Tuck's Wrath (13 page)

“Tell me you’re mine, tell me that you love me as much as I love you.”

“I love you, Tuck. I love you so much, and I am yours,
only
yours.”

He looked at her right in the eyes. “I’m yours, the same as you’re mine. Damn, baby, I fucking love you.” He was thrusting like a madman now, in and out, faster and harder, and she got so lost in the sensation, and the scent and power that came from him. She felt herself falling over the edge. Jana came long and hard, and heard him groan against her neck as he got off, too.

“I love you, too.” She gasped, and he slammed into her. The world was falling away, and lights flashed in front of her vision. This was her world now, her son’s world. Tuck’s life may be filled with bad, dangerous, and evil things that could destroy everything she’d worked to get away from, but she knew as long as Tuck was by her side he wouldn’t allow that world to crumble. They’d built this life together, were still building it. That was what mattered, what counted, as long as they did it together, as a family.

Chapter Nineteen

Tuck smiled as he watched Rook and Pierce start to argue over if the ball actually went into the corner pocket. He held his pool stick, leaned against the wall, and looked over at the clock. He’d be leaving in about half an hour to go home and see Braden before he went to bed, and then he’d take Jana into his arms and kiss her senseless, just because he could. That knowledge, that he could kiss her whenever he wanted, that he could touch her, stroke her, hell, smell her damn hair if he wanted to, whenever he wanted to, made him deliriously happy.

“You’re up, man,” Lucien said, took a swig from his beer, and looked at the clock as well.

Tuck knew the president was anxious to go to his old lady, Callie, too. Hell, Kink’s only daughter was now with the president of their club, and although it had been kind of a fucked-up situation since that had been a betrayal all in its own, and Kink and Lucien had gone after each other because of it, things had smoothed out. Now they were all one big happy family, dysfunction on occasional and all.

It was still strange to look at these men and know that some of them were tied down, had women of their own, and would do anything to ensure their protection.

He looked at Kink, smiled when the brother started cursing when he spilled beer on his shirt, and how he started saying Cookie was going to get pissed that she had to clean the shit out once again. Then there was Malice, their Sergeant at Arms. The man was elusive with his emotions, but when it came to Adrianna, his old lady brought out the best in the brother.

And here was Tuck, now part of the fold. He had an old lady, a little boy he’d raise up right, better than he did with his other children. At least Aspen and Leif’s mother was good and strong, didn’t put up with Tuck’s bullshit, and kept them away from the horrible life he’d chosen to lead. He had no one to blame but himself in his downfall and the time he missed out. It was what it was, but he had been making up for it since he got clean, since he’d been with the club, and he had a family now, with everyone he loved.

He thought about Aspen and Leif, about how they’d grown up to be strong individuals, despite his weaknesses. Then he thought about Jana, the woman that stole his heart and was making him a better man one day at a time. He’d never get rid of the darkness inside of him, the need to exact vengeance on those that hurt the ones he cared about, but he knew he had parts of himself that made him a good man. She told him that many times, and he was starting to believe her.

The feel of his cell vibrating in his pocket had him setting his pool stick down and grabbing the phone. There was no number on his burner cell, just the word BLOCKED. In his gut he knew what the hell this was going to be about, and who would be on the other end.

He looked around at the men all laughing, being happy, and not having to worry about the shit that was surely about to go down. Moving away from them and toward an isolated place in the club, he answered the call and brought the cell to his ear. He didn’t say anything, but heard M breathing on the other end.

“It’s time for that favor, Boston. Time to pay up.”

Tuck looked over at Lucien, who was now watching him. Tuck shook his head, knowing his expression was grave.

“I have a shipment of whore mules that need to be picked up and transported to an undisclosed location.”

Whore mules.
Fucking M and his nasty ass business. He was using women to transport his drugs, made them swallow balloons filled with drugs, and when the time came they’d pass the balloons. After that they’d be made into sex slaves to some of the most deranged men in the world.

