There had to be a lot of other combinations for three people, right?

Now, thinking about that seemed perfectly apropos.

Cain and Brad slept soundly beside her and she wanted to wake them up, but first she carefully crawled over Cain and went in to use the bathroom. While she was in there she brushed her teeth and put on some fresh lipstick. If she ended up with Cain's cock in her mouth at some point during the night, the least she could do was give him a good visual.

Bright red lips around a darkly engorged erection should be just about right.

Brad awakened to the shift of the bed as Cherry crawled over Cain and went into the bathroom. He lay there a moment, thinking of what she'd done tonight, how it felt to watch his entire erection disappear between her lips.

The moment he had the visual, his damned cock surged to life once again. Cherry going to her knees had totally floored him, but watching her suck on him was something he'd never forget. He'd been with prostitutes long before she was born who hadn't made him come as hard, and the fact that this was her first time was definitely mind-blowing.

He was watching the bathroom door when she stepped back into the main room. She'd combed the tangles out of her hair and put on fresh lipstick, and he wanted her so badly he ached. He knew the moment she realized he was awake—her eyes lit up and her beautiful lips tilted up in a smile.

She walked around the end of the bed and lay down beside him. Cain was still asleep, so she shoved Brad into the middle, in her old spot, and snuggled close beside him.

He nuzzled her hair and then whispered, “That was pretty amazing.”

She smiled and kissed his chin. “Definitely. Just think how good I'll be with practice.”

“You'll probably kill me.”

“Oh, I hope not.” She ran her hands over his chest and traced the muscles on his arms. “Cain and I made love this afternoon, but you and I haven't.”

She managed to pout and whisper at the same time. He'd never seen her pout before and thought it was a pretty sexy look. Of course, he thought everything she did was sexy. “I know.” He pressed his forehead to hers. “I think you should take care of that grievous inequity.”

She nodded against him. “I agree. He's sleeping—can we do it without disturbing him?”

“I doubt it, but he needs to wake up anyway. Besides, he said he likes to watch.” And there would be something wonderfully prurient about knowing Cain was watching him with Cherry.

“Good point.” She ran her hands across his chest again but this time stroked along his sides, raised goose bumps across his belly, and then tangled her fingers in the thick patch of hair at his groin. And tugged.

“Shit.” He hissed the curse and thrust his hips close to her. Then he reached over her and grabbed one of the condoms Cain had tossed on top of the bedside table. “I really hope you meant what you said.”

She shrugged and rolled to her back. “I'm waiting. Impatiently.”

He ripped open the packet and grabbed his dick, but then he noticed how avidly Cherry watched him. “Do you want to put this on me?”

She nodded and licked her lips. His dick reacted appropriately and grew. A lot. Cherry took the condom, sat up again, and stared at his erection. Hard as a post, it stood perpendicular to his body, and his balls had drawn up so tight they ached. She wrapped her hand around the base to steady him and then glanced at Brad. He shrugged and waited to see what she would do, but it didn't take her long to position the ring of latex over the distended crown and carefully roll it down his shaft. She smoothed it neatly, left plenty of room in the tip for all the spunk, and actually did a pretty good job.

When she was all through smoothing the sides, which didn't take nearly long enough as far as he was concerned, she glanced shyly at his face. “Perfect,” he said, and pulled her over on him. He raised his knees, expecting her to sit on his belly so they could play, but instead she knelt over him, grabbed his dick, and slowly lowered herself over him.

It was the most amazing thing he'd ever seen. Her face was a study in concentration; a small frown wrinkled her brow and she had her lower lip caught between her teeth. He had a perfect view of her dark pink labia and the distended nub of her clitoris as she stretched to take him. His dick was bigger around than Cain's, though not quite as long, and it was fascinating to watch the methodical way Cherry slowly managed to take all of him.

