It felt like hell, Reyhan thought as he
increased his number on running machine. His gym was the only place
where he could actually prolong over any thought and no one
disturbed him. After thinking over the whole matter for one entire
week, he had decided the future. Taste the fruit or never pick it
from the tree! The fruit was already picked and it was time to
taste it. Sadhiya will understand the consequences, he was sure of
it. But, was he positive? After all, at the end of the day, Sadhiya
was a woman. Whatever, he thought, after sleeping with her on the
same bed and never touching her he had realized what the real agony
is? Every time, in the secret hours of the night, he had opened his
eyes only to watch the mysterious moon rays caressing her cheeks.
So tenderly, as if, the moon was scared to wake his sleeping
beauty! She fascinated him. After two days, she had never pestered
him again regarding their sex life. He had thought that she will go
in a depression and will make it hard for him to see her some sense
in this situation. Interestingly, she had been her normal self and
never questioned him anything. But tonight, things were about to
change. Sadhiya had proved her intelligence and it was time to take
his chance on the real wedding night. She will be amazed, surprised
even but, then again, he wanted to sweep her off foot and give her
everything in his power. If not true love then at least, he can
have the company of a loyal, devoted wife. He had long denied his
manhood the taste the pleasure.

******************

Dinner got over and Sadhiya’s gaze
never wavered off from her husband’s face. He was too talkative
today, telling her about the routine of his office work. It wasn’t
anything abnormal, he did this everyday and she knew why? He was
making up for his deficiency in the other area. Sadhiya wanted to
raise the topic but never said anything. In these days, through the
help of Ameera, his guardian, she had come to know that Reyhan was
the orphaned child from his birth onwards. His mother passed away
while delivering him and the King passed, right after two days, in
his beloved wife’s memory. From now till then, Ameera had taken
care of him. She was his father’s sister! He was a devoted ruler
who cared for his people. A kind person, who knew how to tackle the
problems of others, appearance of rude, cold and ruthless was there
on frontier because his title demanded that from him. Inside, he
was a gem! Sadhiya had no idea about how true her statement was but
she knew this, Reyhan was an amiable companion. He never dumped his
own opinion on her and always treated hers with respect! This was
one thing which she liked in him. Physically, she was aware of
their sparkling chemistry but….she sighed! If only, things would
have had been better! If only, they had known each other more
intimately. During these talks, she had come to know so much about
him that it amazed her. They both had so many things in common. The
expectations, desires and always the role of being a responsible
one! She had gone through the same environment back in Sehar! He
had said the same thing when she had told him about her own
childhood, “I like you, Sadhiya. I really do” For some anonymous
reason, her heart had dived for her stomach. The feelings jolted
her to the awareness! She wanted him to like her, to be proud of
her! Like, No…that was not correct, she wanted him to love her!
Love her? Since when did love come into equation? Does she want him
to love her? That her soul was asking her this question made her
reflected twice on her feelings. Does she want that?

Sadhiya,” Reyhan voice
echoed in her thoughts and she came back to present, “What? I am
sorry…my mind was elsewhere” “I can see that,” he smiled
mischievously. Something was different today, Sadhiya conceded.
Reyhan looked happy. All in all, he was smiling! “You are looking
beautiful,” he said and sipped his wine, “Ah, Thank you,” she
blushed and then looked at him again, “Reyhan, What’s up with you
today? You look really cheerful. I have never seen you in such
jolly mood before!” “I am just being myself,” he gulped down a
morsel and adverently; Sadhiya’s gaze flew to his mouth. They never
kissed after their marriage ceremony, did they? Will he ever think
about her in that way? God knows, if she will have to keep on
suffering in that agony. Will he never feel any attraction to her?
Nothing! “Assalam Valekum, Your highness” the voice boomed in the
hall. “Ah,” Reyhan got up from his seat and went up to the guest
who had entered. Sadhiya too, stood up and turned towards the
person. He was tall, dark and dangerous! His eyes hovered between
Sadhiya and Reyhan but ultimately, his mouth curved into a
beautiful smile, as Reyhan took him in a brotherly hug. “According
to the customs, I should not even speak to you, lest hug you”
Reyhan said with just a hint of edge to his voice. Whoever the
person was, clearly he was close to Reyhan’s heart. “I am sorry,”
said the other one in his husky tone. “Clearly I have offended his
highness when I had no intention to do that. Congratulations, bro.
May you have a happy married life. I was about to make it to the
function but business, you know how it goes?” Reyhan smiled again
as he patted him on his back. “Congratulation on your big success
in business!” “Thanks,” he smiled and soon they made it to her
side. Coming to her side, creating a protective circle by his arms
around her shoulder, smiling he introduced her, “Meet your
sister-in-law, Queen Sadhiya-al-bin-Hukum of Buktsar,” taking her
hand in his, he bowed and touched it with his forehead, “ Welcome
to the Buktsar family, Sheikha” Sadhiya smiled and bowed her head.
“He is Sheikh Jamal-al-bin-Katar of Ara, Sadhiya! Buktsar’s
sisterly neighborhood and my brother.”

