Sweet Alien (5 page)

Then, quite by surprise, the world seemed to tilt on its axis and she found herself lost in his beautiful dark gaze. He stilled within her and held her face between his hands. She thought she heard music, but when she concentrated and tried to listen, she only heard the rapid beating of her heart pounding in her ears.

“My wife, my mate,” he said it again. “My sweet Angie.”

She grasped onto him as they seemingly catapulted into the stars. Lights danced around them, bright and warm against a velvet black backdrop. The two moons of Reestria were so close she thought she could touch them if she reached out, but she didn’t wish to let go of Joseph. His existence intertwined with hers, and she felt the full force of his love.

Their hearts and souls were now bonded together. When finally she blinked to see the bedroom around them again, she said, “I didn’t know I would feel it too.”

His lips brushed across hers, and his cock shifted inside her. He began thrusting into her again, building momentum with each push. “Now you know how much you mean to me, sweet Angie. Now you know I will never, ever hurt you. You are mine to love and protect and cherish for the rest of our days.”

Tears blurred in her eyes and her throat burned. All her broken dreams didn’t matter anymore, and all her heartache and worries faded into the past. She belonged to Joseph, an alien prince who for some reason had been drawn to her on the
Raavika
. Had it been less than three days ago that she’d first set eyes on him? It felt like at least twenty years, because her feelings for him ran deeper than the vast Reestrian oceans she’d read about.

As he maintained his fast rhythm inside her, he swirled a finger over her clit, causing her pleasure to explode and pulse over her in sharp waves of ecstasy. She came hard, and seconds later he joined her in bliss, pumping his cock into her. The warmth of his seed filled her up, and she reveled in the fact that for the next six or seven days, they would get to do this over and over again without interruption.

“I love you,” she said. “My sweet prince.” She giggled, thinking it sounded rather silly to refer to a man so large and powerful as Joseph as sweet, but it was true. He’d won her over with his patience and the little kindnesses he’d shown her on the spaceship.

He placed another kiss on her forehead and gathered her up in his arms. Situating himself against the headboard, he cradled her in his lap and stroked her hair. “I love you too, my sweet princess.”
