Gunz And Laci: Black Rose Mafia (6 page)

Chapter 8: Nazi

The week of Laci’s birthday flew by. One minute I was waking up for my first class
Monday
morning, and now I was getting ready to walk out of my last class of the day and head back up to New York. I hated that I chose to go to school all the way in Atlanta because I hated being away from Laci. However, I was glad I was so far away, so I wouldn’t have to deal with my parents. I had a love hate relationship with them. I loved them for everything that they have done for me, but deep down, something about them didn’t feel right to me. There was something off about them, but it seemed as though I was the only one that could see it. Laci worshiped the ground they walked on. Anytime I would say something negative about them, Laci would catch a mini attitude. Eventually, it got to the point where I would keep most of my opinions to myself.

One opinion I wasn’t keeping to myself was the whole arranged marriage thing. I didn’t care what kind of deal Laci made, I love her too much to let her go along with this ridiculous idea. If I had it my way, Laci was going to be with Gunz. Gunz was rough around the edges, but I could tell that he liked my sister. I would rather she commit to a person who liked her instead of a random person. Plus, Laci needed her a bad boy in her life. Her life was so dull and Gunz was the perfect person to add some light into it.

“Nazi, you will start off our presentations
on Monday
. Enjoy your weekend,” my professor said, letting us out of class. I grabbed all my books and stuffed them in my bag, ready to get this show on the road. I walked out of the psychology building and went straight for my car. Dropping my books on the passenger seat, I checked my phone before pulling off. I had a missed call from Laci and decided to call her back. I quickly hooked my phone up to the car’s Bluetooth and then pressed dial.

“Will you be here tonight or Friday morning?” Laci asked, not bothering to say a greeting.

“Hey to you, too. I plan on driving, so I won’t get there until maybe six in the morning.”

“I’m sorry. I’ve just been in a funk lately and could really use my sister’s company.”

“What’s wrong?”

“I don’t know. I’ve been like this ever since Gunz kicked me out of his house.”

“You know what that means, right?” I smirked.

“Nazi, it doesn’t mean anything,” she sighed.

“It means you are feeling him and that you miss him. You don’t have to play like you don’t because I’m your sister and I know you better than anyone else. Now, keep it real with me.”

“Fine, I do like him, but I really don’t want to. He’s so arrogant and rude, and let’s not forget cocky. All of that annoys me and turns me on at the same time. I just feel like he’s out of my league. I can tell that we come from two different worlds. I don’t even know if it’s possible for us to fit.”

“What you mean ‘he’s out of your league’? You are Lacianne Bentley. You are smart, gorgeous, and everything any dude could want in a female. Shit, you might be out of his league.”

“Thanks for trying to pump me up, but it doesn’t change how I feel. He commands respect without even talking. From the looks of it, he has everything together; what could I possibly offer him besides a headache?”

“You can offer him legal advice,” I joked.

“Stop it, Nazi. I’m being so serious right now.”

“Okay, I’m sorry. But you obviously have something you can offer him because he is interested in you. Don’t think about the negative things before you even get in a relationship with him. Just worry about opening up more to him.”

“I don’t know how to open up because I’ve been closed off for too long. I think I’m just going to go through this little phase, then forget all about him. I’m supposed to be getting married anyway. How do I look having a side dude?”

“You don’t have to get married and if you did, your husband would be the side dude because I can tell you now, Gunz isn’t going to go for it. That nigga wants all of your attention.” I parked my car in front of my condo. I got out, checked the mail, then jogged the couple of flights of stairs to my apartment.

“I don’t know,” she sighed. “I haven’t even heard from him this whole week and tomorrow is my birthday.”

“Have you tried picking up the phone to call or text him?”

“No because I don’t have his number. More importantly, he should be the one calling me to apologize for the way he talked to me.”

“Look, sometimes you have to be the bigger person and make things right. You have to know which battles to fight and which ones to surrender.” I walked in my apartment, sat my mail on the coffee table, then went towards my bedroom. I pushed opened the door and Jinx was laying on my bed fast asleep.

