There is no historical, archaeological or scientific evidence that the above events ever occurred. None of this was recorded by the Egyptians who were meticulous in keeping records of all historical events. This entire episode could have been avoided anyway by God if he had really meant that the Children of Israel were blessed above every nation. He would have dealt with the famine they were suffering, thus there would have been no need for them to move to Egypt and then for them to become slaves of the Egyptians. Remember, this is supposed to be the all knowing (omniscient), all powerful (omnipotent) God.

The all loving, merciful God then directs his Chosen People into a war of genocide. Not only did he tell the Israelites to invade and occupy foreign territory, but also to kill without mercy all the men women and children. Here are a few examples:

As the Israelites advance through the ‘promised land’ they are opposed by nations and their kings but God ‘delivered them into their hands’ so that they could utterly remove them from the face of the earth.

Deuteronomy.2:32-34

Then Sihon came out against us, he and all his people, to fight at Jahaz. And the
Lord our God delivered him before us; and we smote him, and his sons, and all his people. And we took all his cities at that time, and utterly destroyed the men, and the women, and the little ones, of every city, we left none to remain:

Deuteronomy.3:3-7

So
the Lord our God delivered into our hands Og also, the king of Bashan, and all his people: and we smote him until none was left to him remaining

And we took all his cities at that time, there was not a city which we took not from them, threescore cities, all the region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan. All these cities were fenced with high walls, gates, and bars; beside unwalled towns a great many.
And we utterly destroyed them, as we did unto Sihon king of Heshbon, utterly destroying the men, women, and children, of every city.
But all the cattle, and the spoil of the cities, we took for a prey to ourselves.

Deuteronomy.7:

1-2. When the Lord thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou;
And when the Lord thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them
;  

6. For
thou art an holy people unto the Lord thy God: the Lord thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.

RAPE OF VIRGIN GIRLS & WOMEN

Moses decides his men should have some fun as a reward for all the killing and tells them to kill all the men and male children but keep all the virgin women and girls alive for yourselves (to rape).

Numbers 31:17-18

Now
therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him. But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves
.

Judges 21:11-12

And this is the thing that ye shall do,
Ye shall utterly destroy every male, and every woman that hath lain by man. And they found among the inhabitants of Jabesh-gilead four hundred young virgins,that had known no man by lying with any male: and they brought them unto the camp to Shiloh, which is in the land of Canaan
.

THE ISRAELITES BOASTED ABOUT AND ENJOYED THEIR MASS KILLING SPREES 

AND THEIR BUTCHERY OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN

Psalm 137:8-9

O daughter of Babylon, who art to be destroyed;
happy shall he be, that rewardeth thee as thou hast served us. Happy shall he be, that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones
.

2 Kings 15:16

Then Menahem smote Tiphsah, and all that were therein, and the coasts thereof from Tirzah: because they opened not to him, therefore he smote it;
and all the women therein that were with child he ripped up.

The above verse refers to an act of rebellion by Menahem - but the all powerful, all knowing God allowed this to happen.

The following verses from Isaiah chapter 13 & Hosea 13:16 - are God’s instructions for the children of Israel in their war against their enemies.

Isaiah 13:9
 
  

Behold,
the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger
, to
lay the land desolate
: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.

Isaiah 13:16
 
  

Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes
; their houses shall be spoiled,
and their wives ravished
. (raped)

Isaiah 13:18  

Their bows also
shall dash the young men to pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb; their eye shall not spare children
.

Hosea 13:16  

Samaria shall become desolate; for she hath rebelled against her God
:

hey shall fall by the sword: their infants shall be dashed in pieces and their women with child shall be ripped up.

Christian apologists often excuse these and other acts of annihilation and brutality as God cleansing the land from sin and rebellion against him. However; the above verses reveal God to be the originator of genocide and mass murder and that he shows no mercy to the unborn, women, children or the elderly.  He creates division between nations, men and women, parents and children and shows preference for the Jewish nation over all others.

HERE IS BIBLE EVIDENCE THAT GOD PROMOTED CANNIBALISM

The first 13 verses of Leviticus 26 list all the good things God will do for the people of Israel. The next 30 verses in the chapter, are a list of God’s retribution and punishments he will bring upon them IF they do not obey his laws and commandments! 

