EXTRA TIPS
Soak the feet in water containing cider vinegar or Epsom salts for 20 to 30 minutes. Dry off then massage as below.
Massage the feet. Add a few drops of lavender or geranium oil to almond or olive oil and use as a massage lotion.
At night, place a piece of lemon over the corn or callous and attach with micropore tape. Repeat each night until it has softened and disappeared.
Dab a cut raw garlic clove over the corn or callous three times a day.
To relieve pressure on the area, use corn pads available from the drugstore. Place the hole over the corn and attach with micropore tape.
Vitamin E oil can help to soften hardened tissue.
Get to a podiatrist as soon as you can, as this kind of pain is draining and can make you tired and grumpy.
CRAMPS
Cramps are painful spasms in the muscles, usually of the legs, toes, or feet. The muscle feels knotted and can be very sore.
CAUSES MAY INCLUDE
Mineral deficiency.
Vitamin deficiency.
Poor circulation.
Lack of movement.