“But I didn’t-” Laci began to say.

“Laci, let me call you back,” I told her and hung up the phone.

I kicked off the sneakers I had on and jumped on the bed. I jumped up and down until Jinx jumped up.

“What the fuck?” he questioned, rubbing his eyes.

“What the fuck is right. What are you doing in my apartment?” I was standing over him with his body in between my legs and my hands on my hips.

“I came so we could catch a flight back to New York together. I didn’t want you driving thirteen hours by yourself.”

Since meeting Jinx the weekend prior, we have been texting back and forth. We talked about a lot, but I haven’t told him where I laid my head.

“Okay, but how did you find out where I live and how did you get in my apartment?” I got off the bed and started pulling out my suitcase.

“I’m a hacker ma, did you forget? I can find out anything.” He smiled.

“Yeah, ight. You looking more like a nut case than a hacker. What time do we have to catch our flight?”

“Six thirty, so you need to hurry up. It’s already a quarter to six. I came to get you and all, but I’ll leave your ass here.”

“What are you trying to say? You don’t want to be stuck in a car with me for thirteen hours?”

“That’s exactly what I’m saying. Since we got an understanding with that, get back to packing. You really need to stock your fridge. I been here since two and a nigga is hungry.”

“Then you should’ve went out and got you something to eat.” Jinx wasn’t as cocky and demanding as Gunz, but he had his ways about him. “You weren’t even supposed to be here. For all you know, I could’ve had my nigga in here waiting on me to get out of class.”

“Your nigga was waiting for you to get out of class, which is why he didn’t go get anything to eat.”

“Wait, my nigga is here because I don’t see him?” I smirked, then walked out of my room.

Jinx calling himself my man wasn’t what I expected, nor was it what I wanted right now. Jinx was cool, but I wasn’t into doing the distance thing. The way my trust was set up, I would catch a charge fucking with his sexy nerdy ass. I grabbed everything I needed out of my bathroom and went back in my room to throw it in my suitcase. I turned to head back out the room, but Jinx stopped me.

He brought me to the edge of the bed, making me sit on his lap. His hands rested on my thigh, causing a shiver. The chemistry between the two of us was undeniable; I just wasn’t ready to take that step.

“Wassup, why you playing with me?” he asked, licking his succulent lips.

“I’m not playing with you, Jinx. How am I supposed to feel, you just popped up at my place?”

“I popped up at your place to do something nice for your ass. You acting like I’m trying to murder you or something.”

“It’s not that, I just feel like you should’ve called or texted me.”

“Ight, I’m man enough to say when I’m wrong. I apologize, next time I do a pop up visit, I’ll text you.”

“That’s all I ask.” I smiled, jumping off his lap. “Let me finish getting ready before we miss our flight.”

“Ight, I’m gonna go get me something to eat right quick.”

“There’s a McDonald’s up the block,” I told him.

I quickly finished packing all of my things. I went over everything twice, making sure I didn’t forget anything. By the time Jinx came back and ate, I was ready to go. The whole plane ride, Jinx and I did nothing but talk and get to know each other. I did most of the talking, but he listened as if his life depended on it. I learned a little about him, but I could tell he wasn’t telling me anything. Putting what I used in psychology to use, I figured he had some resentment issues towards his parents because he didn’t bring them up. The only family he talked about was Gunz and his sister, Jiselle.

One thing that I did pick up on is that he was very tight lipped about what his family did for a living. I didn’t push the issue because technically I had no right to question him. He wasn’t my man and he wouldn’t be for a while. However, if I did decide to be with Jinx, I would have to know everything because I didn’t do secrets. Growing up with white parents left no room for secrets in my life. As bad as I wanted to keep that I was adopted from the other kids, I couldn’t because nine times out of ten, Laci and I were the only black kids in school. I learned early on in life that secrets did nothing but create problems, which was the reason I was so open with him. I just hoped when the time came, he could be just as open with me.

