‘Is it? I don’t think your boyfriend feels like that.’

‘I don’t think it matters what Phil feels.’

‘That’s interesting,’ Jay murmured, and he rested his right hand lightly on her shoulder. ‘I thought the pair of you were a big item.’

Davina wished that he didn’t have such an extraordinary effect on her. It was difficult to stop herself from shaking. Simply by touching her in a casual manner he created more desire in her than Phil created at the height of their lovemaking. ‘We used to be, but I’m beginning to think I really don’t know him very well.’

‘Hardly surprising. I don’t think any of us can expect to know another person very well. It’s hard enough understanding ourselves.’

‘But it’s nice to be close to someone,’ said Davina.

All at once Jay looked bored. ‘Is that a fact? There, Davina, we’ll have to agree to differ.’ And with that he moved off.

At about two in the morning the dinner party broke up. As Phil went to fetch Davina’s wrap she tried to find Jay to thank him for his hospitality. Todd and Tanya were in the dining room, Tanya perched on Todd’s knee while he moved one hand rhythmically beneath her skirt.

There was no sign of their host, but just as she decided to leave anyway she heard the sound of Jay’s voice from behind the slightly open door of the billiard room. Pushing on it she took a step into the room and then stopped in shock and embarrassment. Pattie was lying flat on her back on the billiard table, facing away from the door with her legs dangling over the edge, while Jay was kneeling on the floor with his head buried between her thighs. Pattie was gasping and moaning urgently, her hands reaching down and
clutching spasmodically at Jay’s hair, as she continued to whimper with increasing desire.

Rooted to the spot by the scene, Davina watched as Jay’s hands slid up his girlfriend’s body and began to lightly tease at her straining breasts, confined by her dress. The pair were so lost in the passion of the moment that neither of them was aware that they were being watched. As Davina attempted to creep away, she realised that Phil was standing behind her, his eyes wide, and she had to push him hard in the chest to get him to move.

‘Time for us to go,’ she hissed.

Phil peered over her shoulder. ‘Fantastic tits,’ he muttered.

‘Yes, courtesy of one of the knives you were on about during dinner,’ said Davina sharply, feeling a ridiculous surge of envy.

Phil frowned drunkenly. ‘Was I? I can’t remember,’ he admitted.

‘I’m not surprised with all the brandy you’ve drunk. Come on, we’re going.’ With that Davina walked swiftly out of the front door.

Once they were back in the bedroom of the cottage
Phil started fumbling amorously at her almost before she’d removed her outfit. Davina was so turned on by the startling image of Jay and Pattie in the billiard room that for once she was as keen as Phil.

‘Let’s do something different,’ she whispered huskily. ‘If you sit on the chair in front of the dressing table I’ll sit on your lap.’ As she spoke she suddenly remembered Tanya sitting on Todd’s lap, and the way her husband’s hand had been moving between her thighs.

‘On a chair?’ mumbled Phil. ‘No thanks. The bed’s good enough for me.’

‘But it would be exciting,’ persisted Davina.

‘Stop talking, let’s just do it,’ he said, reaching out and pulling her down onto the bed with him. All at once Davina knew that she needed more than their usual predictable coupling. She pushed at Phil’s shoulders, trying to get him to move his head between her thighs. To her disappointment he completely ignored her and simply licked and nibbled at her breasts for a few minutes, before rolling her onto her back, spreading her thighs and entering her. She was very wet, aroused by what she’d seen earlier, but Phil was so quick that despite this she wasn’t able to reach a
climax. In the early hours of the morning, as he lay deep in sleep beside her, she knew that her uncle had been right. She had never known passion. The problem was, who was going to teach her about it?

‘Yes! Oh yes!’ screamed Pattie, crouching on all fours on the billiard room floor while Jay thrust into her from behind. His hands were caressing her breasts, buttocks and clitoris, and his hips moved vigorously as he pounded into her after over an hour’s foreplay.

Seated in the huge armchair, his wife sitting naked astride his massive erection, Todd Lattimer watched the other couple. As usual Pattie’s excitement increased the sexual tension for him and Tanya.

Tanya was breathing rapidly as she lifted herself up and down, her hands resting on her husband’s shoulders and her body angled forward so that with every thrust her G-spot was stimulated. Todd’s eyes narrowed and he concentrated hard on his wife, anxious that his own pleasure shouldn’t explode before she was fully satisfied. Out of the corner of his eye he saw Jay standing upright while Pattie lay in an exhausted heap on the floor.