“You have thugs who do that shit.”

M laughed at Tuck’s words. “Yeah, I do, but you and your club owe me, and I want the muscles you guys can offer as well as the payment you owe me. I’ll let you know the time and place when it gets closer to pick-up.” M disconnected the call, and Tuck shoved his phone back in his pocket.

He scrubbed a hand over his face, breathed out, and knew they had to put a stop to this. M needed to go, and he needed to go before this pick-up was scheduled. The club couldn’t be involved in this dark shit, not just for the ramifications it could cause to the club members and the MC itself, but also for moral reasons. The Brothers didn’t deal in human flesh, not unwilling at least. They may have some girls working for them that earned income on the side, but those women were willing, always willing. What M was involved in, what he wanted Tuck and his brothers to do, would not be moral or right in any sense of the word.

“What’s up?” Malice said, the whole club now staring right at Tuck.

He stared at each of them, saw the hardness in their expressions, and knew they were aware of what was going on without Tuck having to say anything. “M has called in his favor, but I can’t have you guys in on this. I need to handle it. It was my fucking mess.” He looked around at the men that were his brothers. “I need to take him out before it can be followed through, or before he can come after everyone I fucking care about because we didn’t fold to his bullshit.”

He needed to fix this for his club, for Jana, his kids, but also for himself. He needed to do right, be a better person, even if deep down he’d always resort to the violence and darkness that made him up.

“We can’t let you do this alone, brother. You gave your pound of flesh for going to him, and as far as I am concerned, and every other member here, you’re square with us,” Lucien said.

“We do this as a club, as a family,” Kink said next.

For a second he just stared at these men, at the guys he’d lay his life down for.

“No arguments,” Malice said. “Let’s get this taken care of.” And like a perfectly working clock they all headed into the meeting room, about to plan out exactly how to take out a man that had more connections then they’d ever be able to comprehend.

“Man, this is fucked, and not to mention creepy as hell,” Rook said, inhaled from his cigarette, and tossed the butt to the ground when he was finished.

Pierce watched as the other man snubbed it out with his boot, and leaned against the side of The Crystal Cavern. It was late as hell, and although the place was getting ready to close for the night, and the strippers would be filing out any minute now, Pierce didn’t feel like what he was doing was wrong. In fact, he was standing out here, waiting to talk to Lil, because he was obsessed with the chick. He should be, and that in itself was pretty fucking creepy, but hell, at this point he’d try to talk her into anything if it meant she’d give him the time of day.

“You got it bad for the bitch, Pierce, and I can’t understand why.”

“You haven’t seen her, man,” Pierce said, leaned against the wall, too, and stared at the dim, broken streetlight a few feet from them.

“I’m sure she looks like any other stripper bitch in the Cavern,” Rook said, and before Pierce could say something in return Rook’s phone rang. “Yo,” Rook said, and moved away from the wall, cast a glance at Pierce, and moved another few feet away.

That movement had Pierce interested. Seemed Rook had a little something extra on the side.

“I’m tied up at the moment,” Rook said in a low voice, but not low enough that Pierce still couldn’t hear him. “You want my big dick plowing into you, don’t you, baby?” Rook chuckled softly and looked over his shoulder at Pierce again.

Pierce grinned, and Rook flipped him off.

“Maybe when I get back to the club we can get down and dirty, just the way you like it.” Rook chuckled again. “Damn, girl, you’re one fucking dirty slut, but shit, I like that.” Pierce didn’t want to hear this shit. It was obviously a sweet-butt, because no way would a Brothers member bring a bitch back to the club, not unless she was already involved there.

The sound of the back door opening and closing had Pierce straightening, turning toward the doorway, and looking around the side of the building. The bouncer was talking to the guys as they all piled out of the backdoor, but after a few seconds he turned and went in the other direction. The girls that came out weren’t the ones Pierce was interested in, and right now, as he grew excited and anticipated the sight of Lil, that playing hard to get female of his, he felt like a fucking stalker.

