Her Alpha Saviors [The Hot Millionaires #2] (Siren Publishing Ménage Everlasting) (17 page)

“Shit, I’m two hours late!”

She threw back bedclothes that still bore traces of their activities the night before and smiled at the vivid memories that flooded her mind, feeling alive and vibrant in ways she hadn’t realized were possible. She expected to be sore but felt little discomfort. Her two hunky lovers had taken good care of her. Running to the bathroom, hot jets of water pouring over her head in the shower, Skye laughed aloud as she recalled the use which the three of them had put that shower to the night before.

Frenetic activity greeted her when she stepped outside, men dashing everywhere, pulling together the reception that could make or break her pub whilst she lay in bed and dreamed about her sexual awakening. She must truly be a terrible person.

Everything inside the pub appeared to be under control, and she felt almost surplus to requirements. Before hitting her office she went in search of Jay and Luke and found them in the breakfast room, consuming vast fry-ups.

“Ah, the dead have risen,” Luke joked, standing to kiss her cheek.

Skye felt embarrassed. “I guess I overslept.”

Jay pulled out a chair for her. “Just in time for breakfast.”

“I don’t have time. I have to—”

“No you don’t.”

Jay shot her the look he gave her when they were playing sex games and he expected her to obey him. She sank into the chair without another word of protest and lowered her eyes.

“What will you have?”

“Just tea and toast.”

“Tea for the boss and a full fry-up,” Jay said to the waitress who drifted up to them.

“I can’t eat all that!”

“Sure you can.” Luke winked at her. “You need to refuel after all the energy you expended last night.”

“You feel okay?” Jay asked, watching her closely. “No regrets?”

Her spontaneous smile encompassed them both. “None whatsoever. When can we do it again?”

The two men roared with laughter. “Well, perhaps tonight we’ll give you both our cocks at once,” Jay said in a low tone. “Think you can cope with that?”

“I can cope with anything you throw at me,” she said, empowered by their identical expressions of lusty admiration.

“Now that’s the sort of challenge we thrive on,” Luke warned her. “So be careful what you wish for.”

The waitress returned with toast.

“Isn’t that the girl who cried rape?” Jay asked.

“Maisie? Yes it is.”

“Have you spoken to her yet?”

“Since I only just got out of bed, obviously not.”

“Okay, we’ll do it together after breakfast.”

“She might not open up to you.”

Jay shrugged. “She wasn’t raped, thank goodness, but we do need to try and understand why she said she was. Besides,” he added, winking at her, “all women open up to me.”

Skye inverted her chin. “Don’t be modest, Jay. Say what you’re thinking.”

“It would get me arrested.”

“What do you need me to do today?”

Skye couldn’t take the smouldering sensuality beneath his smile and turned away from him. Damn it, they’d kept her up half the night with their demanding games and tendency to punish her for the slightest transgression. She’d lost count of the number of times she’d climaxed but hadn’t been out of bed for five minutes before Jay’s loaded glance went straight to her newly shaved pussy, drenching her panties.

“Best keep out of the way,” Luke said. “The guys have got it covered.”

“Take that horse of yours out,” Jay suggested. “Get some exercise.”

Skye elevated a brow. “You think I’m out of shape?”

“Baby, there’s nothing wrong with your shape far as I can tell and, trust me, I’ve checked.”

She giggled but stifled the sound when Maisie placed her breakfast in front of her with a thump.

“Thanks,” she said, but Maisie didn’t respond. She avoided eye contact and appeared sullen and uncommunicative.

“Tell you what,” Jay said, turning to Skye, “we’ll come riding with you if you like.”

“We will?”

Luke looked as surprised as Skye felt. Presumably Mr. Control Freak didn’t make a habit of playing hooky during the working day.

“Yeah, if there are horses for us. Not much we can do here this morning.”

“Oh, I’m sure Patrick can mount you.”

Luke choked on his coffee and placed the cup hastily back in its saucer. “We have no interest in riding Patrick,” he said.

