"Hi Tricia, it's John."

"Oh hi, John. How are you?"

"I'm fine, thanks. How are you?

"Just fine. A bit tired from shopping."

John felt his nerves starting to work over
his stomach. His mind was racing over what to say while his body
recalled the feeling of her soft form in his arms. His cock
hardened.

"Oh. Well, I'll be quick, so you can rest. I
was wondering if you're free to go to lunch this week?"

Her heart was fluttering.

"How would you feel about a home cooked
meal?"

"I would love it. Who's cooking?"

He pushed his cock down, adjusting where it
sat in his pants. It got harder.

"I'm cooking John," she laughed. "I've wanted
to thank you for a while for helping me with Cary's…"

She paused. He immediately jumped in to help
her.

"Oh, Tricia, you don't have to do that. You
know that's something we do in the Army. We try to take care of our
own."

He was disappointed she only wanted to see
him to say thank you for helping her. He absentmindedly stroked his
dick through his pants.

"John, I always felt that you went over and
above the call of duty. You went way out of your way for us.
Please, I want to cook a nice meal for you. It's my small way of
saying thank you. Please."

That last little,
please,
got him. His
balls grew heavier and his cock rose higher in his pants.

"That would be great," he gripped himself
harder, stroking repeatedly.

"Good, how's Friday around six?"

"I'll be there. What can I bring?"

They finished with the details of what to
bring, where she lived, what, if anything, he didn't like to eat.
She hung up the phone and sat for a moment to compose herself.
What had she done?
She'd just invited a man she hardly knew
to her home for dinner.

She wasn't planning to seduce him but she was
hoping something would happen between them. She was really, really
hoping something would happen. John was a very nice man; she felt
she could trust him. She didn't know if he was interested in her or
just being polite. Maybe she could do something to make him
interested in her.

She got up and went into her bedroom. She
started to look through her clothes. She tried on several outfits.
Then she started looking through her underwear. She didn't have
anything she would want anyone to see, let alone a sexy man like
John. She would have to go shopping.

She studied herself in the mirror. Her
breasts were no longer the high, hard mounds they had started out
as. They were more full but they did not stand up by themselves
anymore. Her stomach was soft, not really flat and toned. She knew
she wasn't fat but she wasn't thin either. She pulled her panties
down just under her bottom and twisted to see her backside in the
mirror.
Oh no!
She quickly pulled up her drawers and walked
away from the mirror.

She wasn't very happy with how her body had
changed. The confidence of a younger Tricia was gone. She reasoned
nothing would happen anyway. John was a gentleman and unless she
threw herself at him, he wouldn't press. He likely was just
interested in being friends. Just the same, she planned to go
shopping for new underwear after work tomorrow. Then she turned on
the shower and pulled out her facial cream.

Chapter 3

John pulled up to the house exactly at six.
His ex-wife tried to coach him about being fashionably late many
times, but he couldn't undo his training and his nature. He brought
a bottle of wine and some chocolates. He chickened out of bringing
the chocolates, leaving them in the car. A little too obvious, he
worried.

She greeted him at the door and took his
breath away. She was wearing something pink and low cut. This was
going to be impossible, he thought. He was already turning on. Then
she shocked him by stretching up and kissing him on the cheek. The
hug in the PX was bad enough. He cursed himself for agreeing to
come to her house for dinner.

Tricia was in no better shape. John had on a
simple heather gray t-shirt tucked into jeans. He looked amazing.
The cut of the shirt showed off all of him, his chest and his
biceps, his flat stomach, even his neck.

Dinner went great. The food turned out
delicious. They had good conversation that flowed easily. He was
almost relaxed. He helped her clean up. It felt great to stand next
to her in the kitchen and work together. She sent him into the
family room to relax while she brought out dessert and coffee. He
never ate dessert or anything sweet but he didn't want to
disappoint her.

She leaned down to put everything on the
table and he got a glorious view of her breasts. Smooth and creamy
and voluptuous. She was the perfect size for him. Then, to his
surprise, she flopped down on the couch next to him. Too close.

He could smell her perfume. Her skin looked
so soft. She kept touching his arm while talking. A few times,
their knees bumped. Everything about her body language screamed
that she wanted him. His brain tried to argue with his body that he
was imagining her forward behavior.

She was trying her best to flirt and let him
know she was interested. She never really had much practice. She
was probably seventeen the last time she tried to attract a man.
She had only flirted with one man, her husband. . She didn't
remember how.

Whatever she was doing wasn't working. He
didn't seem interested at all. He had gotten quieter since they
moved to the couch. He almost looked like he was falling asleep,
his eyes half closed and slightly glazed. He must be tired. She put
her hand on his hand holding the coffee cup to offer him more. The
cup tipped and spilled onto John.

John was at war with himself and he was
losing. The coffee spill brought him back to reality.

"Oh my gosh John, I'm so sorry. Let me wash
it out for you.

"Nah, that's all right. I got it."

"No, let me do it."

She put her hand on his arm, again. That
finished him. He just looked her in the eye and whipped his T-shirt
over his head and handed it to her.

Tricia was shaken. She hadn't figured that he
would be standing before her shirtless. He was perfect. His muscles
were beautifully carved and she had the urge to reach out and feel
his chest. His stomach was flat and defined. Her eyes trailed down
his body and then back up to his face. She blushed.

"Um, be right back."

He was about to pull her to him when she
turned and almost ran to the kitchen.
Shit
. He sensed her
change. But he wasn't going to back off. She had invited him, she
had touched him, she had insisted he take his shirt off. He
followed her to the kitchen. She was rinsing the shirt under the
faucet.

He came up behind her and put his hands on
her shoulders.

"Tricia."

He reached around her and turned the faucet
off. Then, he turned her to face him. She still had the shirt in
her hands. He still had his hands on her shoulders.