‘Would you like Jay to touch you?’ he asked Tanya. She nodded and Jay padded across the room, reaching round the slender Oriental girl’s body until his hands were gripping her almost boyish breasts fiercely.

Immediately the pupils of Tanya’s eyes expanded and her lips parted as she began to groan with the delicious pleasure of it all. Jay crouched down and with delicate precision ran the tip of his tongue along Tanya’s spine, lingering over every vertebrae and causing her body to tremble so violently that Todd felt his thighs shake beneath her.

‘Are you nearly there?’ he asked gently.

Tanya nodded and, managing to catch Jay’s eye, Todd nodded slightly. Immediately Jay’s hands increased the pressure on the imprisoned breasts, his fingers almost bruising the tender flesh. The result was electric. With a scream of ecstasy Tanya rode her husband’s rigid cock ferociously, milking him with her internal muscles as her climax tore through her. Todd watched with delight as tiny beads of perspiration broke out on her top lip and the flush of arousal turned her upper chest and throat a deep pink.

‘I’m going to come now,’ he said huskily, and as Jay
walked away Todd finally spilled himself into his wife, unable to suppress a groan of ecstatic pleasure.

‘I wonder what your tenant would have made of that?’ she asked Jay when the four of them were dressing.

Jay looked thoughtful. ‘She’d have been very shocked, and yet …’

‘Yet what?’ asked Todd, intrigued.

‘I get this feeling that there’s a lot more to her than meets the eye.’

‘You mean you want to involve her in our games?’ asked Todd.

Jay shrugged. ‘It might be amusing.’

‘I’m not sure she’s the kind of girl you should use simply as amusement,’ replied his boss.

‘What’s the matter? It’s not like you to pass up the chance of more fun.’

‘Agreed, but is she sophisticated enough to be able to take care of herself?’ queried Todd.

Jay hesitated for a moment. ‘I reckon if I lead her to it gently, a step at a time, she could surprise you.’

‘I like surprises,’ laughed Todd.

‘We all like surprises,’ cried Pattie, finally summoning
up the energy to get to her feet. ‘You really reckon Davina would enjoy group sex, Jay?’

‘Not if I walked up to her and said “Davina, would you like to come and join in an orgy at the main house next Saturday?”.’

Pattie giggled. ‘So how are you going to ask her?’

‘I’m not going to ask her,’ he said slowly. ‘I’m simply going to encourage her, make her aware that there’s more to life than that boring estate agent has shown her.’

‘Why are you bothering?’ asked Tanya.

‘It’s a challenge,’ said Jay.

‘Is that all?’ asked Todd.

‘Of course that’s all. Besides, I’ve got an easy way of getting her started. Remember, she has to carry out any services I ask of her in order to keep her cottage.’

Tanya raised her eyebrows. ‘I don’t think joining in a group orgy was quite the kind of service her uncle had in mind when he wrote his will.’

‘Maybe not, but I do know he wanted her horizons expanded and I think I’m the guy to do it.’

‘Not on your own,’ protested Pattie sharply. ‘We’ll all be involved.’

‘Sure,’ agreed Jay, then took her off to bed.

Todd and his wife remained sitting in the armchair, their bodies closely entwined. ‘You know,’ remarked Todd, ‘I think Jay’s fascinated by Davina. She’s the right sort of woman for him too.’

Tanya nuzzled her husband’s neck. ‘Jay doesn’t want a serious relationship, you know that, Todd. He just likes new experiences and he thinks Davina will offer him one.’

‘Maybe, but I’ve got a hunch it could be more than that.’

‘I hope you’re right,’ replied his wife. ‘I’d like to see Jay become really involved with something other than his work.’

‘I guess,’ murmured her husband. ‘But being single-minded has turned him into one helluva prosecutor.’

‘One helluva lover too,’ sighed Tanya. ‘Davina may not know it yet, but she could be in for a very rewarding few months.’

Chapter Four

On the Monday following the dinner party, Davina was just about to go into her studio to start work when she glanced out of the window of her small front room and saw Jay Prescott walking towards the cottage. Her heart started to race as images of him and Pattie coupling furiously on the billiard table flashed through her brain. When he tapped on the front door she was reluctant to open it, shaken by his ability to affect her.