“Whereas you, sweetheart…” Jay’s words trailed off as his gaze lingered on her breasts.

Skye rolled her eyes at them both. She made a passable attempt at finishing her breakfast but still left half of it. Luke went off to do whatever it was Jay had asked him to, and Jay said he’d see her in her office with Maisie as soon as she was ready.

She wandered into the kitchen, barely recognizable from the room she knew so well. Two other chefs had joined Steve and several more minions were busy chopping, stirring, and running back and forth to the supply room. God knew how much this was all costing and how she’d ever repay Jay, but it was too late to worry about that. It was happening, and she’d just have to go along for the ride. It was obvious she wasn’t needed, and so she went back to the dining room and found Maisie there, setting tables for lunch.

“A word please, Maisie,” she said. “In my office.”

The girl looked surprised and wary and was slow to follow Skye from the room.

“What’s this about?” she asked. “Is it about what Steve did?”

Skye didn’t reply. Instead she pushed the door to her office open and ushered the girl inside. She balked when she noticed Jay dominating the tiny space and glanced at Skye as though looking for reassurance.

“Have a seat, Maisie.”

Skye slid into her own chair behind the desk and Maisie took the visitors one in front of it. Jay remained standing behind Skye, probably deliberately. He was intimidating enough when seated. Standing as he was now and fixing Maisie with a look of stern censure, Skye suspected that any lies her recalcitrant employee tried to tell would lack teeth.

“You know who this gentleman is and why he’s here.”

“Everyone does,” she said, shrugging. “The Fox
is in trouble, and he’s gonna bail it out.”

Well, that told her! Ignoring Maisie’s assumption that she and Jay were in partnership, she returned her mind to the matter in hand.

“Mr. Blanchard has a few questions for you, Maisie,” she said, turning the floor over to Jay. “And I need you to answer him truthfully.”

“I hope you’re not insinuating that I’m in the habit of telling lies.”

“Ms. Harrison isn’t insinuating anything. She’s stating a fact,” Jay said in a deceptively mild tone. “If you’re as honest as you claim, why did you make up those stories about Steve?”

“I didn’t. It’s all true!” She half stood but fell into her chair again when Jay simply raised one brow. “I swear it,” she said, little conviction in her tone.

“Who put you up to it?” Jay asked, leaning into her personal space and crowding her.

“It’s true! Men always get away with these things because they say the woman led them on.” She crossed her arms defensively over her chest. “It’s not fair.”

“And you’re not being honest,” Jay said in an icy tone. “There’s no room for liars in this establishment. You have one chance to tell us the truth, and I strongly suggest you take it.”

She shook her head, addressing her next comment to her feet. “There’s nothing to tell.”

“You know you can talk to me,” Skye said. “I’ll look out for you, but you must tell me what’s been going on.”

“I did and you don’t believe me.” She levelled a malevolent glare at Skye. “Can I go now? I’ve got work to do.”

“Do you realize what rumours of sexual harassment could do to The Fox?” Jay asked. “All the money in the world won’t save it if we acquire that sort of reputation. Is that what you want? Do you want to be responsible for the end of a pub that’s been here for three hundred years?”

“I’m only telling the truth,” she mumbled, tears gathering in the corners of her eyes.

Jay and Skye exchanged a glance that said
this is getting us nowhere.

“Get back to the kitchen,” Skye said wearily, waving her off. “Think about what we’ve said, and we’ll talk again.”

“You should have let me have at her for a bit longer,” Jay remarked when the door closed behind her.

“I think she was too frightened to own up. She needs time to assess her options. Jobs aren’t so easy to come by round these parts, and she’ll realize that for herself, left to her own devices.”

“Yeah, there is that. She was definitely lying, though. Thing is, is she more frightened of losing her job or of the person who put her up to making a stink?”

“Should I dismiss her?”

