“Arnold and his men will be somewhere outside, searching for an entrance into the caves,” Dick said quietly. “Go and find them, Smitty. Bring them back here. They can chalk this up to the credit of their bureau, and also take away those drums you and Mac sat on. The War Department will want those, to give an enemy who might some day want to set foot on our shores a most unpleasant surprise.”
