1 cup soaked sunflower seeds, almonds, or sesame seeds (¾ cup before soaking)
1 ½ cloves garlic, peeled
½ cup cilantro leaves
1 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
3 tablespoons lemon juice (about 1 lemon) or 1 ½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar
⅛ cup flax, hemp or olive oil
½ teaspoon cumin powder
Thoroughly blend all ingredients with 1 cup water. Serve over a fresh green salad. This dressing may thicken in your refrigerator, so you may need to add more water later. It will keep for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

Blend all the ingredients together with 2 cups of water until creamy.

⅓ cup raw apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
⅔ cup cold-pressed olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
Italian seasoning to taste
½ tablespoon sage
Blend the macadamia nuts with ¼ to ½ cup of water (depending on the thickness desired).
Add the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, sea salt, Italian seasoning and sage. Blend thoroughly.