Thank goodness his night vision was excellent. The candles were beginning to burn low, and he wouldn't want to have missed seeing her like this for anything. She finally got all of him inside and sort of wriggled her butt to get everything situated. Then it was almost as if she realized he might be watching, because she raised her head, met his gaze, and her eyes went wide. Even in the darkness he could see her blush.

“What?” He planted his hands on her waist and glared at her, trying really hard not to laugh. “Did you forget I was here?”

She started to giggle, slapped her hand over her mouth, and snorted. He bounced her a couple of times, lifting and dropping his hips, and she folded forward with her arms around his neck and her face buried under his chin. Laughing. This wasn't the reaction he'd expected, but he liked it. A lot. Almost as much as he liked Cherry.

He rolled her over and was on top of her before she had time to catch her breath, but he'd been dreaming of this moment since the first time he saw her last Sunday, and he wasn't going to wait any longer. He pulled out and slowly thrust forward. Then he did it again, and again. She brought her legs up and around his waist and locked her ankles behind his butt, and after a few more thrusts her eyes looked sort of glazed and her lips parted.

He rested his weight on his forearms and shoved her long hair back from her face. She was so beautiful he wanted to see her as he made love to her. Wanted to watch the expressions coursing across her face, the waves of color that suffused her cheeks as her arousal grew.

He leaned in and kissed her, exploring her mouth with his tongue, nipping at her full lips, breathing her breath. Tasting her. He and Cain hadn't had a chance to talk, but Brad was so positive that she was right for them he was ready to claim her tonight, which of course they couldn't do.

He'd read all the werewolf lore, how they were telepathic, which they weren't, that there was one perfect mate for them, but that wasn't true, either, or that they were forced into the shift beneath a full moon. Not at all. They were just typical guys with an atypical life span and the ability to change from human to wolf, but that meant they didn't get blindsided by a mythical “One.” A perfect woman who would bond to them forever—they had to be careful about choosing a mate, because eternity with an unhappy woman was its own kind of hell.

Which was why they'd all agreed that if a man met a woman at Feral Passions who could become his mate, he had to let her go home after her week was up, give her time to think about the relationship that might or might not prove to be strong enough to make sharing their secret a safe proposition. It had to be the woman's choice to stay.

He'd heard the old ones talk about carrying innocent young women off from their small towns and villages and turning them without giving them a choice. Some of those relationships lasted to this day, but the days of kidnapping women were long past. It was going to be so hard to let Cherry go, but he'd have to trust that they'd built enough of a bond over the past couple of days. Tomorrow was Wednesday.

She'd be leaving Saturday morning for the long drive back to San Francisco.

Desperation drove him as he realized how quickly the week was flying by. He felt the clenching muscles deep inside Cherry as he pounded into her. She arched her back, driving him even deeper, and he watched her face as her climax rolled over her. The visual was too much—Brad was right behind her. His steady, deep strokes went short and sharp. Cherry screamed and her hands clutched at his shoulders.

Like a piston plunging in and out of her, he struggled to hang on, wanted to give her even more than he already had, and when her body rippled around him once again he finally let himself go, let the pleasure take hold and the emotions he'd been holding in check flow free.

He felt as if he emptied his soul into this woman, gave her everything he was, in the hope she'd understand how very much he cared. How much they both cared, because it could never be just Brad or just Cain. They were a pair.

They didn't want a woman who would divide them, who might try to tear them apart. They wanted Cherry, the first woman in their very long lives who seemed to understand what they needed, a woman who could bring them even closer together should she choose to stay.

CHAPTER 16

Stunned, Cherry lay there in the darkness. The last of the candles had finally gone out, and Brad's welcome weight covered her. He was still hard enough that she felt the gentle pulses of his cock deep inside, and he was conscious enough to hold much of his weight off of her, resting on his forearms, head hanging low with his face between her breasts.

She had fairly large breasts, but she knew she hadn't smothered him, and wouldn't that be a hard one to explain.
Yes, Your Honor, we were having wild monkey sex and he collapsed on top of me and I smothered him with my boobs. No, it was not intentional.

