“So
can you ever die?” I asked.

“I
believe the spell only held for the sewer. Once Samuel broke the spell by
proclaiming to be my king, the immortality spell left.”

“Nights
ago, my mother said that the land believe you, Phinova, and Ian were
abominations,” Samuel said. “That the Greedy King traveled from the east,
seized the castle, and killed Phinova in front of Nai.”

Queen
Regina had even said that the Greedy King had
tied Nai up in rope with wooden
spikes all over it. None of the castle guards or servants helped.
Now I know why. They probably figured that
Phinova and the Quiet King killed their parents.
The only thing the Greedy
King didn’t count on was Nai maturing from his queen’s death. The building fury
heightened his powers. Nai forced himself to use all of his power in one burst
as he tore those wooden spikes from his body. And when Nai freed himself, he
killed the greedy vampire.

“They
would’ve never died if Nai had not spelled me to the sewers,” Ian admitted.
“But I wonder how bad the land would’ve been if I’d remained above ground with
them.”

“You
might’ve made them better,” Samuel said to my shock. “You’ve done that for us.
Brie would’ve never come back to me if not for just a few of your words. And
eventually I would’ve hurt her again, if you didn’t tell me to not stay in my
king form for too long.”

“I
like to think that I would’ve stopped Nai from becoming what he is now. The
blasted Quiet King, the killer of baby princes and enslaver of women with traces
of blood mage in their system.” Ian buried his face into both his hands. “We
were abominations. Our love killed our families and ruined the land, triggering
more families to be harmed and thousands of vampire prince babies to never
live.”

“Stop
that.” I climbed off Samuel and hurried to Ian. “There was no way for you to
foresee all of that just from acting on your love with her.”

“The
signs of evil were there, but I chose to ignore them.”

“She
was your queen,” Samuel added. “It’s hard to think clearly when it comes to
your queen.”

“But
you’ll have to think through this now.” I frowned and wiped the tears that
spilled out of Ian’s eyes. “Her corpse is speaking to you as it must’ve spoken
to your brother. It could make you insane.”

“And
I need your mind clear,” Samuel said. “I can’t kill the Quiet King by myself.”

“No.
You can’t and you’re correct. Since getting Phinova’s corpse, my mind has
fogged at times.” Ian embraced me. “Even now in this present time, I spotted
Phinova’s corpse. She talked to me in my head, asking me to fill her with
blood. Your blood at times. But still I didn’t destroy her. She’s here in this
camp, you know, in the wagon that Tote pushed behind me.”

“I
figured.” Samuel’s voice sounded close. I glanced over to see him right behind
me, studying Ian’s hands as they caressed the center of my back. He lifted his
face and stared into my eyes. “Evil lives in her body. You can’t just bury her
now. You’ll have to set her on fire and make sure her flesh turns to ash. There
is no other way.”

“I
can’t,” Ian whispered.

“Maybe
I can do it for you,” I offered.

“No.
Ian has to do it himself, but we’ll be next to you the whole time.” Samuel
moved closer to me and twirled the ends of my hair. “Phinova is your past. You
have more in your future.”

“Only
death rests my future.” Ian tightened his hold on me.

“No.”
An exasperated breath escaped Samuel’s lips. “It seems my queen has feelings
for you, Ian. Not as deep as the ones for me, but there is something between
you both. I can’t say I’ll let her be in your future without a fight, but…I
can’t ignore the energy flowing back and forth between you both.”

I
stirred in Ian’s embrace. “Let’s not focus on that—”

“Don’t
be afraid, my queen. Ian won’t die tonight.” Samuel returned his gaze to Ian’s
hands as they moved to my waist and guided me to come closer. “Do you like his
hands on you?”

I
bit my lip and tried to yank up the courage inside me to answer the truth.
Instead, I kept quiet and pushed away from Ian.

Ian
tightened his grip, refusing to let me go. “Don’t ask her. She never wants to
displease you. Look to her body. What does her blood say, Samuel?”

