Continue to lift and lower your right leg, keeping both legs as straight as possible and maintaining a good pace.

As you do this, brace your waistline and think about lifting and lengthening the right leg rather than just kicking.

B. Bicycle

Put the pedal to your middle! Bend both knees and start to bicycle your legs.

Aim to draw the biggest possible circle you can with your legs—reach all the way up to the ceiling and then all the way out in front of you.

Pedal forward first, and then reverse your circles.

C.
Diamond

Bring your legs into a diamond shape (toes together, knees apart) and lower your legs to your point of control.

Let your hips feel heavy and sink into the floor; allow your lower back to lengthen.

Squeeze your knees together and then open back to your starting position. Keep your toes together the entire time.

Concentrate on initiating the movement from deep within the core. Your inner thighs are working while the abdominals are deeply engaged—get psyched for your newly ripped abs!

D. Showgirl

Lower your right leg toward the floor. As the leg goes down, brace your abdominal wall and reach both your arms toward the outside of your left leg.