“No, don’t do that. Whoever’s pulling her strings might try again, and we need to know who they’re gonna use.” Jay stretched his arms above his head and let out a frustrated sigh. “You’re so fucking sexy when you put on the ‘lady in charge’ bit. Did you know that?” He stood behind her, massaging her shoulders with his large, capable hands as he dropped his voice to a gravelly purr. Skye closed her eyes and rolled her neck slowly from side to side, sensation streaking through her in unstoppable waves. “You have no idea how much it turned me on.”

Skye burst out laughing. “Try it and I’ll take a page out of Steve’s girlfriend’s book and come after you with one of his choppers.”

“Talking of choppers.”

He reached for her hand, unzipped his pants and guided her fingers inside. “See, I wasn’t lying.”

“Jay, you’re insatiable!”

He quirked a brow. “And you’re not creaming your panties?”

She bit her lower lip to stop herself from smiling. “Well, there is that.”

He reached across the small room and turned the key in the lock. “Suck it for me, baby. I can’t get on a horse like this. I’d be no good to you afterwards if I did.”

Skye didn’t hesitate. She fell to her knees in front of him and sucked on the head of his thick prick, drawing it slowly into her mouth and letting it slide out again, reaching for his balls at the same time and applying enough pleasure to make him groan.

“That’s it. Keep doing that.”

He massaged the back of her head, forcing her to suck him deeper still. He filled her mouth as tightly as he’d filled her cunt several times last night, but Skye wasn’t complaining. He’d lost his iron control and was fucking her mouth like he’d been deprived of sex for months rather than hours. For the first time in their brief relationship she felt the power had reverted to her and was tempted to get her own back, tease him by letting him go and making him wait until he begged her, the way she’d been forced to beg so many times the night before.

But she couldn’t do it. He’d done everything he could to take care of her last night—they both had—foregoing their own pleasures in order to ensure hers. She wanted to give him this and ran her tongue down his slit as he spasmed in her mouth.

“I’m close, Skye. I’m going to shoot my load into your throat. Now, baby! Suck me deeper. I’m coming.”

He took hold of the base of his prick, rubbed it a couple of times, and then shot an endless stream of sperm into her mouth. She swallowed twice before it finally stopped gushing.

With a smile on his face he pulled her to her feet and into his arms, kissing her hard.

“Thanks,” he said, zipping up. “I guess I needed that.”

She grinned up at him, licking her lips as though she could still taste him there. “What else are slaves for?”

“Never a slave, babe.” He perched one buttock on the corner of her desk and flashed one of his killer smiles. “Go on then. Get on the phone and organize horses for us.”

She got on the phone to Patrick, who seemed surprised by her request.

“I heard you had two Yanks there,” he said. “But do they know how to ride with European saddles?”

“I’ve no idea,” she said. “I’ll ask them.” She moved the phone from her ear. “Patrick says can you ride with a European saddle?” Jay just snorted. “I’ll take that as a
yes
then
.”
She returned the phone to her ear, grinning. “They say yes. Well, I think they do.” She listened a bit. “An hour. Great, that’ll work. See you later.”

“All set?” he asked.

“Yep. One hour.” She stood and unlocked the door. “How come you’re taking time out of your busy working day? Luke says you never do that.”

“Hell if I know,” he said, shrugging his broad shoulders as though he really didn’t know the answer. That couldn’t be right. Unless Skye missed her guess, Jay Blanchard didn’t do anything without a reason. “I figure I’m just going with the flow.”

“Again?” She waggled her brows at him. “Just so I know, how many times do you like to flow in any given day?”

“How long have you got?”

She giggled as he grabbed her waist from behind and slammed her body back against his. She could have sworn she detected the beginnings of another erection.

“I have stuff to catch up with,” she said, pointing to the door and giving him a shove toward it. It was like a mouse trying to move a mountain of solid muscle. Even so, he eventually kissed the end of her nose and took himself off without further persuasion. “I’ll meet you both in the courtyard in fifty minutes,” she said to his retreating back.
