Chloe gently ran her teeth along Finn, and she could feel his body begin to quicken as she increased her speed. She moved quickly up and down his shaft, never stopping until she felt Finn twitch within her mouth. She pushed him deep into her mouth, and Finn exploded, shooting his hot fluid into the back of her throat. Chloe swallowed everything Finn gave her, loving how salty he tasted in her mouth. She felt dirty, and she was enjoying every second of it.

When Finn finally seemed empty, Chloe pulled back and demurely wiped at her lips. When she looked up at Finn, she thought his eyes might bug out of his head. He said nothing, but instead pulled her to him, and cradled her against his body. They laid that way for a long time, and Chloe was pretty sure they both drifted in and out of sleep.

Finally, Finn began to stir and he pushed himself up on his elbows, keeping Chloe against his chest.

“I’m hungry. How about you?”

Chloe’s stomach grumbled and she smiled at Finn. “Yeah, I guess I am hungry too.”

Finn got out of bed and he stood in all his glory, stretching his arms up to the ceiling. He walked slowly to his dresser and Chloe had the opportunity to admire his fine ass as he pulled on a pair of black sweat pants.

“Mind if I take a quick shower?” Chloe asked. Finn had really made her sweat, and she wanted to rinse off before spending more time with him.

Finn smiled mischievously. “Mmm, a shower. Can I join you?”

“I think you’ve done enough for one day,” Chloe teased. But part of her was afraid of what would happen if they were in the shower together. She was still trying to process what had just happened. Finn pretended to look sad, but he walked to the bathroom and pushed the door open before bringing a white fluffy towel to Chloe.

“Thanks.” She flashed him a grin and walked to the bathroom, giving Finn a full view of her ass.

She heard Finn groan in appreciation and she couldn’t help smiling at herself as she closed the bathroom door.

Her jaw dropped once she stepped inside; it was the most decadent bathroom she had ever seen. The bathroom was roughly the size of her entire apartment and reminded her of a spa. It was done in soothing brown and white shades and even held fresh flowers on the lengthy vanity.

Once Chloe had adjusted to her surroundings, she stepped inside the enormous glass shower and turned on the water. It was hot instantly and she twisted her hair on top of her head and stepped inside, letting the hot water wash over her. Chloe found a bar of soap that smelled of cucumber and she lathered her skin, mindlessly washing herself off as she remembered what Finn’s hands felt like on her body.

This wasn’t real life.

Chloe was living in a fantasy.

She knew she should jump out of the shower, get dressed and run from Finn’s condo as fast as she possibly could.

But she couldn’t.

Deciding that she would deal with real life once she got back home tonight, she turned off the shower and toweled herself off. She brushed out her hair in front of the large mirror and eyed the giant Jacuzzi tub that sat against the windows. She could just imagine what she and Finn could accomplish in that tub.

Wrapping herself in her towel, she padded back into the bedroom. Finn was nowhere to be found, and Chloe dressed quickly before going in search of him. She found him in the state-of-the-art kitchen, pouring over take out menus. He grinned and held up two menus.

“Sushi or pizza?”

While Chloe liked either choice, the idea of cooking with Finn seemed insanely sexy.

“Well, you did say your fridge was stocked. Maybe we can cook something.”

“Absolutely.”

He put the menus down and opened the fridge and Chloe stood behind him to peek in. The fridge was filled with fresh fruits and greens, as well as stacks of mini yogurts, fresh juices and other healthy foods.

“Finn Harrison, I’m impressed,” she teased, finding herself relax around Finn more and more by the second.

“I do have a small confession,” he said. “I didn’t stock this fridge, and I can only make about three dishes.”

Chloe laughed. “So who stocked it?”

“My assistant.”

“You have an assistant?” For some reason the information surprised Chloe. She knew that most celebrities had personal assistants, but Finn seemed so down to earth.

Finn looked embarrassed. “Well, yeah. His name is Marcus and he works for me part time.”

“That’s okay! You don’t need to explain. I don’t know why I acted so surprised.” Chloe smiled at Finn. “So, tell me. What are your three dishes?”

Finn grinned and raked his hand through his mussed up sex hair.

Chloe swooned.

“Grilled tilapia with a pineapple sauce, barbequed chicken and spaghetti.”

Chloe popped her head in the fridge and then pulled open a nearby pantry. “I think we can do spaghetti.”

“Spaghetti it is,” Finn murmured, grabbing Chloe and pulling her in for a kiss. Chloe kissed him back softly, enjoying the feel of his lips against her mouth. It was a soft, tender kiss and Chloe pulled away before things became to heavy. She laughed nervously.

“I haven’t had enough of you,” Finn argued, trailing his fingers on her exposed thigh.

“I think I’ve done enough damage for one night,” she said softly. Finn studied her carefully and then respected her wishes before pulling out pots and pans. He then raided the fridge, pulling out onions, tomatoes and a few other items.

“Alright, kitchen wench,” he teased, “get chopping.”

Chloe laughed and began chopping up the vegetables while Finn disappeared. A few moments later, Adele was playing throughout the condo. Chloe grinned as she continued chopping up vegetables.

“Nice choice,” she complimented when Finn returned.

“Thanks. I’m a big fan. Met her last year and was completely starstruck.”

Chloe only shook her head; this was not her life.

“So,” she asked, curiosity getting the best of her, “Are you renting this place, or is it actually yours?”

“It’s mine. I haven’t been in New York in quite some time, but I love the city. I was really excited to sign on to Life 101 because I knew it meant I could come back here. And LA gets old fast.”

“Is it rude of me to ask if you have a house in LA too?”

“Nope, not at all. And yes, I have a house in LA. Actually, it’s in Santa Barbara. I’m right by the ocean. It’s amazing.” Finn got quiet “You would love it,” he said softly.