***********

Reyhan’s brother! Sadhiya’s brow went
one notch higher! You hear something new every day. She was not
informed of this thing previously neither was her family. Jamal.
Like Reyhan, was an eye candy but of course, Sadhiya had eyes only
for Reyhan at the moment. His features turned beautiful when he
smiled at something said by Jamal. What was it with these two men?
Exactly at that moment, Reyhan’s cell phone called to his
attention. Calling for some tea, excusing himself, he made it out
of the room. “Have you seen the castle yet?” Jamal turned to her
instantly as soon as Reyhan left them. “Um, No…We didn’t got time…”
“We can have tea in the garden, come” saying that, he lead her to
the outside garden.

***********

Looking around the various flowers,
Sadhiya was sure Jamal had something in his mind but was afraid of
saying it. “How is your family?” he asked “Fine,” she replied, “Was
the king of Sehar happy when you were fixed with this marriage?”
“He is my dad,” she turned to him and looked at his face, “of
course, he was happy or else this marriage could never have had
happened. You see, our’s is an arranged marriage” “Oh, great,” he
smirked and looked sideways, “Why do you ask about him? Do you know
him? We certainly, don’t know you. In fact, this is the first time,
I have seen you. Nobody told me that Reyhan has a brother too!” “I
have prohibited him,” he said, “I don’t want the people to fawn
over me and show their fake admiration.” Something ringed in her
head at that tone. “Is that what Reyhan is afraid of?” “I don’t
know,” he shrugged and the words slipped, “After that accident,
Reyhan changed a lot…” “Accident!” she halted in her tracks and
felt the blood going slow in her veins. “What accident?” “Oh, shit”
he muttered but she heard him all the same. “Jamal, which accident
are you talking about?” “Sadhiya, leave it…” “No,” she touched his
arms and stopped him too, “Tell me,” “Leave it…” “As the Queen of
Buktsar, I am ordering you and you better not defy me,” she made
her voice stern. Sighing, he started, “It happened when both of us
were in college. Reyhan had this zeal of going for daring
adventure’s during holidays. It was the summer of finals. He was
done with convocation and called me for the ice-skiing. I was done
with my second-year finals and was about to enter my final one. But
seeing the opportunity coming, I too, was excited and gave my
consent for it. It was during that day in gestalt when snow had
fallen too thickly all around us. I had warned him, but throwing
cautions to the wind, he went ahead with his plans. A storm was
reported on the horizon. He started with his skiing but, right on
the cue, avalanche hit the area. Before either of us could do
anything, Reyhan was swolled by the ice ball…”her heartbeat went
down and knew that her cheeks had gone pale! “It took two days for
us to rescue him from the area. After hospitalizing him for a week,
fortunately he was alright but, after that incident, I saw a change
in him. Emotionally, mentally I knew the old daring; risk taking
Reyhan had changed to a more responsible person. Ameera, on the
other hand, was quite happy with the change. After the rest of one
more month, Reyhan was finally bounded in chains of a ruler. His
coronation ceremony…” “O God!” words left her mouth and she could
feel the silent tears rolling on my cheeks. “Sadie,” he looked at
her and she felt his hands wiping away the tears. “No, Please don’t
cry. I will be slaughtered in pieces if Reyhan came to know that I
made you cry,” he smiled, mocking the situation which had gone too
serious. “I am sorry,” she smiled and wiped her tears, “I just...”
she shook her head, “I understand…” he nodded, “When you love
someone….their pain makes you cry!” “I don’t…” but the words never
came out of her mouth. Yes, she did love him! This was the reason
why everything about him fascinated her…the reason, why she wanted
her relationship to go onto next level. The reason, why the
thoughts of her friend Asif never entered her mind when she got
married! She loved him! He never touched her and she loved him! He
made her laugh and she loved him! He liked her and…she loved him!
Thought almost made her knees weak and she was scared of falling on
the ground. “You do love him Sadhiya, don’t you?” he asked her.
Surprised at her own thoughts, she turned to him and smiled in the
midst of her tears, “Yes, I do. How did you know?” “I saw the way
you looked at him with starry eyes. You recalled me of some
teenager who has these kinds of emotions for their crushes.” “Are
you some sort of Psychic?” she laughed and he smiled again. “No, I
just observe people a lot. …” but he could never complete his
sentence, “Are you flirting with, Sheikha?” Reyhan’s I
rule-the-world voice made both of their heads turned. Reyhan didn’t
love her! The thought made her sad. It would be better if she keeps
the thing a secret within her heart. She didn’t wanted to be look
like a fool in front of him. “Not even in my wildest dreams,” Jamal
jested as Reyhan came to their side, took her in his arms and
raising her hands to his lips, kissed them. Desire settled in the
pit of her stomach at that normal contact. It would have been
wonderful if he had said the words but, of course, he won’t! He was
a ruler guided by certain regulations and laws. Who knows it better
than her that you are not supposed to show your affections or
display of your love in private, let alone in public! Maybe, the
words will never be there from him but…he did say that he liked
her, didn’t he? “I like her,” Jamal gave her a conspirational
looks, as if, sharing a private joke between two of them. “She
doesn’t like you, I am sure of that,” Reyhan squeezed her
affectionately as he said that, “No, I do. He is a kind person,
Reyhan” “That’s not good,” Reyhan clicked his tongue with a little
bit of steel in his voice. “Possessive, Reyhan?” Jamal asked,
“Don’t you like to share with others? Now, where are your manners?”
“Don’t mess with me, Boy.” Reyhan said, “Where my wife is
concerned, I would like to be a sole receiver of her charms. Sorry,
no sharing.” It was said a s a joke, but for Sadhiya, words were
golden. She could see the possessive glare in Reyhan’s eyes when he
said that, it thrilled her.

