The Shadow
comic book. In the mid-seventies he, Jeffrey Jones, Barry Windsor-Smith, and Bernie Wrightson formed The Studio; he later collaborated with Elaine Lee in adapting her play
Starstruck
to comics. He is inspired by Frank Frazetta, Roy Krenkel, and Al Williamson.