Again, Chloe felt that strange butterfly feeling in her stomach. There was something so sweet and sincere with Finn, something that felt so real. More real than anything she had known with Ben.

“What makes you say that?”

“I can tell. Waking up in the morning with sunlight filtering through the blinds and a fresh sea breeze. Starting your morning with a walk on the beach, feeling the sand between your toes. Tossing a Frisbee. Relaxing on the deck with an iced coffee.”

Chloe gulped. How could Finn already know her so well?

“So?” she asked lightheartedly, trying to keep the conversation upbeat. “Do you own homes anywhere else?”

“You’re not making me feel as normal now,” Finn teased. “I have a flat in London and a home in Miami. I don’t believe in having a gigantic house where I would only use a fraction of the space. Instead, I have a few modest homes in cities that I love. Miami is great home base because I can do a lot of traveling to South America from there.”

It was the first time Finn had come close to mentioning the charity work he did. Chloe knew it was directly related to his years of substance abuse and trying to turn his life around. As if reading her mind, Finn stopped what he was doing and looked at Chloe, his blue eyes open and bare.

“Chloe, I’ve done a lot of things that I’m not proud of. I’ve gone about as low as a human being can go. But I’ve worked hard to rebuild my life, and I’m a different person today than I was ten years ago. I know we just met, but I feel connected to you. But if you feel this is too much, if you feel that you’ve made a mistake, I will understand. It’s okay for you to go. I know you’ve made choices tonight that you regret.”

He hung his head down as if he was ashamed that he had made Chloe screw up her life. Chloe was overcome with emotion and she hurried to Finn and took his head in her hands.

You
did not make me do anything tonight that I didn’t want to do. Every choice I made was my decision; I am one hundred percent accountable. You didn’t twist my arm to come here. I invited myself, remember?” Chloe paused, feeling a flush creep across her cheeks. “And I’m still here now, aren’t I?”

Finn dropped his wooden spoon and moved towards Chloe, embracing her as he pushed her hard against the kitchen table. Chloe gasped, dropping her knife as she wrapped her arms around Finn, pulling him closer to her, as their mouths crashed against each other.

Chloe couldn’t deny it.

The chemistry. The electricity. Finn was irresistible.

Chloe moaned into Finn’s mouth and Finn sat her on the table, pushing her legs apart as he moved effortlessly between them. He fumbled with his pants and Chloe tugged at them too until Finn fell into her hand, hard as stone and warm as fire.

At that precise moment, Chloe’s phone went off, startling both of them. They stopped, each panting, and Chloe looked down at her phone. It was from Ben.

Still working. Definitely going to be a late night

The realization of Chloe’s current situation came crashing down on her.

“I’m sorry, Finn. I can’t,” she said scooting off the table and fixing her skirt.

“It’s my fault,” he said hoarsely, “I shouldn’t have kissed you.” He paused. “Was that your fiancé?”

Chloe nodded. “Don’t apologize for kissing me. I was just as into it as you were.” As guilty as Chloe felt, she still couldn’t bear leaving Finn. Ben wouldn’t be home anytime soon. “Come on, let’s eat.”

She could tell Finn was happily surprised that she was staying. They made the spaghetti sauce while singing along to Adele, and joking about the show.

They sat down to eat and the mood was light and easygoing, but the sexual chemistry was bubbling just under the surface.

There was something erotic about eating spaghetti, and Chloe felt sexy as she twirled the spaghetti around her fork and placed it into her mouth. Finn clearly felt the same way, because he was watching her with dark, hungry eyes.

“You’re teasing me,” he growled.

“I’m only eating,” she said innocently, unable to help flirting with him. As the dinner went on though, the energy between them became hotter and Chloe knew that she needed to leave before she found herself back in Finn’s bed.

And she didn’t think she would be able to resist him this time.

“I wish you didn’t have to go,” Finn said softly as she got her things together.

“You’ll see me tomorrow.”

“The highlight of my day,” he said honestly. There was something raw and vulnerable about Finn in addition to his sexiness that made him a lethal combination. Chloe couldn’t help but kiss him before she left.

“We’ll figure this out,” he promised.

Chloe nodded. She knew that she was the one who needed to figure things out. Ben was her fiancé. Finn was a celebrity who was just passing through her life. Maybe she was having a mid-life crisis early. Maybe she could chalk this up to a romantic fling at a turning point in her life. She could say goodbye to Finn and get back to real life with the man she was planning on marrying.

Much to Chloe’s annoyance, she had agreed to let Finn’s driver take her home.

Chloe finally peeled herself away from Finn, the vision of him leaning sexily against the doorjamb emblazoned in her mind. The car pulled into the night traffic of the city and began to make its way downtown towards her apartment.

Suddenly, Chloe was struck by an idea. It was out of character for her, but she had the means right now, and she couldn’t help it.

“Actually, would you mind spinning by another address before you took me home?” she asked the driver. The driver agreed and the car continued further south, until it was nearing Ben’s office by Battery Park.

The car stopped outside the address and Chloe peered up at the building.

She counted up to Ben’s floor and there wasn’t a single light on. Chloe made sure she had counted correctly.

The floor was dark.

“Everything okay, Miss? Are we picking someone up?”

“No, no. I’m sorry,” she said perplexed. “We can go to my apartment now.”

The driver began to head back uptown.

A moment later Chloe’s phone began to buzz.

It was Ben.

Did he know she went by the office? Of course not, how could he? Was he home? Was he wondering where she was?

“Hi,” Chloe said softly, picking up the phone.

“Umm, hi,” an unfamiliar voice said. Chloe glanced quickly at her caller ID. Ben’s name was across the screen.

“I just found this phone and I tried to return it but couldn’t catch up with you guys.”

“I’m – I’m sorry?”
