First and foremost I have to thank my little party of four ~ my hubby and kids.  Thank you so much for putting up with me when my mind is consumed with the characters in my head and all of the other business that goes along with this authoring gig.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Renee Kubisch – what can I say?  Thank you for being part of my life.  For loving Joel and helping me shape this book into what it is.  For staying up ‘til the wee hours of the morning helping me out.  For making great teasers and pimping me lots.  For sharing dirty pictures and even dirtier stories.  For making me laugh and making me cry.  Thanks for pointing out edits needed in my Facebook posts (not!) and sharing a love for the same books as me.  But most of all, thank you for being my friend.  You can expect that delivery of menacing cats any day now…

Marie
Obradovic, you have been a fantastic friend these past few months.  A tremendous support when I needed it most.  I can always rely on you to pull me from a slump or just to understand and have bitch with.  Always good for a laugh, I’m lucky to have you!

Kellie Donaldson – the wind beneath my wings!  Mistress of ideas!  Lover of all things Carlos!  You rock!  Thank you so much for your friendship and devotion to all things minion like.  Your support has meant so damn much to me that I struggle to find the words.

Special thanks to my minions.  The best thing I ever did was get you lovely ladies all together in one place.  You girls keep me sane, laughing and in supply of hot men!  I love that I can head onto our page and automatically feel great!

I also want to thank AJ Summer, Laramie Briscoe, Kristine Raymond,
Katt Sterling and all of the Cover to Cover authors for their friendship and inspiring words.  It’s so great to be able to connect with you girls and to swap words of wisdom on the publishing world on such a regular basis.

Kari at Cover to Cover Designs – this cover knocked the others out of the park!  I love, love, love it!  Stunningly beautiful, perfect for the story, so very pretty, gorgeous, love the colours, love the talent, so glad to have you!  Did I mention I love the cover?

To one of my biggest writing inspirations, Ella Frank.  The stories you write are so out-of-this-world fantastic!  You amaze me with every book.  I feel so honoured to be part of your team and doubly-honoured that you take the time to chat with me
and
read my books!

Spank you to Alice for your ever-inspiring words of wisdom - you’re one funny chick!  Thank you also to
Tash, Tami and Tiffany for providing me with feedback and pointing out my errors.

There are so many bloggers out there to thank, but I’m only going to mention the ones that have helped me out the most (recently) otherwise I’d be here all day.  So, to the best bloggers out there - Holly at Holly’s Hot Reads, Tami Norman at Into The Night Reviews, Melanie at Sassy Mum Book Blog,
Tash at Confessions from Romaholics, Alicia, Kellie and Amanda at A.K.A. The Book Harlots Review, Tiffany Marie at Everything Marie, Tiffany Tillman at This Redhead Loves Books, Lori & Lee Ann at Hopelessly Hooked on Books, Marina Skinner at MI Bookshelf, Grace Regla at One-click Addicts Anonymous and the girls at Forever Me Romance.  Thank you!

Who knew that just opening up to the possibility of a new relationship would be all that it took?

Things start looking up when her hot new co-worker Seth notices her.
He had been the subject of her fantasies, but she never thought she stood a chance.  Then there’s Nick, the sexy and self-assured guy she met at the train station that she cannot get out of her head.

When even more prospects begin to show it seems that life is finally looking up.
Top it off with a new career opportunity and Emma finally believes she can

The girl or the dream?

Nick is about to head overseas on an adventure of a lifetime.  It’s what he has always wanted, to travel the world, to experience new cultures, see the places he’s dreamed of for so long.  He should be over the moon.  Instead, he’s been in a slump ever since he lost his friend
Em.

Nick is a player, always has been.  The first time he ever wanted more from a girl he was shot down.  So now he’s left licking his wounds.  Emma made her choice and now Nick has to live with it.

Or does he?
When he finds out that Emma is single after all, will he fight for her?  Will he be able to convince her to give him a chance?  And if he does, what will happen when he leaves?

Nick has reached a crossroads in his life - the girl or the dream.  Seems like an easy choice when the girl of his dreams is Emma.  But what if she doesn’t see things the same way?

Seth is starting over.  New city, new job, new love…?  Is this the start of something good?  Or is this the beginning of the end?

A man with no name.

Mysterious.

Dangerous.

Brooding.

Sexy.

Once a week he frequents the bar where Mackenzie works.  He orders the same drink, scotch on the rocks, and he sits back on the same lounge chair, quietly watching… waiting…

He has money - that much is obvious.  He wears his tailored suits well.  He smells divine, of expensive cologne, and orders his scotch from the top shelf.

He drinks alone, but he never leaves that way.  With a snap of his fingers, a flick of his eyes, a glimmer of a smile, he gets the attention of the most attractive women in the bar.

This time his focus is on Mackenzie.  Instead of feeling nervous Mackenzie is enthralled, intrigued … and aroused.