Chapter 9: Laci

“Go Laci, it’s your birthday, and we gonna party like it’s your birthday because you know we don’t give a fuck cause it’s your birthday,” Nazi sang.

The sound of her singing woke me up out of my sleep and I wanted to kick her ass. I sat up in bed, rubbing the sleep out of my eyes as Nazi danced around my room.

“Nazi, sit down somewhere. All that moving around you’re doing is giving me a headache.”

“You’re lucky I didn’t wake your ass up when I came in last night.” She laughed, getting on the bed with me.

“When did you get here?” Yesterday when she hung up on me, I could’ve sworn she wasn’t going to get here until six this morning.

“I got here around twelve. I was going to wake you up, but you were sleeping peacefully, so I let you rock. Jinx came down to the A because he didn’t want me to drive that long distance.”

“Oh really? Do I hear wedding bells for Jinx and Nazi?” I giggled.

“Uh no, I just met him. In other news, get up because I’m taking you to get your hair and nails done. Then we are going to the mall to find you something to wear for later tonight.”

“Where are we going later tonight because you know mom has a dinner planned?” Nazi rolled her eyes at the mention of the dinner my mother planned because we both knew what it meant.

“You will be there for the dinner. I just have to bring you to see someone before.”

“Nazi, don’t do that to me, you know I don’t like surprises.”

“Yeah, well this one you’re going to like. Be ready in the next hour and a half, okay? Happy birthday sissy, twenty-five has never looked better,” she said before jumping out of my bed and leaving the room.

I half expected a birthday breakfast or something, but I was going to take what I could get. I picked up my phone to see if I had any texts or calls. When I saw that I didn’t, my heart sank. I knew I was the reason for Gunz going off on me, but I thought he would at least tell me happy birthday. I was starting to see that he just wasn’t that into me like he seemed to be. Just as I was putting my phone down, it began to vibrate. I cheered up until I saw the name ‘Mom’ on the caller ID. I took a deep breath before answering because I wasn’t ready to have this conversation with her.

“Hello?”

“Happy birthday Lacianne,” my mother cheered into the phone.

“Thank you, mom.”

“You’re welcome and your father told me to tell you happy birthday also.”

“Where is dad?”

“He went into the office today, but he will be home for your birthday dinner. Are you excited?” My mother was way more excited about this than I was. I could literally hear her lips spreading into a smile.

“I guess,” I sighed.

“Don’t give me that, Lacianne Bentley! You made a deal and now you must honor it,” she chastised.

“I know mom, but come on, an arranged marriage? Who even does this anymore?” I asked.

“We do it and that’s all that matters. You said if you were not dating anyone by the time you are twenty-five, then you will agree to an arranged marriage. Are those not your words?”

“Yes those are my words, but-”

“Are you dating anyone?”

I thought about saying I was dating Gunz, but I didn’t have any proof of that and I’m sure they wouldn’t have gone for it.

“No,” I sighed.

“Okay, then the topic is no longer up for discussion. I will see you tonight at eight sharp,” my mother sassed and hung up the phone.

I threw my phone on the bed and stormed towards my bathroom. I slammed the door behind me before screaming into the mirror, trying to let out all my frustrations. This shit couldn’t be happening to me right now.

“Laci, are you okay?” I heard Nazi ask, knocking on the door.

“Yeah Nazi, I’m fine,” I sighed.

“Well, you have a phone call.”

“Who is it?”

“Gunz,” she said.

“Gunz,” I said to myself. A smile spread across my face as I tried to fix my appearance in the mirror. “Girl, what are you doing, he can’t see you,” I said to myself.

I opened the bathroom door, snatched the phone out her hand, then closed the door back shut. For some reason, it took me a couple of minutes to put the phone to my ear.

“Ayo Laci, you there, ma?” Gunz called out.

“Yeah, I’m here,” I said.

