Chapter Fourteen

I get a text from Booker explaining that he wants me to come over when I’m finished with the girls. So soon after Tate leaves, I let them know I have to join Booker. They both snicker their comments as I leave with a huge smile on my face. I don’t bother to knock on Booker’s front door and walk straight in.

“Book?” I ask out loud as I enter, but I don’t get an answer. “Booker?”

I walk through the house, but I can’t seem to find him.

Damn Booker and his big house.

“Booker?” I ask again.

“Outside, babe,” he replies, and I turn around and head for the back door. Once I see him, I pause taking in the sight before me. A large blanket is placed on the grass, with food and drinks scattered over the top. Booker is standing beside the blanket, a cute smile on his face and I melt inside.

“What’s this?” I ask.

“A date,” he answers, and I can’t help but giggle.

“A date in the backyard.” I slowly walk toward him.

He’s wearing his black jeans with matching black shirt that’s deliciously tight, and his black Timberland boots. I actually love it when he dresses in all black, it makes his bright tattoos stand out and he looks bad ass. His hands come out of his pockets as I come closer, and he reaches out for me.

“I don’t wanna take you out and put you in danger, and I realized we haven’t been on a date,” Booker explains, wrapping his arms around me. “Now that we don’t have to hide, I figured I’d give you that date.”

“That’s sweet…” I kiss him, “…but we don’t need a date.”

“I know, that’s why you’re my kind of woman...” He winks, making me laugh, “…but I wanted to do this for you.”

Not only have I got myself a gorgeous man, but he’s a good man, and I’m feeling wonderfully squishy inside. Booker kisses me, causing me to feel breathless and then he picks me up. Laughing, I wrap my legs around him and he carries me to the blanket, laying me down and leaning over me kissing me some more. Very soon after, I’m wanting more than just his kisses and begin to grind against his jeans.

Booker breaks away, smiling down at me. “We need to have the date first, baby.”

“How about you slide your cock inside me now, and we have the date after?” I ask, which makes him laugh.

“As much as I really wanna do that, we’re having the date first, and I’m gonna make some good love to you later.” My insides quiver at his promise.

Once I’m full of food, which Booker has personally fed me—he has me pretty heated from just placing food in my mouth. He picks up some cream and wiggles his eyebrows. “Shall we take dessert to the bedroom?”

“That depends, am I the one eating the cream?” I ask, biting down on my lip.

“We’re both going to be having some cream, babe,” Booker growls, taking my hand and pulling me to my feet and picking me up.

He carries me to his bedroom, and we laugh on the way, but that soon ends when Booker places me on my feet and strips me out of my clothing. I stand motionless as Booker then undresses himself, a satisfied warmness fills me.

“Lie down,” Booker orders and I happily do as he wants. Booker holds the can of cream in his hand, taunting me as he squirts it into his hand. “Now, open those sweet legs of yours and lie back.”

I do as he asks again, and gasp, when the coldness hits me between my legs. Booker chuckles and then I moan as his tongue hits my pussy, licking away the cream. “So sweet.” Booker groans and returns back down for more.

His tongue works wonders and my back arches from the bed as Booker brings me to the edge. “Oh God!”

I lay panting, but as soon as I open my eyes and see Booker lying naked beside me, I lean up and take the can of cream from his hand. “My turn.” I smirk and settle myself between his legs. “This is going to be cold.” I laugh as I begin to the squirt the cream onto his hard cock. He jerks as the cream hits his skin, and I can’t help but laugh a little more.

Booker’s eyes follow me as I lower my head, closer and closer to his swollen tip. I lick the cream from the top and he groans. Not wanting to wait a second longer, I take him into my mouth and suck the cream away. Licking every last trace, and bringing Booker to the edge as I do. He groans and hisses as I lick and suck him clean, I even add some more cream because I’m enjoying it so much.

With a loud groan, Booker suddenly sits up and I look up at him in shock. He then gets to his knees, pushing me onto my back, then he slides his rock hard cock into me. My eyes roll to the back of my head, and a sound I’ve never made before erupts from deep within me. Something between a moan, a groan, and a scream, but whatever it is spurs Booker on, and he settles deep. His cock hitting the perfect spot as he caresses my nipples with his tongue. Between his cock and tongue, I see stars and come quickly all over his cock.

The next morning I wake feeling very warm. I like being toasty, but this is just
too
much! Booker is at my back, but his body surrounds me. One arm wraps around my stomach, capturing me against him as well as one of his legs. I can feel his cock resting against my ass, and I think about teasing him, but my cell alerts a text message.

