“If you buy it, would you guys be moving to Seattle?”
Please God say no.

“No, we have enough resources now to just hire a few local managers to run the place for us, especially since this is already a gym and would not need a lot of renovations. We will need to go up there often at first, but we won’t be moving. Plus we still need to open more here locally in California.”
Thank you, Jesus!

“Good!” I said a little too loudly, making Brandon raise an eyebrow at me. “What?” I smiled at him innocently.

“You don’t want me to move, I take it?”

“Definitely not,” I said, shaking my head with a smile. “Plus that would mean my weekly massages would end,” I joked.

“Oh is that all you're using me for?” Brandon said, smiling.

“It is definitely one of the things.”

“Oh really, Ms. Marshall? What other things are you using me for?”

“Well, I do need a good dancing partner occasionally.” I smiled as I thought back to that unforgettable night in Vegas.

*~*~*

After dinner, we went back to my place for the night. Even though I loved being at Brandon’s, we discussed that we would switch off between homes. We’d have a little bit more privacy at his place and could keep Ryan company when we were at my place.

I think, in the last week, we both became accustomed to sleeping in the same bed with each other. I was already not looking forward to going to bed alone on Thursday night. How did I fall so hard and so fast?

It was now Wednesday and Brandon had his poker game tonight. After the gym, he dropped me off at home so I could spend time with Ryan. After his game, he was going to pick me up so we could have a night alone before he left Thursday morning.

Ryan and I ordered Chinese and watched TV for most of the night.

“Hey Ry, Brandon won’t be in town tomorrow. You want to go to MoMo’s for dinner and drinks after work?” I asked during one of the commercial breaks.

“I don’t know. It’s a weeknight.” Whoa, when did that ever stop Ryan before? Okay, things were definitely worse than I thought.

“How are you ever going to meet someone new if you won’t leave the house?” Operation “Get Max Back” had completely slipped my mind. I was kicking myself for not being a better best friend, but it had been a few weeks and I didn't think Ryan had heard from him. It was time to get her mind off him.

“I don’t know. I just really miss Max right now.” I could see tears beginning to form in her eyes.

“Another reason we should go out and have drinks. We can have a good time and numb the pain.”

“Fine, but if I don’t want to stay out late, promise we can come home early?”

“Promise.”

*~*~*

It was getting late when Brandon finally arrived at my house to pick me up.

“Hey baby,” I said while slipping into the car. Brandon leaned over to kiss me and I smiled. “Did you win tonight?”

He started to drive to his condo, “Kind of broke even. Did you have a nice time with Ryan?”

Throwing my head back against the seat I said, “Ah, her depression is killing me. She doesn’t even want to leave the house anymore. I finally convinced her to go with me to MoMo’s tomorrow after work. I plan on liquoring her up!”

“Oh, will I be getting drunk texts again?” he asked with his famous smirk.

“Probably.” This time if I said any of that stuff again, I wouldn’t be embarrassed. Granted, I still don’t think I could do the threesome thing. I wasn’t sure I wanted to share him with anyone else.

When we arrived at his condo, Brandon led me inside and up the stairs to his bedroom. He immediately pulled me close to him and began taking off my shirt. “God, I’m going to miss you,” he said.

“You’re only going to be gone a day, I’m sure it will be good for us.” Good for my vagina anyway. It could use a little R&R.  I mentally giggled as I gave him one of my own smirks.

“Tell that to my penis!” he laughed, making me giggle in return. Then he bent down, kissing me as his tongue brushed my lower lip and his right hand grabbed a small amount of my hair. Brandon easily lifted me off the ground and I wrapped my legs around his waist while our tongues danced together in passion.

Brandon sat on the bed with me in his arms. My legs bent at my knees as I straddled his hips. I lifted his shirt over his head as he removed my bra. My panties were already dampening with my desire as I felt his cock swiftly harden in his jeans.

“Pants off now!” I said while I stood up to remove my own pants. Brandon removed his pants and boxers as I went over to his nightstand to grab a condom. “Lay down.”

“So bossy, I like it!”

“Ha! I’ve never been like this before. Not sure what has gotten into me,” I said, but I knew exactly what had gotten into me—this gorgeous man in front of me. I could spend twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week with him naked.

“I like it.” There was that slow, sexy smile again that melted my heart and made me want to do naughty things to him.

I crawled up his body and straddled him as I rolled the condom onto his already rock hard shaft. I returned my mouth to his and kissed him forcefully with need, making his cock twitch in response.

Breaking the kiss, I turned around so my back was facing him. I held the base of his shaft as I slowly took him inside of me, inch by inch.  My legs straddled him on each side, giving him only a view of my back. His hands grabbed my hips, guiding me.

My hands rested on his thighs and I started to move up and down. His hands reached up and caressed my breasts as my hips rocked hard against his cock. I swirled my hips as he met me thrust for thrust.

Our bodies rocked in sync as our hips moved with each other. I reached my hand down and rubbed my clit. Running my middle finger around and around until my pussy tightened and pulsed around his cock. Before my body was finished coming down from my orgasm, I felt Brandon’s body go stiff as he thrust hard into me once more. “Fuck, baby,” he said as he stilled.

*~*~*

The next morning was hard saying goodbye to Brandon. Even though he was only going to be gone for a little over a day, I was already missing him by the time I got home from work. I decided not to go the gym since I wouldn’t have my workout partner with me.

While getting ready to go out to dinner with Ryan, I decided to text Brandon to see how his day went.