“She
loves your hands.” Samuel gathered all my hair, tossed it over my shoulder, and
kissed me on the back of the neck, sending delicious shivers through me. “And
when I touch my queen, her blood sings even louder.”

“Awww.
I hear it. It’s even more melodious then Phinova’s blood. Maybe your connection
is deeper than ours could’ve ever been.” Ian leaned back, placed his hands on
my robe’s tie, and unraveled it from the knot. My body perked up, excited to be
between two captivating kings. Ian opened the robe. Cool air brushed against my
skin. Ian groaned as his view traveled over my body. “Can I taste you?”

I
looked over my shoulder at Samuel, searching for an answer. I needed to know
how he felt about this, if he was heartbroken and felt disrespected. I couldn’t
just go with my body’s cries for desire. I had to listen to my heart and my
heart resided with him, my king. “Samuel, how do you feel about this?”

“I’m
not sure.” He slipped my robe down my shoulders and dragged it to the ground.
“I won’t lie to you. Part of me begs to cut out Ian’s throat right now. The
other part yearns to hear you moan and experience great pleasure. When I see
his hands on you, I’m not mad right now. Maybe I will be upset if he touches
you again, but for now…I’m content.”

Chapter Twelve

~Samuel

And
I was content.

It
wasn’t that I hated Ian’s gaze and hands on Brie. The logic of the situation
had simply dropped to my cock. As soon as I stepped into the room and witnessed
her resting on the carpet, I longed to kick Ian out, rip her clothes off, and
fuck her until her voice turned hoarse from screaming. Her blood rose in the
air with a tune of love and sensuality, passion and desire. It played within
her body, purring in her veins and warming for my fangs.

But
then I sat down beside her as she talked with Ian and realized the hard truth.
Her blood song differed from the one that I’d been acquainted with since I
first pierced her skin. The harmony strummed unusual notes. Some climbed high
and rung my ears. My fangs ached to free from my gums, but I couldn’t shake
this notion that Brie’s blood sang for Ian. And I didn’t care.

How odd is that? Am I truly a
vampire king?

Tonight
her blood sang and all I longed for was to feel the warm liquid on my tongue,
hot flesh under my fingers, and her wet arousal dripping down on me. I didn’t
care how, where, or why. I just wanted.

Dear Ambi, is this wrong to be
willing to let her spread her legs for another because I can’t think through my
own lust? Or does she truly rule me completely as Ian said? By Ambi, she
desires him and I want her to have him just because it will make her happy. Am
I no longer a man? No. I guess I’m not. I’m what she said before. I’m a vampire
king. I walk on what I want and dear Ambi, I’ll fuck the way I want to!

“What
will you have us do, queen?” I nibbled at the arc of her neck, over her
shoulder, and down the delicate path of her spine until the lush curve of her
behind began. “We’re at your command tonight.”

She
gasped as I dipped my tongue between her buttocks. My dick jumped a little in
my pants. I had to free it and enter her soon, so soon.

I
gestured for Ian to kiss her. He leaned in and pressed his lips to hers. She
shuddered and her body went limp. Ian drew back a little and slipped his tongue
along her bottom lip. She glanced back at me. “Samuel?”

“It’s
okay.” I tenderly squeezed her flesh.
She’s
so damn soft.
I longed to bite her everywhere. “We’ll stop when you tell
us.”

“But—”

“Samuel
is right.” Ian moved her robe away so I had more access to her body. “You must
lead this tonight. We’ll go as far as you desire.”

“I’m
still not sure this is something we should do,” she whispered.

“If
you could hear your blood the way we do, you would recognize that there is no
need to deny this.” I guided her down so she lay on the carpet on her side. My
skin prickled as soon as I caught the scent of her arousal. “Blasted woman. Your
pussy is hungry for us both. Let us feed that sweet flower.”