This verse is included in the list:

Leviticus 26:27-29

And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me; Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.
And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat.

The Book of Jeremiah records the following instructions:

Jeremiah 19:2-4

And go forth unto the valley of the son of Hinnom, which is by the entry of the east gate, and proclaim there the words that I shall tell thee, and say, Hear ye the word of the LORD, O kings of Judah, and inhabitants of Jerusalem. Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold,
I will bring evil upon this place, the which whosoever heareth, his ears shall tingle
.
Because they have forsaken me, and have estranged this place, and have burned incense in it unto other gods
, whom neither they nor their fathers have known, nor the kings of Judah, and have filled this place with the blood of innocents;

Again God includes cannibalism in his list of threats against those who disobey his laws and commandments.

Jeremiah 19:9

And
I will cause them to eat the flesh of their sons and the flesh of their daughters, and they shall eat every one the flesh of his friend
in the siege and straitness, wherewith their enemies, and they that seek their lives, shall straiten them.

In the Book of Isaiah, God speaks of his protection for Israel but promises death and cannibalism for those who oppose them.

Isaiah 49:25-26

But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children. 
And
I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine:
and all flesh shall know that I the Lord am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.

MASS MURDER BY THE ANGEL OF THE LORD 

The Angel of the Lord, or should we call him the original grim reaper, is to be avoided at all costs. Here he is again; having killed all the first born of Egypt in one night, God sent him on another mission, this time to kill 185,000 Assyrians.

2 Kings 19:35

And it came to pass that night, that
the angel of the Lord went out, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians an hundred fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses.

Most of this is truly ‘unbelievable’ stuff. If these scriptures, just a few of many, are examples of the ‘love of God for the whole world,’ what kind of a schizophrenic, vicious psychopathic mind does he have?  Can anyone seriously believe that God is good and full of love? His WORD gives us the damnable evidence that he is NOT!

Fortunately it is all nonsense - aren’t you pleased about that?

GOD ALSO KILLED HIS ‘CHOSEN PEOPLE!’

There were times when being God’s ‘Chosen People’ was not sufficient reason to be protected from this treacherous, vindictive God who may act and kill them without mercy if they sin or do not obey him completely.

2 Samuel 24:15

So the
Lord sent a pestilence upon Israel from the morning even to the time appointed: and there died of the people from Dan even to Beer-sheba seventy thousand men.

Result: 70,000 dead!

2 Chronicals. 13:16-17

And the children of Israel fled before Judah: and God delivered them into their hand. And Abijah and his people slew them with a great slaughter:
so there fell down slain of Israel five hundred thousand chosen men.

Result: 500,000 dead!

Ezekiel 21:3-4

And say to the land of Israel,
Thus saith the Lord; Behold, I am against thee, and will draw forth my sword out of his sheath, and will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked. Seeing then that I will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked, therefore shall my sword go forth out of his sheath against all flesh from the south to the north:

From the above scriptures it is not difficult to understand that this so called God of  love is also a God without mercy for those who he had not ‘chosen’ to be ‘his people.’ This love is conditional, judgemental and preferential.

JESUS CONTRADICTS GOD’S DEFINITION OF LOVE

Jesus’ teachings on love are a complete contradiction to the love of his so-called father God has demonstrated. Jesus still called God ‘perfect!’

Matthew 5:43-48

Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But
I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good
,
and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust
. For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?
Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

Luke 6:27-29

But I say unto you which hear,
Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you. And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other;
and him that taketh away thy cloak forbid not to take thy coat also.

As we examine the Bible we see that God did not at any time love his enemies! He simply had them slaughtered without mercy - even the unborn, children, the women and the elderly.

How can anyone seriously claim that ‘God is Love?’

Unfortunately, apart from the stories in the Bible, there is also a historic record of genocide, mass slaughter of the innocent, unjustified executions, torture, religious wars and persecution to be counted against God’s followers. Millions of innocent people have been tortured and executed in mad acts of religious fervour since Biblical times.

How many were murdered during the holy wars of the crusades? How many so called witches and devil worshippers were tortured and burnt to death? How many innocent people were slaughtered for their religious beliefs depending on who had the power at the time - Catholics or Protestants?
