four reserved for Finn’s
family. The puck is going to drop soon, and I can’t imagine they’d want to miss
it. As I’m beginning to get worried that maybe they got lost, a shadow falls
over me in the form of a man. I lift my eyes up and up and up. This guy is
enormous. I stand to move out of the way and realize in an instant he’s Finn’s
dad. He’s tall with broad shoulders and a handsome face that resembles Finn’s
with the same striking blue eyes. The only difference other than age is the salt
and pepper hair covering his head and the slight beer belly protruding over the
top of his pants.
I smile and offer my hand to
shake.
“Mr. Thompson? I’m Darcy.”
He gives me a polite smile
and shakes my hand. I step out of the way so he can pass to take his seat. His
wife who is right behind him is lovely. She’s tall, with light eyes, and curly
blonde hair cut in a bob above her shoulders. She gifts me a hesitant smile and
takes my out-stretched hand with a limp fish shake and lets go. I hope that’s
her usual hand shake and not something she did because she found me repulsive. Finn’s
sister is next to move past me. Which one? I have no idea.
A cheeky grin is spread
across her adorable face. She has the smallest bone structure so far. Her hair
is dark like her father’s and straight, cut into a chic pixy cut that very few
people can pull off, but she rocks it. She’s only a little taller than I am.
Her hand shoots out before mine can.
“I’m Celeste, the oldest of
Finn’s sisters. You must be Darcy.”
She’s the warmest of the
bunch so far, and I feel my shoulders relax as I take her hand. She leans over
far enough so I can see the last person with them. His other sister is about as
tall as Celeste, but her dark hair is longer and stylishly cut around her
shoulders. Her bone structure is smaller like Celeste’s and I find myself
wondering whom they take after. She gives me a shy but friendly smile and waves.
I try to let them pass, but Celeste shuffles to one side and Jasmine takes up
the other side. I’m certain they sat me like this so the interrogation can
begin.
Before I can say anything, Celeste
says, “We aren’t anything like Roxy. It’s good she couldn’t come this visit.
She can be a bit of a witch at times. She scared the last girl off who got to
meet the family. It wasn’t pretty, and Finn went a month without talking to her
because of it. We have no intention of acting like that; we want to get to know
you. It’s obvious Finn cares about you or you wouldn’t be sitting here.”
Since I hadn’t heard about an
ex-girlfriend issue with Roxy, I don’t comment, but I make a mental note to ask
Finn about it later.
After getting to know his
sisters, we settle into a comfortable quiet as we watch the game. His parents
never say a word to me. His dad grumbles at the game but otherwise is quiet. I note
that they hold hands throughout the game, and I think it’s sweet, but I’m a
little surprised they didn’t exchange one word with me. I’ve always heard that
Canadians are so friendly; so far I’m not finding that to be the case with his parents.
I’m distracted by thoughts of
his family when Finn cuts across the ice and checks some unsuspecting player
into the boards. The guy drops to the ice and the crowd goes wild. Finn changes
direction and intercepts the puck from the other team. Racing down the ice, he
looks to his right and passes to his teammate, who spins and passes it to a guy
behind both of them. Finn’s set up near the net so when his teammate passes the
puck back to him, he redirects it into the net and the crowd breaks out
chanting, “Thompson, Thompson, Thompson!” I glance over at his parents to find
proud grins pasted on their faces as they observe the crowd.
I loosen up a little at their
obvious pleasure and hope things will get more comfortable between us before
Finn gets off the ice. They never come around, but by the end of the game
I’m joking and laughing with Celeste and Jasmine while praying Finn will be out
of the locker room before our camaraderie dies down and I have to make stunted
conversation with the folks. It’s obvious they don’t like me very much.
Forty-five minutes after the
end of the game, a security guard escorts us to the lowest level of the arena and
down a tunnel marked Do Not Enter where we wait on Finn. He comes strolling out
in his sexy-grey suit and white button-up shirt with damp hair and a shit-eating
grin. He hugs his mother and gives her a chaste kiss on the cheek, then does
the man-hug back-pat thing with his dad. He wraps his long arms around both of
his sisters and lifts as he hugs them, taking their feet off the floor. Celeste
laughs while Jasmine squeals. He kisses the top of both of their heads, and
then, to my embarrassment, goes right in for the kiss on the mouth with me. I
try to push him off, but that makes him hold tighter. I smack his chest in
rebuke, and he pulls away smiling.
His father clears his throat
and offers, “Good game, Son. You played well.”
Jasmine laughs. “Um, Dad, I
think two goals and an assist is better than well.”
