¼ cup cashew
2 tablespoons Activ™ Powder
⅓ cup agave nectar
1 ½ cup almonds
¼ cup coconut milk
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp spirulina powder
In a food processor grind cashews and almonds until fine.
Add all ingredients together and mix well.
Press into glass dish and refrigerate until cool. Cut into small individual squares.

2 cups shredded coconut
¾ cup of agave nectar
½ cup dry Xoçai™ Activ™ Chocolate
3 cups ground walnuts
Using a food processor blend the walnuts until smooth.
Mix all of the above ingredients together.
Place mixture in small single serving form molds and place in cool place until ready to eat.

2 cups of almonds
1 ¼ cups of agave nectar
1 cups Xoçai™ nuggets
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup raisins
2 tablespoons cinnamon
Place almonds in food processor and grind until finely chopped.
Unwrap whole nuggets and cut into small pieces.
Add all ingredients together and mix well.
Spread on dehydrator tray and dehydrate for approximately 24 hours.
*
Note: to soak dates, pit and press into a jar or bowl and add only enough water to almost cover so there is no excess liquid that needs to be drained off after soaking. Soak for 2 or 3 hours.

For the crust:
1 cup almonds, soaked for 4 to 6 hours
pinch Celtic sea salt
⅛ cup olive oil
For the filling:
4 apples, cored but not peeled
3 dates, pitted
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
pinch Celtic sea salt
To make the crust, blend almonds in a Cuisinart or blender until they turn to powder. Add the sea salt and olive oil. Blend well, and spoon into pie dish.
To make the filling, blend apples, dates, flaxseed oil, and sea salt.