She didn't know whether to laugh or cry, but then she turned her head to her left and there was Cain, lying beside them, resting his weight on his elbow with his head propped on one hand, slowly stroking himself with the other.

He smiled the moment she turned his way, and shook his head. “Good lord, Cherry, that has to be the most erotic thing I've ever seen. You and Brad together? You're both so beautiful, your bodies moving together perfectly. I wanted to be part of it, but I realized it was more important to watch, to imagine what you and I might have looked like together.”

Brad slowly raised his head. “We're keeping her,” was all he said. Then he rolled to his back, taking Cherry with him. Looking up at her, he smiled, blinking slowly as if he were just coming out of a sound sleep.

Or maybe a truly mind-blowing orgasm? “I'm sorry if I squished you, sweetheart. I felt a real need to wallow in you after that.”

“You didn't squish me. You were holding a lot of your weight off of me. Thank you for that. You're heavier than you look.”

He nodded. “Which is why you're now on top. Because you're not heavy at all.” He tilted his head forward and kissed her. Then he lifted her up and off of him and settled her beside Cain. “I need to go take care of this.” Hanging on to his semi-erect penis and the condom, he rolled off the edge of the bed and went into the bathroom.

“You okay?” Cain swept his fingers through her tousled hair.

She didn't answer right away. Instead, she took a moment to think about that. Was she okay? Her entire world had been totally blown away in the last three days. That's all this had been. Three jam-packed days of men and sex and experiences she'd never dreamed of, and a new sense of herself, a new confidence she had always wished for but never thought she'd have.

“I am,” she said, frowning. “So much has happened in such a short time. It's sort of hard for me to process all of it.”

Cain smiled and tapped her forehead. “It's that analytical brain of yours. If you can't fit things into an algorithm, you don't know how to deal with it. Brad and I don't compute with your internal content analytics.”

She laughed. “How do you know about content analytics? Because I think you nailed it. Numbers, systems, things—they're something I understand. This?” She waved her hand in a loose gesture that encompassed the cabin and all it contained. “I don't have a frame of reference for any of this. Not for you and Brad, not for the awesome sex, not—”

He interrupted her. “Not sex, Cheraza. We've had this discussion. What Brad and you and I are doing is making love. Don't forget that. Sex is something people can walk away from. Making love is building a foundation that's rock solid. It has staying power. It's built to build upon. That's what this is, what we're creating.”

“You've said that.” She shook her head. “It's just hard for me to believe it.” She glanced up as Brad came out of the bathroom. “But it's getting easier all the time, I think.”

“What's getting easier?” he asked. “Turning me into a slavering beast?” He pounced on the bed and licked Cherry's throat. Then he pretended to bite her shoulder until she was giggling and trying to curl into a tight ball to get away from the mock assault.

Or was it all in fun? She still had her suspicions about these two and their wolfish ways, outlandish as they might be, but she went limp and lay there staring at him. There was a definite gleam in Brad's eyes, and then Cain laughed and punched him in the shoulder. Brad sort of shook himself and sat back on his heels, trapping her thighs beneath his butt, and the moment ended.

There was no doubt in Cherry's mind there had been “a moment.” One Cain had very neatly brought to an end. Instead of making her wary of the two of them, it made her heart go out to both guys. If her suspicions were correct, they had a terrible secret. What would it be like, to live a life in hiding? To be creatures people either didn't believe in at all or feared?

She didn't fear either Cain or Brad or any of the other men at Feral Passions. As unbelievable as it was, as impossible, she was coming to the very strong realization that every day she was here she believed in and accepted that other reality of theirs just a little bit more.

Wednesday

Cherry came awake when the mattress dipped. Blinking her eyes, she saw Brad in the morning's dim light, pulling on his pants.

“Brad?”

“Shhh, sweetheart. Go back to sleep. It's only a little after five, but I need to get coffee going and breakfast started.”