*************

After a day of meeting with guests,
neighbor prince, King’s and princesses, Sadhiya experienced the
tiredness coming to her in waves. So, when the dinner got over and
she excused herself from the table, Reyhan too called it a day,
said that his bride was tired and he would like to soothe her.
People had guffawed in laughter. Sadhiya too had smiled but felt
sad in her heart. If only…

Are you Ok?” he asked and
closed the door after him. “Just tired,” saying that she had
started removing her ear-ring’s when his hand stopped her. “They
say,” he whispered softly as he did the job for her, “This job
belongs to husband on the first night,” First night! Sadhiya’s
entire being hummed with desire and arcs of it shooted down to her
core. What was he doing? First night, did he mean that? Was he…?
“Are you saying, what I think you are saying?” she asked as he
undid her necklace and started with her back buttons of the dress.
“That depends,” he said “On how you take it!” he kissed the side of
her neck. Gasping, she tried to turn in his embrace but he stopped
her. “Stay, stay like this, in front of the mirror. I want to see
us while I undress you.” Wide eyed, mouth dry Sadhiya watched in
mesmerization as he stripped her blouse, opened her hair, pulled it
to the front and took off her long skirt slowly. All this while,
his eyes never left her’s. As if, nothing mattered but this moment.
She was standing in her under garments now.

She’s a dream, he thought, as he cupped
her soft mounds through the barrier of the bra and heard her
inhaling softly. He nuzzled her throat with his nose. Her scent was
maddening. Out of their own wish, Sadhiya’s eyes went heavy and
closed. His fingers were busy tweaking the nipples, making her
womanhood wet and she felt it in her panties. “Reyhan.” She gasped
and her head went back on his shoulders, too heavy to be kept in
the straight condition. “Sshh Sadie,” he whispered, “I want to make
love to you tonight. Do you want that too?” “Yes,” she stammered as
she answered him. “Don’t move, then” “What!” she turned and felt
him leaving her side. Where was he going? Under a spell, she saw
him parting with his own clothes and the slow strip-tease made the
muscle in her center jump! Well-sculpted, tanned and confident in
his moves, this was the body of a panther! Lurking predator who
knew how to make his prey melt with desire! Had she been a monkey,
she would have had crawled all over him. As he removed the last
clothe, his manhood drew her attention. Straight, bold and…strong!
Just like him! “Come to your Sheikh, Sadie” as if a slave to his
commands, with slow step, she took his outstretched hand and let
them wrap around her waist, when he took her mouth in a
slow-melting kiss. She never came to know when they actually made
up to the king-sized bed. All she remembers was the sliding of
bodies, meeting of lips again and again, as he erased her tension
and made her relaxed. Then, as he removed her bra and panties,
dipped his head to take a perfect hard nipple in his mouth to
feast, her breath blew out of her lungs and she clutched her head
to her chest. The mere sight of his head on her breast was so
erotic, she could actually feel the tremors of desire shaking her
inside out! “Now…Reyhan,” “Now, baby?” he questioned her. She
nodded. But Reyhan had other things in his mind, he want to see her
crazy in need. Opening her legs, grasping her butts, lifting her,
he attached his mouth to her womanhood. “Reyhan!” she screamed and
clutched the pillow to have some control. It was sheer agony! To be
tortured by this sweet pain? When he was sure that she was ready,
lifting himself on his arms , gazing at her sweat covered face,
removing hair from her face, he whispered, “ It will hurt some,
Sadie…to both of us,” “ Both of us?” she murmured lethargically and
gazed up at him, “is this…?” “Yes,” he smiled, “It’s my first time
too!” Pressing a kiss on her forehead, slowly he pushed himself
inside her and both of them bit each other shoulder, in order to
hide their cry of pain. First time! She smiled now as she felt the
pain subsiding and another, weird sort of need, taking its place.
She wanted more! “Don’t go…not now,” she whispered and huffed, “I
want some more,” he read her mind and smiled. “Exactly my
thoughts,” she smiled and pulled his head down to kiss him again.
As the two souls quenched each other, moon silently smiled on the
wild wishes of the lovers.