Booker moans from the noise, but I reach out and see it’s a text from Roxie. The first line is in capitals, so I know it’s important.

Roxie:
LOLA NEEDS TO TALK. COME TO MINE ASAP!

I know that Lola doesn’t have a lot of friends. She said she has a few that she only has because of her father’s celebrity status, but from what Lola has told us they aren’t the loyal type. So it makes sense she’s settled so well into our little group.

“Book?” I ask, waking him.

“Mmm?” He opens his eyes.

How can a big muscled man covered in tattoos look so adorable?

“I’m going to Roxie’s, I’ll be back later.” I kiss him on the forehead and begin to remove myself from the bed, but Booker pulls me back. “Book.” I giggle.

“I don’t want you to go.” He sulks, kissing along my neck.

“I have too, Lola needs us,” I explain, but I don’t move an inch.

“I’ll be waiting.” Booker gifts me one last kiss as I stand from the bed. “Now, this I could get used to.”

I look behind me to see Booker watching me, I’m naked as the day I was born and from the look on his face, Booker is loving the view. Smiling, I reach for one of his black shirts and put it on once I fasten my bra. Luckily, my jeans from the day before are okay to wear today, and after I secure my hair in a messy knot on the top of my head, I freshen myself up in the bathroom. I’m going to have to stop by Tate’s on the way home for some underwear, there’s no way I can go commando.

When I return to the bedroom, Booker is up and half dressed. “Let me drive you,” he offers.

“Book, I can walk there in ten minutes.” I joke.

“Doesn’t matter...” he kisses me, “…it’s an extra ten minutes longer with you.”

Seriously, his words have me falling hard for this man. As we settle into the car, I ask Booker to drop me off at Tate’s, so I could put on a pair of thongs. I feel way too uncomfortable without wearing underwear, I don’t know how others can do it. While I’m in my room, I gather a handful of underwear, some tops, and trousers. I figure there will be many mornings like this one when I need a change of clothes. I bag them up and throw them into the back of his car, then slide into the car and he continues on to Roxie’s.

As soon as I step inside Roxie’s, I spot all the girls, and Lacey takes one look at me and flashes me a knowing smile.

“Do not start.” I point at her.

“I think it’s cute,” she whispers, and I roll my eyes.

“So, what’s up with Lola?” I ask her.

“She’s just helping Roxie with the drinks, she says she has something to tell us,” Lacey answers.

It’s not long until Roxie and Lola enter the living room, both with drinks in their hands. No alcohol, just tea, and coffee.

“Thanks for coming, girls.” Lola smiles at us all. “I have nobody to talk to.”

“You have us,” Roxie assures her, and we all agree.

Lola looks around at us all. “I just found out my father has lung cancer.”

We all gasp in shock.

“I’m so sorry, Lola,” I say, and she manages a smile.

“It seems all the years partying haven’t done him so well.” Lola sniffles.

“Oh, Lola…” Paige holds her hand, “…where is he now?”

“With my mother. He has to go back to the hospital in two days to meet with the doctor again to discuss treatment,” Lola adds. “As much as my father made me angry over the years, I never wished this on him.”

“Of course, you didn’t,” Roxie speaks for us all.

We continue to give Lola support. No wonder she didn’t want to meet her usual pals with this news.

“We’re all here for you, Lola,” I tell her. “Whenever you need.”

We try to take Lola’s mind off her home troubles, but I watch her sadness set inside her. Of course it will be, she’s found out her father has a serious illness, but we’ll be here to hold her up. She’s one of us now.

A text message arrives from Tate asking where I am, and I let him know. Not two minutes later there’s a knock, and he enters the living room.

“What’s up?” I ask him, moving into the hall with him.

“I just wanted to see if you’re okay,” he asks. “I haven’t seen you much after everything. Are you all right?”

“Yeah…” I smile, “…don’t worry.”

“No more phone calls?” he asks.

“Nothing,” I assure him.

“Hey, Tate,” Lacey greets him.

Tate then enters the room, taking in all the girls. “Hi, girls.” I notice the moment he sees Lola, but she’s not paying him any attention. Instead, she looks down at her cell phone.

“What brings you by?” asks Roxie.

“I wanted to talk with Crystal, but seeing as I have you all together, I wanted to let you know we have a couple of new bodyguards starting tomorrow. Because after what happened to Tony and Steve, we need some more.” We all look to Paige, and she’s looking a little teary eyed. I can still remember her crying and grieving for the bodyguard she’d started to date, but was cruelly taken away by Joe. “Also, as well as the bodyguards, I thought we could use the help of some security at the gates.”

“Will they be here tomorrow, too?” asks Ria.