"I think I got it out."

She stared straight into his chest. He picked
up her chin.

"Tricia."

He leaned down to her lips and touched them
with his lips, ever so lightly. Her body stilled. So he deepened
the kiss. She responded; dropping his shirt and putting her arms up
around his neck. She opened her mouth and he thrust in fiercely.
His hands went around her waist and he pulled her against his body.
She couldn't help but feel his thick hard arousal through his pants
pressing into her belly.

This was only the second time she'd felt a
man; felt his desire for her. It was heady and her mind swirled.
She understood why women fainted in times past. She couldn't
remember ever feeling so excited.

John was on autopilot. His body racing well
ahead of his brain. She was responding; she was accepting him. He
lifted her up onto the counter pulling her skirt up as he did so.
He slid his hands up her bare legs. Stopping at her hips, he
wrapped his hands around her, his thumbs almost touching in front.
She felt like heaven, so soft and warm.

Things were happening too fast for her. His
hands were everywhere. He'd spread her legs and worked his hands
into her new panties. Then he started opening his pants. A spark of
panic shot through her. He was trying to have sex with her on the
kitchen counter!

She'd wanted to kiss him badly. But there was
no way she could spread her legs, on the counter where she chopped
tomatoes and do what he was planning. It was too much, too
embarrassing. The bright light of the kitchen exposing her to him
was fearsome.

Her fear was rising quickly as he fumbled
with his pants with one hand, digging around the front of her
panties, with the other.

"John…John."

She tried grabbing his hand but it was all
the way down his pants. If she didn't stop him, he would have his
penis out in a second.

"John, please stop."

Shit
. He pulled up short, closing his
eyes momentarily and taking a deep breath. He knew something was
wrong. He opened his eyes to see fear written all over her face.
He'd read the situation all wrong. Time for crisis clean up.

"I'm sorry Tricia, I got carried away."

He pulled his hand out of her panties and
started buttoning up his pants. He reached down, grabbed his shirt
off the floor and quickly pulled it on. She just stared at him.

"I'm really sorry. Your just very
beautiful."

He lifted her off the kitchen counter and set
her on her feet as gently as he could. He tried to be casual about
the fact that he almost just took her against her will. He really
screwed this one up. He felt pretty low.

"Well, I guess I better go."

He turned and strode out of the kitchen,
toward the front door.

"Wait John."

He hesitated and turned slightly. She was
stunning all flushed and pink. He could easily fall hard. Now fear
struck him.

"You don't have to go."

"Oh, yes, I do have to go," he laughed. "But
thank you for a really great dinner. I'm sorry for what I did,
really sorry. You'll never know how sorry."

He shook his head at himself.

"Good night."

And he was out the door.

Chapter 4

She was devastated. What a fiasco. Too late,
she realized she had led him on and then let him down. He must
think her a terrible tease. She had been out of the dating game and
she really didn't have a clue how her actions would affect a
man.

The worst part for Tricia was she loved his
kiss. She loved his smell, his heat, his touch. It had all melted
her, causing a warm, slick cream to fill her panties. Her heart
rate stayed high. Full of nervous energy, she cleaned the kitchen a
second time.

She hoped she hadn't ruined everything with
her clumsy response. She moved on to clean the family room. Still
bothered, she considered her options to fix the mess she'd caused.
Finally, she decided to call and apologize.

John was both angry and frustrated. His dick
was still as hard as granite. He had scared her and definitely
ruined his one chance with her. She probably thought he was some
kind of animal. He slammed the car door and stalked into the
house.

If he were a young man, he would have punched
a wall or something else stupid. His body was raging with
aggression and need. He popped a beer and paced around. Finally, he
settled on a shower. He could take care of his dick and maybe
relax. He stripped down and was about to hop in when his phone
rang. It was Tricia.

"Hey Tricia."

He tried to sound cool. His dick was standing
straight out off his body.

"Hi John. I'm sorry to bother you."

"It's OK. What's up?"

Besides his dick and his blood
pressure?
It was going to be a long night. Now she wanted to
review his humiliation.

"John, I just wanted to say I'm sorry. I'm
sorry for how I acted."

He was dumbstruck.
She was sorry?

"Are you there, John?"

"Uh huh."

"Well, I'm sorry. That's what I wanted to
say."

"Wait, Tricia. What are you sorry for?"

"Well, I didn't mean to lead you on. I mean,
I did want to lead you on. No wait, that's not what I mean."

"What
do
you mean?" he asked, somewhat
amused.

Her heard her sigh. It sounded great to
him.

"Well…I was trying to flirt with you."

John grabbed for his dick. He listened
intently; he wasn't going to say word.

"But, I'm out of practice. I probably wasn't
very good at it even when I was young."

"Oh, you did just fine at flirting. You did
great. It worked for me."

He'd said too much. He was forming the
beginnings of a picture of Tricia. He sensed she was a bit
skittish, a bit afraid. Maybe this could still go his way.

"Well, I'm sorry for what I did…I would like
to make it up to you," she breathed into the phone.

John registered the change in her voice.
She'd gotten quieter when she uttered her wish to make up to him.
And he'd been blaming himself; women were such a mystery. He
smiled.

"What did you have in mind?"

"Well, could you come back over?"

"Oh, Tricia, I don’t think that's such a good
idea."

His aggressive aroused state hadn't abated at
all. If anything, he was worse, given that she had just confessed
her motives.

"Oh, OK. Maybe another time then," she
retreated.

"It's not that I don't want to. I do. I just
think the same thing would happen again. And you don't want that,"
he baited her.

"Maybe if we went slower."

His heart slammed into his chest. He dropped
his dick, wedged the phone under his ear and started to get
dressed.

"OK, Tricia, I'll be right over."