She
whimpered. I glanced over her side. Ian had scooted down until his head rested
between her legs. His tongue flickered between her secret lips like a starved
vampire on the brink of madness. I seized her full breasts and circled her
nipples with my fingertips. They’d been soft, but now they hardened under those
tips.

“Pinch
them harder.” She bit her lips.

I
squeezed them both at the same time. My fangs ached in my gums as I slowly
twisted those stiff points from side to side. “How does that feel, my queen?”

“Oh
Ambi! So good.”

I
yearned to get in front of her and suck on her nipples with as much pressure as
my fingers gave. “Move, Ian.”

Grumbling
exploded from Ian’s chest. He remained between her legs. His licking
transformed to lapping. The sound of his tongue slapping against her clit
flooded the space. Even though it wasn’t me making her moan, I relished in the
noise nonetheless. My dick stretched the fabric of my pants.

“Be
careful, Ian.” I grinned. “Your tongue may never desire anything else but that
taste. It’ll be disgusted with wine and blood.”

He
ceased and licked his lips. “I was already addicted with just one lick.”

“Then
you’re more hopeless than me.” I ran my hands along her hips, pushed my claws
out of my fingertips, and let the sharp points circle her nipples some more.
Ian revisited his feast while I pondered how I could get those stiff nipples in
my mouth.

Brie’s
body quaked as I fondled her breasts and Ian devoured her pussy.

“Are
you enjoying this?” I nibbled at her neck and scraped the tip of my fangs until
she shivered.

“Take
your cocks out.” Hunger coated Brie’s voice. “Please. I have to feel them in my
hands, on my skin, and inside of me now.”

I
quickly moved away, unsnapped my buttons, and wrenched down my pants at the
rate of a vampire insane with blood lust. Rustling sounded from Ian’s direction.
I was confident he was naked as well. I peeked. Those two huge cocks pointed
her way. My heartbeat faltered for a second.

Where will they all go?

Brie
cleared her throat, no doubt wondering the same thing. “I’ve never done
anything like this before. How will I…manage with so many? I’m only one queen.”

“You’re
all I need.” Ian stroked both of his cocks at the same time. Each time he
reached the swollen tips, he paused for a few seconds and squeezed.

Brie
twisted my way, lying on her back. “And where do you want to put your cock?”

A
growl emitted from my mouth, not one that signaled fear, but a noise that told
her I’d be happy to enter her any way possible.

“That’s
not an answer.” She smirked.

“You’re
a naughty one.”

“Yes,
I am.” She let her gaze fall to my dick as it hung to the floor.

Ian
spied my length and chuckled. “By Ambi, you’re more like Nai, it seems. He was
hung like a wild horse, too.”

“Hmmm.”
Brie drew her pink, wet tongue along her bottom lip, inciting a wave of lusty
desire to tremor through me.

“Open
your mouth, queen.”

She
giggled and obeyed. I traced her lips with the mushroomed tip of my cock,
drawing tiny circles around the plump bottom.
Ambi, she’s perfect. Even her mouth causes me to harden.
My erection
had already been stiff, but now it expanded even more until I thought an
explosion would occur in my groin. She opened her mouth wider and stuck her
tongue out.

I
entered her mouth and groaned. “Dear Ambi and Ressi together!”

Her
mouth radiated the perfect heat and moistness. I yearned to push all the way
through, to ram it hard into her mouth, and make her scream, but I took my
time, inch by inch, shivering the more her wet heat encased me. “Fuck!”

Her
arousal’s perfume lifted higher and clogged my nose with the yummy smell. I
looked Ian’s way. He spread her legs wide open as he thrust his fingers in and
out of her. His index finger pushed into her pussy. His thumb readied the
opening at her ass. My nerves flared on edge.

I
pulled out of Brie’s mouth. Drool glistened all over my length and spilled out
the corner of her mouth. I wiped it away. “Don’t hurt her, Ian.”

“I’m
fine.” Brie tickled the sensitive rim around my head with her tongue.

I
swayed, unable to keep myself up. “Are you sure?”
