Coconut Butter Versus Coconut Oil

Coconut butter is made by removing the meat of the coconut and whipping it into butter. It contains all the health benefits of the oil as well as those of the meat, such as protein, fiber, and additional vitamins. Coconut oil is simply the oil alone. Both are incredible products that do wonders for your energy level, skin, and immune system, among other benefits.
