Finances

•    All appointment fees are split, two-thirds to the employee and one-third to GFE.

•    All fees from clients are your responsibility to collect. Any loss of income will be paid by you.

•    Each day's collections must be placed in a separate envelope. Each envelope will need the following information: name, date, and the total amount in the envelope, as well as a breakdown by appointment (with each client's first initial only!). Monday's envelope should include the total hotel fee for the week.

•    All funds should be held in safekeeping and are your responsibility until they can be turned over to management and counted.

Reviews

Reviews are what make GFE one of the greatest services in the Northeast. Each review covers atmosphere, reliability, and most of all, the quality of services rendered. Review boards are used by potential customers to find out more about which ladies they want to spend time with and which ones they want to stay away from. Having all-around great reviews has brought us skyrocketing success in the industry. We would like to maintain these incredible reviews, and through dedication, hard work, and a little direction from us, you will find yourself reviewed as one of the top ladies in the industry.

Photos

Girlfriend Experience would be happy to arrange a photo shoot for you at any time. Photos can be done in 2 ways.

•    First, we can share the cost of having photos taken. If we do this, we will retain all copyrights to all the photos. This means the photos can be used only by us, and a lawsuit will result if they are used for any other purpose. If at any time you would like to have the rights back or to use the photos for your own purposes, we would be happy to give up these rights once you have reimbursed us for our portion of the photo fees.

•    Second, if the entertainer pays the full amount for her photos, she retains the copyrights to those photos. GFE will use the photos only for advertising purposes. If at any time the entertainer would like her photos to be taken off our advertisements, we will arrange for this to happen within

3 to 5 business days from the request.

Touring

Touring is an important part of GFE. It gives ladies an opportunity to travel and gain new financial opportunities. Touring takes a large amount of time to arrange in addition to the costs of travel and advertisements to make it successful. This is an important commitment. Many clients book weeks in advance for tours, so it is imperative that when an entertainer agrees to tour, she follows through on her commitment.

•    A 5(K) deposit is required for each week you are on the tour. This is a refundable deposit and will be returned when the tour is finished. If the entertainer cancels, the deposit is automatically lost because of the nonrefundable costs of booking a tour.

•    All travel will be arranged by the entertainer. If you would like help with travel arrangements, we can get a travel agent to help you for a fee. We will need to be paid in advance for all scheduling.

•    It is important to stay on schedule and be on time. All the same rules specified in earlier sections apply when you are on tour.

•    You are responsible for all fees owed to GFE. This is very important, so make sure you are especially careful in securing your money and ours.

•    Travel dates cannot be changed once agreed upon.

X-treme Rules

Some rules are of the highest importance to the security of our business. Failure to abide by these rules will result in immediate termination!

•    Confidentiality is of the utmost importance. There should be no discussion of any kind with anyone about how our business is run or any other details of any kind.

•    Clients should never know the number of clients you see, the amount of money you make, or any other details that could jeopardize the safety of our business.

•    Your personal information is held in confidentiality. Respect other members of our team and treat them as you wish to be treated.

•    We do not allow any exchange of phone numbers or e-mail addresses with clients. If a client hands you a business card, you must decline the offer and return the card to him.

•    We do not allow referrals to other businesses by clients or employees. Any discussion of referrals is not acceptable.

•    Interacting with hotel guests on a business level is not acceptable.

•    Confiding in hotel employees is not acceptable.

•    Fighting with a client or GFE personnel, either verbally or physically, is not acceptable.

Some rules are important to ensure that the business runs smoothly and properly and in a consistent manner. Breaking any of these rules results in a $300 fine.

•    Any rude or disrespectful behavior toward a client. If a situation arises, call the GFE office immediately without taking matters into your own hands. You will be responsible for returning the client's entire fee to him in addition to being fined if a situation is not handled in the appropriate manner.

•    Bad reviews by known reviewers. Reviews are the most important part of our business; they stay with you throughout your career. A bad review can be very damaging to the entire team. The fine is used to pay for the client's next session.

•    You must give clients their full time. It is unacceptable to end a session early unless doing so is the wish of the client. Take your time and never watch the clock.

•    Your attitude and personal performance is very important. Clients should at no time be made aware of your personal problems. They come to get away from their everyday lives and want to feel no stress. They do not pay to deal with your personal situations.