‘Hi, hope I’m not interrupting your work,’ he remarked, walking uninvited through the front door.

‘I was just about to begin,’ said Davina, startled by his arrogance.

‘Lucky I came now. I don’t imagine you’d have appreciated being interrupted.’

Remembering that he was the real owner of the cottage and that she was simply the tenant, Davina felt duty bound to offer some kind of hospitality. ‘Would you like a coffee?’

Jay shook his head. ‘I’ve come for the rent.’

Davina looked at him blankly. ‘I thought you didn’t have any typing for me?’

‘Who said anything about typing?’

She frowned. ‘What is it that you want me to do?’

‘I’ll explain in a minute. First, I’d like to thank you for Saturday night. The dinner was a great success. I hope you and Phil enjoyed yourselves?’

‘I certainly did, but I’m not so sure about Phil.’

‘I guess he’s the kind of guy who can’t bear to lose an argument.’

‘Perhaps, but I suspect that you’ve never lost one yourself so you don’t know what it feels like,’ retorted Davina.

‘You flatter me. I don’t win all my cases you know. Some bad guys do get away.’

‘And doubtless some good guys go down,’ remarked Davina.

He nodded. ‘Maybe, but they can always appeal. That’s not my worry. I’m given a job to do and I do it. Which reminds me, my boss, Todd, thought the meal was fantastic. You certainly managed to impress him.’

‘That was the object of the exercise, wasn’t it?’

‘Sure. Now, about other services that I require from you.’

‘Yes?’

‘I’ve brought a few things over with me. I want you to put them on and then start your work. I’ll watch you for half an hour, then I’ll go.’

Davina couldn’t believe her ears. ‘You’ve brought me clothes to wear while I work so that you can sit and watch me in them? What are you, some kind of pervert?’

‘You haven’t seen the clothes yet. Don’t worry, it isn’t a French maid’s outfit.’

‘I can’t do it,’ said Davina, feeling her heart thump against her ribs. ‘I’m not some kind of whore.’

‘What a terrible fuss you’re making about a simple request. Why don’t you look at the clothes before you take the moral high ground?’

Davina opened the box that he handed her. She took
out a peach-coloured silk blouse cut like a man’s shirt, cream lace-trimmed French panties, a cream see-through camisole top, a pair of patterned cream hold-up stockings and a long strand of graduated pearls. The necklace had a matching pair of drop pearl earrings. Finally, at the bottom of the box, she found a pair of high-heeled cream shoes.

She didn’t know what to say. Jay was standing on the far side of the room watching her with interest, and she suspected that he hoped she’d refuse so that he could be rid of her. On the other hand, it was clear that he was taking pleasure from the games that her uncle’s will was allowing him to play. She felt that they were cat and mouse and she was the mouse.

As she stood uncertainly in the middle of the room her fingers instinctively caressed the blouse, and the feel of the expensive silk against her skin was wonderfully luxurious. Despite this she was still determined to refuse his request, until with a shock, she realised that she was damp between her thighs. The prospect of doing what he wanted was exciting her.

Now she didn’t feel that he was using her. If she was going to get pleasure from it as well then how could it
harm her, and it was pointless to deny the fact that she was attracted to Jay. She didn’t believe for one moment that he was attracted to her, he was simply enjoying his power over her. At the same time, he was allowing her to experience sexual excitement and a desire for passion such as she’d never known before.

‘All right,’ she murmured, but she was unable to look at him as she spoke. ‘I take it I am allowed to go up to my room to change?’

‘Sure,’ he said agreeably. ‘I’ll be waiting in your studio.’

Once she’d put the outfit on Davina looked at herself in the mirror and could hardly believe her eyes. Her long legs, emphasised by the high heels and the fact that the silk shirt only reached the top of her thighs, looked sexier than she’d ever seen them. The pearls, nestling coolly between the rounded tops of her breasts, made the overall effect far classier than it would otherwise have been. It was obvious that Jay had thought very carefully about the clothes.

It was only when she stood in the doorway of the studio and saw him waiting for her that Davina nearly lost her nerve. Her knees felt weak, but she forced herself to stand erect and hold her head high as she crossed
the floor. She slid onto the high stool, which felt cold against the area of bare flesh between her panties and stocking tops.

‘What do I do now?’ she asked, irritated at the slight quaver in her voice.