Me:
Hey Baby! How was your day?

Brandon:
Hey Babe, it was alright. The owner was supposed to meet with us, but he flaked. Pretty much a wasted trip, but we saw the place and the good news is that it isn’t a dump! How was your day?

Me:
It was okay. I think the article about your gym is almost ready to be put on the website! My boss thinks by our December newsletter that is emailed out. :)

Brandon:
Awesome! Jason and I are about to head out for dinner. Are you still going out with Ryan?

Me:
Yeah, I’m getting ready now.

Brandon:
Cool, call me tonight when you get home.

Me:
Okay. It’s going to be kind of weird falling asleep without you next to me tonight.

Brandon:
I was thinking the same thing! I promise to make it up to you tomorrow night and this weekend since it is your birthday!

Me:
Can’t wait! I’ll call you later.

Brandon:
Oh Spence…

Me:
Yeah?

Brandon:
Last night was amazing!

Me:
Just last night?

Brandon:
You know what I mean! I might need to go out of town more often, if that is the sex I get the night before!

Me:
Ha! Just didn’t want you to forget me.

Brandon:
You’re not that easy to forget.

Me:
Good! Have fun with Jason.

Brandon:
Have fun with Ryan, and be safe, but I’m looking forward to drunk texts! :)

Me:
I’ll see what I can do!

I waited a few minutes until my face returned to its normal color.

“Hey Ry, you ready to go?” I asked while walking out to the living room.

“Yep, let’s do this shit!”

CHAPTER TEN

Ryan and I arrived at MoMo’s and decided to sit at the bar again. The Giants had a day game and were not on TV, but it hadn’t slowed business down one bit.

“What about that guy? He's cute,” I said to Ryan while pointing at a guy at the bar.

“Eh, he’s alright,” she said disinterestedly.

Okay Ryan, you need to snap out of this shit!
I rolled my eyes in frustration.

We were almost done with our second vodka cranberry and I was about to track down our waiter to order our third drink when I saw someone out the corner of my eye approach Ryan. Turning in her direction, I saw that it was Max.
Fucking great, of all nights! Thanks, dude—I was trying to get her to forget your ass!

“Max, what are you doing here?” Ryan asked, surprised.

“A few co-workers and I decided to come here for drinks after work.” Max glanced over to me to give me a friendly hello smile. Fuck that shit! I shot him the look of death again and he had the grace to blush and awkwardly cleared his throat. “Can I talk to you…in private?” Max asked Ryan as he turned back to her.

“Um….”  She licked her lips nervously and glanced from Max to me then back to Max again.

Don’t do it Ryan, you haven’t heard from him in weeks. Don’t do it!

“Sure.”

Damn it!

As Ryan started to get up from the table, I grabbed Max’s wrist. My over protectiveness was in full force.

“Hurt her again, Max, and I swear to God, I will hunt you down, kick you in the nuts and make you sorry you ever met me.”

“I understand, Spencer,” he said gravely with a slight wince.

“We’re good then.” Smiling, I patted his hand and let him go.  I watched them walk out to the patio to talk and hoped again that they would be able to work things out. I hoped Max wouldn’t break her heart again. Honestly, I had always liked him and I’d hate to have to fuck his shit up.

*~*~*

They had been gone for about ten minutes and I was starting to get worried. As I was about to stand up, a guy approached my table. “Hey Courtney, how are you?”

Courtney? What the fuck?
I looked up and my heart stopped when I realized it was Trevor from Vegas.
Shit!

“Oh hi, Trevor, how are you?”

“I’m good, what brings you to San Francisco?”

“I’m in town on business, you?”
Oh shit, oh shit!

“Yeah, same here. Where are you staying?”

Shit. What hotels are around here? Shit shit shit!

“Oh, I’m actually staying with a friend. Killing two birds with one stone,” I said with a nervous laugh. “Where are you staying?”

“The Wyndham at Union Square. But my co-worker and I went to the Giants game this afternoon and then we came here for drinks.”

“Cool.”  We sat in a moment of awkward silence. “I…” just as I was going to excuse myself, Ryan and Max came back.

“Hey Spen…” My head quickly jerked in her direction, my eyes huge and probably bulging out of my head as I looked at her anxiously. Thankfully, she noticed Trevor standing there before she finished saying my name. “Courtney… Phil is going to take us back…”

“Oh you guys are ready to go back to your place, Phil?” I asked.
Dear God, please let Max understand girl talk right now!

“Hey Megan, it’s nice to see you again,” Trevor said.

“Oh you too, Trevor, how are you?”

“Great.  I was just telling Courtney that we’ve been staying at the Wyndham while we’re here on business. Is this trip business for you as well?”

I quickly answered for her.  “Yeah, but we are staying with Megan’s brother. This is Phil.” Max’s eyes widened and he mouthed “brother” as he looked at me questioningly.  I just shook my head at him once and shot him a look that said, “Just play along!”

“Oh cool, nice to meet you, Phil,” Trevor said and offered Max his hand.

Max hesitantly put his hand out to shake Trevor’s hand.

“You, too. Trevor, was it? So um, yeah, are you girls ready?” Max asked, thankfully playing along. “I need to be at work early in the morning.”

“Yeah, we are. It was nice seeing you again, Trevor,” I said as I stuck out my hand to shake his.

“Likewise, Megan, should I tell Matt you say hi?” he grinned at her, innocent of his unknown faux pas.