“Yes, I suppose it is.”
“I’m hungry. I reserved a
table at Sal’s, so let’s get going. Did you come in a cab or rental car?” he
asks his father.
“Rental.”
“Okay, follow me. We’ll drive
over. There’s a garage less than a block from there we can use.”
We arrive at the mom and pop
Italian restaurant a little over twenty minutes later. The man at the door,
whom I’m assuming is Sal, greets Finn by name and ushers us to a private
seating area toward the back.
“I love this place,” Finn
remarks. “It’s amazing. One of the guys told me about it, and now I can’t seem
to get enough of it. Sal has the best ziti in town, amongst other things.”
We all get seated and place our
drink orders with the waitress. Finn’s arm stretches across the back of my
chair and runs soft fingers up and down over my shoulder. It helps to put me at
ease. Although I’ve gotten along good with his sisters I can still feel the
arctic breeze coming from his parents. I just can’t figure out what I did to
warrant the attitude I’m getting. Finn seems oblivious.
How is he missing
this?
The atmosphere between us is so uncomfortable I can barely breathe. At
one point, Finn kisses my cheek and whispers in my ear, “Are you okay? You’re very
quiet.”
I give him a non-committal
smile and nod.
By the end of dinner, I know
I’m doomed with the parents. They don’t like me at all. My chest aches a little
at the realization. This could be a deal breaker for us. He’s tight with his
family, and I can’t stand the thought of spending time around anyone who so
clearly dislikes me.
At the end of the night, Finn
talks with his dad about plans for tomorrow, and then we say goodbye. Once we’re
back in the truck and headed to his place, I stay very quiet. I’m hoping he’ll
realize they don’t like me, so I don’t have to point it out to him. And I will
point it out to him, because I cannot spend the next three nights they are in
town pretending not to notice they don’t like me. I’ll have a nervous
breakdown. I’m already feeling sick about it. Everything has been going so good
lately. We’ve been to the club a few times together, and it went well. If I’m
honest, it went better than well.
We christened my desk after a
spectacular floor show and had crazy monkey sex in one of the private rooms
after we watched BDSM play in the dungeon one night. Another night we got all
fired up after viewing three different room scenes but decided to hold off
until we got home. He literally exploded in my hands getting the condom on. I
haven’t taken care of myself in front of anyone or been in any of the scene
rooms since we started dating. I haven’t missed it. The only thing I’ve missed
is him when he’s out of town.
As we ride the elevator up to
his apartment, he holds my little hand in his big one. I’m so afraid of what
he’s going to say. He had to have noticed his folks didn’t like me. It was so obvious.
I felt bad for his sisters. Because they spent so much of their dinner trying
to make up for how their parents were acting, they didn’t get to spend much
time talking to Finn.
Once we’re inside I carry my
bag into the bathroom, pull on my PJ’s, and wash my face. I remove my earrings
and necklace and set them on the counter, and then I step out of the bathroom
to find Finn stretched out on the bed reading a book. His long legs are covered
in cotton pajama pants and stretched out down the bed, feet crossed at the
ankle. He’s shirtless and has a pair of black framed hipster glasses on. The
ends of his hair are curling around his neck and ears and the sight of him
takes my breath away. What if I lose this man, because I can’t find a way to
charm his parents? I’m not sure I’ll survive it if I have to let him go for
good.
Finn’s gaze rises from the
pages of his book to meet mine, and whatever he sees there must concern him,
because he removes his glasses and sets them with his book next to the bed on
the nightstand. The only light in the room is coming from the lamp on his side
of the bed.
His abs contract as he sits
up and pats the spot next to him.
“What’s wrong, sweetie?
You’ve been quiet most of the night.”
I hesitate, not wanting to
tell him. “I’d rather not talk about it.”
“I wish I could say okay, but
silence is not an option. If we want this to work, we have to talk.”
I crawl under the covers and
curl up on my side facing away from him; their lack of acceptance has left me
feeling vulnerable. The bed dips behind me and the covers rise as he moves in
between the sheets. His strong body curls into mine while his left arm slides
under my pillow and his right arm wraps around my waist, pulling me tight
against his warmth.
Like a giant bear he leans
over and licks my neck in the sensitive spot behind my ear and places a little
kiss next to it.
“Talk to me, baby. Tell me
what you’re feeling, please.”
A single tear leaks out of my
left eye and my body trembles a little. I fight it. I don’t want him to know
what a mess I am inside right now, but my body is a traitor, giving away all my
secrets. He kisses my hair this time and squeezes my middle.
