He smiled at her lack of response, and the sight of his dimples dotting his cheeks made her knees weak.

“Quinn Adler, have I rendered you speechless?”

She laughed. Or sobbed. She couldn't tell which. She shook her head in disbelief. Shock, sheer joy, euphoria…all those lovely emotions didn't even come close to describing how she felt inside.

“I love you too.”

The mischievousness was still there, but so was relief. It didn't matter how many times she'd told him she loved him before. When someone said it for the first time, it was like taking a blind leap.

And it was only a matter of time before Ewan learned that he could take that leap as many times as he wanted. Because Quinn would be waiting and ready to catch him.
