Ravage Me (32 page)

“Morning beautiful.” Casey rubbed her eyes appearing to clear the fog out of them.

“Hey, girl. Cruz is back. Gotta go.” Casey rolled out of bed without a word. It’s something else I loved about her. She knew this life and knew what was expected. I’d never have to explain anything to her.

Putting her shoes on, Casey’s words killed me. “I leave tomorrow.”

Closing my eyes, I held in everything… all the thoughts, feelings, anger, sorrow… Casey needed this, and I was gonna be strong. “I’m gonna miss you.”

She turned in the bed hugging me, “I’m gonna miss you, too. You take care of yourself.”

“Always.”

The bathroom door swung open as Cruz stepped out wearing nothing but a towel around his hips. “Unless you both wanna fuck me, Casey, you gotta go.” I glared at him as the sexy smirk made an appearance on his lips.

“Bye, girl,” I said giving her one last squeeze as she walked out of the room.

“I heard she’s leaving,” Cruz said as he approached the bed.

“Yeah, going to school. Really, she’s getting away from G.T.”

“Yeah,” he grunted. I wasn’t shocked he knew. I expected it, and even though he never said anything to me, it didn’t piss me off. Or maybe it’s just been a hell of a night… or morning now.

“She’s leaving tomorrow.”

“Sorry, Babe.”

“I just want her happy.” Cruz threw the towel off his body, giving me an awesome view of his toned abs with the V ever so present, and his throbbing cock bouncing against his abdomen. I knew I would never get tired of seeing this fine specimen of a man.

“Speaking of happy. You’re not going back to the apartment. You’re moving in with Cooper and me. I’ll have the Prospects pack your shit and move it over.”

I nuzzled closer. “Okay.” Cruz’s body stilled.

“You’re, not gonna put up a fight?”

“Nope, too tired,” I said as I yawned.

“Not too tired, ‘cause my dick needs you, right the fuck now.”

Smiling I spread my legs open wide for him as he let out a low grumble moving in between them. Cruz slid inside my pussy; my body always seemed to be ready for him. Closing my eyes, I relished in the feel of his weight on top of me as his thrusts became more powerful and needy. My body rose higher and higher as we exploded together in the heat of passion.

“I love you,” I whispered.

“Love you.”

As I drifted off to sleep, Cruz’s words filled my ears. “It’s all over babe.” His words lulling me into a deep, nightmare free sleep.

What we got out of Rocky, or should I say, Officer Macaffe, blew my fucking mind. Cops knew more than we thought. They apparently had been tracking the runs we were doing and our connection to Rabbit long before any of this shit went down with Princess. She was just a means to their end.

Drugs. It all came down to drugs. Cops wanted Rabbit, not us at the time, but I guess that shit changed. They knew we ran through Rabbit’s territory and were going to use Princess to get information, which really she had none of. They soon realized she wouldn’t flip no matter what, even if she did know something.

It wasn’t our local cops; it was the big time feds. Those fuckers were ruthless. When I asked if fucking Princess was part of the deal, Rocky actually had the fucking balls to tell me it was just for fun. Fucking prick. After a few stabs into his flesh, I still didn’t feel better. Nothing about this situation was making me feel better.

And the fucked up part now was, we knew the cops were gonna come. One of their own was missing and wouldn’t be found. We knew they’d sweep the club and try to take us in, but we made sure that nothing was around to connect us to Rocky. All evidence from that day burned up in smoke or was bleached away. It’s only been a couple of weeks, since everything went down. I thought for sure the cops would have come to the clubhouse, and ripped it up by now, but nothing.

Now, we were just waiting.

After Diamond lifted the lockdown on Princess, I didn’t waste any time getting my family into our home. I’d always spent more time in my club room than here, but now I can’t seem to stay away. Princess just lights every damn room up when she enters. I couldn’t get enough of her.

Cooper’s the best boy a man could have. I kick myself in the ass for missing his day-to-day shit before, but now I wouldn’t miss a single fucking second of it. Princess was the best thing that could have happened to that boy. After everything that happened with him, she’s fiercely protective. I’d be surprised if she lets him go to school in a few years. I chuckled at the thought. She’ll probably want to be behind him in class with her fucking hand on her gun.

Shaking my head at the thought, I moved over and wrapped my arm around Princess, who lay next to me as naked as the day she was born. Tracing her shoulder tattoo, my dick instantly became hard. There was no taming that boy down when it came to her.

As she rolled over, her eyes fluttered open. “Hey, Babe.” I loved hearing her groggy sexy voice first thing in the morning.

“Hey.” I captured her lips with mine, and as she tried to pull away, I held her close to me taking what I needed from her. As she melted into the kiss, I slowed down. “You doing okay, Babe?”

She’d been on edge, and I knew it was from the revelation of what she did to Rocky, but I didn’t want to push that shit. Some things are better left in silence until she’s ready.