“Happy birthday, love!”

“Thank you.” I smiled.

“What you got planned for the day?”

“I’m about to go out with my sister, then I have to go to dinner at my parents’ house at eight.”

“Damn, you sound too busy for your boy.” The smile I already had spread wider because I heard a hint of hurt in his voice.

“No, I’m not too busy for you. I’m sure I can move some things around if you want to meet up or something.”

“If you could do that, then that would be cool. Just let me know what time you’re free. You can swing by my crib and I can give you your gift.”

“You bought me a gift? You didn’t have to.”

“You don’t have to tell me I didn’t have to because I already know. I bought a gift because you deserve it. But, go ahead and get ready to go out with your sister. I’ll talk to you when I catch up with you. Store my number in your phone too, Laci.”

“Okay,” I replied and hung up the phone.

My cheeks were burning from the smile I had on my face. I wished I didn’t waste that time trying to fight him off because today would be the last day that I see him. It was now too late to undo what I created as my fate. So, instead of dwelling on what was soon to come when I went to my parents’ house, I was going to enjoy the time spent with Nazi and Gunz.

* * * *

“You sure this outfit is okay?” I asked Nazi.

We were outside of Gunz’s house and I was having second thoughts. When we went to the hair salon, I had them flatiron my hair bone straight. Wearing my curls was something that I always did, so I wanted to do something different. I didn’t understand why I allowed Nazi to pick out my outfit. She had me wearing a leather Bodycon dress that was sleeveless and had a slit up the front where the zipper ended. The dress was way too sexy for me to wear, but Nazi insisted. Plus, she paid for it, so I didn’t have much of a choice. On my feet were a pair of red pumps. If you asked me, I looked like a hooker trying to catch a john.

“Laci, you look fine, stop overreacting. Go in there, get your present, and then we can leave.”

“Okay,” I said, getting out the car.

“I’ll be at Jinx’s crib waiting for you, okay? Just relax Laci, relax.”

I nodded my head and walked the short distance to Gunz’s house. With each step I took, it felt as though my heart was going to fall out of my chest. I went to knock on the door, but before I could get my sweaty hand in a knocking position, Gunz opened the door. His fine ass was dressed in a pair of sweats.

“Wassup Laci?” He smiled, pulling me into him. Any other time I would’ve fought him off, but this time, I welcomed it. I even pushed my lips out to throw a hint at him that I wanted a kiss, but he didn’t catch it.

He closed the door behind us, then led me to his bedroom. His bedroom was huge as hell. He had an all gold sleigh bed, while the rest of the room was black and burgundy. It looked like everything in his room was strategically placed.

“Close the door behind you.” I closed the bedroom door and before I knew it, Gunz had my back pinned against it.

“What are you doing here, Laci?” he asked in a husky voice.

“You told me to come,” I whispered.

“Wrong answer.”

He scooped me into his arms like I weighed no more than a hundred pounds. He threw me on the bed and tugged at the zipper that was holding the front of my dress together. He unzipped my dress, exposing my bare breasts and my lace black panties. My body froze with fear because I didn’t know what was to come next. He snatched the dress from underneath and threw it to the floor. The sweats he wore when I walked in the house were no longer on. The only thing he wore was a condom that I watched him put on.

My mouth was drooling from looking at his well sculpted body. It was as if someone handled sculpted him. Everything was done to perfection. I was appreciative of the art that I was looking at in front of me.

“Now, tell me why you came here?” Gunz asked again, laying his body on top of mine.

“I came to see you.”

“Mhm, you came to see me huh,” he smirked. The feeling of cold metal touching my wrist alarmed me.

“What are you doing?”

“I’m giving you exactly what you want.”

I looked up and saw that this nigga handcuffed my hands above my head to the bed. I couldn’t fight him off, and I was sure protesting wasn’t going to do anything to help me, so I laid there.