“Yeah.” She squeezed her arms around my body. “Can I ask you something?”

“Anything.”

“I didn’t want anyone to know what happened inside. But now that you do, you’re cool with it?” Her voice came out cracked and strained.

“Fuck no, I’m not cool with it. That fucker should have never touched you.” The rage I felt towards what happened to her never seemed to diminish. Just the thought of it made me want to bring that fucker back from the dead so I could kill him again.

“I know that. I mean. That I used my body to get what I needed.”

“It wasn’t your fucking fault.” I pulled her away and stared into her eyes. “I want it erased from your fucking head. He won’t ever touch you again. No man but me will ever touch you again.”

She sighed, “Well you pretty much know everything about me now.” I knew this was a segue into asking about the military, but it was something I just couldn’t talk about. I couldn’t tell her the fucked up shit they did over there just for the fun of it. At least when we had to do shit for the club there was a definite reason, a reason that meant something. Over there, they just did it for the fun of it.

There was no way I was gonna put those thoughts in her beautiful head. If anything, I wanted to scrub them out of mine. I just couldn’t do it.

Instead, I rolled on top of her as she opened her legs wide for me. I loved that she was always ready for me no matter when I wanted her.

Sliding in deep, I stared into her beautiful eyes feeling all the love I felt for her reciprocated tenfold. As we came together, I held her close. I loved this woman with every part of my soul.

Everything’s been pretty quiet, surprisingly. Our church meetings always consisted of theories and getting inside information on our cop problem and the hit on us that took place when we did the run for Ransom. Our local chief of police didn’t know shit, and we’ve been working on getting someone in on the feds’ side. That’s always easier said than done, but not impossible.

The police came in and questioned us about Rocky, so they called him. They stated they had an anonymous tip connecting Ravage to the man’s disappearance. With no one in Ravage saying a word and the cops seeming to think we didn’t know Rocky was a rat, they went away without another word. But we did a full sweep on everyone in the club, just to make sure. Even I got swept, which was fine. I’d rather everyone know I’m true then to have any questions about my loyalty. I didn’t think for a second the cops were done with us. There was only a matter of time before someone else would try to get in and take us down. This time we’d be ready.

There had been nothing from the hit. It was as if it was a figment of our imagination. Every avenue we went down for answers fizzled. No leads, no information… nothing. And not another attempt to take us out. We’d thought at first it was because of the whole Princess situation, but conversations with Rabbit found that theory to be a dead end.

This meeting was the same as the others.

“Meeting with Rabbit at three,” Diamond ordered as he slammed down the gavel. Rabbit had been talking to Diamond over these last few months, but this was the first meeting we’ve had with him since we handed over Liv and made our deal. Everything with Rabbit was on good terms as these conversations lead to more work and cash flow in the club. But we always had our guard up with him. There was still retribution for shooting up Pops’ house that would need to be dealt with, but we voted to keep it on the backburner for now.

Leaving church, I needed to take care of something. “G.T.,” I barked as he grabbed his phone out of the box on the pool table.

“What?”

“We need to talk.”

We
don’t need to do shit,” he growled at me. Ever since the fight with Princess, he hasn’t talked to her. It’s been fucking months now, and this shit needs to stop. She’s had her moments when she lets this shit get to her and breaks down, but always puts herself back together. She’s attempted several times to talk to him, but nothing. He won’t respond or give her the time of day.

We
do. Now,” I growled standing toe-to-toe with him. I’d had enough of this shit, and something had to give. My girl was hurting, and I was fucking done with it.

“Whatever.” He walked over to the couches, and I followed closely behind. “Get out!” he barked at the two club mommas sitting at the end of the room. I watched as they scurried away. No doubt G.T. had been inside both of them.

“Why the fuck are you so pissed at Princess?” I said, plopping down next to him.

“That’s none of your fucking business,” he clipped as I tried to hold my anger in check.

“It is my business. And since you’re not gonna tell me, I’ll tell you what I think.”

“I don’t give a shit what you think.”

“Too bad. Casey.” His demeanor didn’t change as he stared blankly at the wall in front of him. “It all revolves around her. You’re actually pissed at your sister for getting out of the joint, because that’s what ultimately sent your piece of ass away.”

His head snapped as his eyes narrowed. “You fucking call her that again, and I’ll pound your ass.”

Throwing my head back, I laughed hard. Stupid fucker. “Like I said, it’s not Princess’s fault. It’s your own. Get your fucking shit together.”

Getting up from the couch, I didn’t bother looking back at G.T. I had shit to do before the meeting.

Moving into Cruz’s house went much better than I thought it would. Tug and the B.Boys worked their ass off moving shit from my apartment to here. I didn’t keep much furniture, but a shit ton of clothes. I really wanted my clothes.

When I first entered the house, I instantly felt at peace, like something in the home grounded me, something I really hadn’t felt before. Being on edge was just something that I lived with for so long that being at peace was only something I felt on Sting, never in a home.