Gunz looked at me with lust covered eyes. He brought his lips to mine and that’s when my river started to flow. His lips devoured mine. The feel of his soft lips against mine sparked something in me. I shoved my tongue into his mouth, craving his taste. This feeling that I was going through was new to me, but I welcomed it. I welcomed the feeling and all of the sensation Gunz was giving me just by kissing me. His tongue went from exploring my mouth, to my neck, and even to my ear lobe. It wasn’t long until his wet tongue glided against my nipples, causing them to perk up on contact. He kept licking, sucking, and nibbling until I moaned out.

“Gunz,” I cooed, loving the feeling his tongue was giving me.

He roughly spread my legs, cupped my butt in his hands, and lifted my hips so that his mouth was only an inch away from what was going to be his dinner. The way he worked his tongue sent chills up my spine. Gentle flicks of his tongue brought me so close to my peak, but every time I would get there, he would pull away as if he knew I was ready to explode. He released my butt from his grasp, allowing my body to drop back on the bed. He lowered his body back on top of mine, staring at me with the same lustful gaze. I gazed back at him with the same intensity, letting him know I was ready for what he had to offer.

“AHHH!” I screamed out as he bit the side of my neck.

He bit me at the same time he entered me. I wanted to gasp for air, but there was no air for me to gasp. He held himself in place as I felt my insides expand. Not letting go of my neck, Gunz began to long stroke me. I had no choice but to endure the slight pain his dick was giving me. He had length and width, which was something my poor vagina wasn’t used to.

“What do you want?” Gunz questioned, letting go of my neck.

“I want you,” I moaned out. The slight pain I was feeling before subsided. I was feeling nothing but pleasure as my hips bucked.

“You want me or you want this dick?”

“I want youuuuuu,” I cooed out in pleasure.

“Ight then.” He kissed me on the lips, then pulled out.

“Wait, what are you doing?” I questioned in a panic.

“You said you want me, so you don’t get this dick,” he smirked.

“I want both,” I pleaded. “Finish giving me what I want Gunz.”

He got back on the bed, roughly grabbed my legs, putting them on his shoulders, then slipped back in. The air I wasn’t able to grasp before was now there. He pumped roughly in and out of me, but I didn’t care because the pleasure I felt before was now intensified.

“Fuck, this pussy good,” Gunz moaned, gripping my thighs. I thrusted my hips forward, giving him all I had to offer.

“Whose dick is this?” he asked, throwing me a little off guard.

“Laci, I know you fucking heard me. Tell me whose dick this is before I pull out,” he threatened.

“It’s mine!” I cried out proudly.

“That’s that shit I like to here. Give me my pussy, Laci. Give me that gushy stuff,” he demanded.

As if my body understood what he was saying, I exploded all over his dick. I was screaming out in pleasure as I looked Gunz in the eyes. The way he was biting his lip led me to believe he wanted to scream out in pleasure too.

“Laci, ma, you mine. Now remember that shit,” he groaned as he reached his peak, exploding into the condom. He slipped out of me, took the condom off, then went into the drawer that was next to his bed, and pulled out a small set of keys. He uncuffed my hands, then carried me into the bathroom where we went for a second round.

“Laci, you know Mom is going to go off on you, right?” Nazi asked, as we jumped in my car.

“I know, I sort of lost track of time,” I tried to explain, but there was really no explanation. Instead of getting in the shower like we were supposed to after our round two, we ended up going a round three and four. The sexual chemistry we shared was unexplainable, and we couldn’t get enough of each other. Plus, I had to get all that I could because Gunz would be a figment of my imagination after tonight.

“So I see. Well, you don’t have to tell me what happened because from the way your hair is all curly now, I already know.”

“Shut up and please just don’t say anything else.”

I needed time to process everything that had happened and everything that was going to happen. I wasn’t ready to get married because I wanted to explore things with Gunz. I wanted to see if this could be something real between us. On the other hand, I didn’t want to disappoint my mother. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. My time to make a decision was up because Nazi had just pulled into my parents’ driveway.