“Dude, you
are
a stalker,” Rook said close to Pierce, and he knew he’d said that last bit out loud.

“Fuck off and let me do my thing. I’ve never wanted a woman like this, and I’ll have her, dammit.”

Rook snorted. “Whatever, man. I just hope her cunt is worth the effort.”

Pierce didn’t even think it was all about getting her on her back with her legs spread. He was interested in learning more about her, and wasn’t that some damn shit right there.

Then he saw Lil come out, those damn shadows from the streetlight not quite reaching her. Her dark hair was in a messy bun, and her focus was on her phone. Pierce looked over at Rook, but the brother was sending a text, most likely one that was probably pretty damn filthy.

Pierce turned back toward her and saw that she was now calling someone, her back to him, and then she placed her phone to her ear. He should just go up there, talk to her, and tell her all the shit on his mind. It wasn’t just about sex, or at least he didn’t think it was. He wanted to take her somewhere, just the two of them. The idea that she shook her ass and tits in front of an entire crowd of dirty old men, him included, pissed him off. She should only be shaking it for him, in a bedroom, and then she’d hop right on his cock and bounce away until they both came.

Damn, he could come right now just from the fucking images in his head.

“I know, Dad,” she said in a soft voice, then looked around at the girls that were still coming out of the building. “Maybe next weekend I can come over and have dinner with you guys.”

He straightened when he heard her speaking.

“I’m fine and safe, and will be leaving the restaurant with my girlfriend soon. I just saw you called a few times and wanted to make sure you were okay.” She turned her back toward him now, and he wished that he could pull her into the light, really take her all in. The fact she was wearing a pair of loose slacks and a long, lightweight jacket made her look like she was ready for a meeting, not just coming out of one of the skankiest clubs in Denver.

“Damn dude, she’s classy for working at a tittie bar,” Rook said from right behind him, and Pierce elbowed him in the gut.

She turned around, stepped closer into the light, facing them but obviously not knowing they were there watching her, and shoved her phone in her pocket. He felt his cock jerk in response she was so damn gorgeous. Damn, she was one beautiful woman. But then recognition settled into him, fast, hard, intense.

“Oh. Fuck,” Rook said in a soft voice.

Yeah, oh fuck indeed.

“You know who that is?” Rook asked, the brother right behind him, his voice shocked.

Pierce watched her without responding right away, really trying to make sure she was who he thought she was. How had he not realized who she was?
Because you were too busy looking at her tits and ass, picturing her riding your cock.

Pierce continued to stare at Lil, saw her walk away from them and toward her car, and although he wanted to go talk to her, he was cautious.

“Yeah, man,” Pierce said as he faced Rook. “Are you sure, because I’m having a pretty hard time wrapping my head around this.”

“Pierce, man,” Rook said, this worry and shock on his face. “That’s Cain’s daughter, Fallina, no fucking doubts about it.”

Pierce froze even further, everything inside of him stopping as those words of confirmation played over and over again in his head. He’d only met her once at a barbecue the club held, and aside from checking out her body he hadn’t ever seen her again.

“Are you sure that’s the same woman stripping at the club?”

Pierce nodded. “Yeah, pretty fucking sure as I came all the way out here to talk to her. Are you sure that’s Fallina?” He hoped she wasn’t, prayed it was just a woman that resembled Fallina.

“Yeah, man, positive. I’ve seen Cain’s daughter enough over the years because of the shit that went down with Cain going to prison and the club watching over her.” Rook shook his head. “That’s fucked, man. What’s she doing stripping, let alone in this dump?”

Pierce didn’t know, but he sure as hell wasn’t about to ask Cain why his little girl that he was madly protective of, who also happened to be a schoolteacher, was showing her tits and ass to a bunch of motherfuckers.

“It sure as hell is fucked up.” Pierce turned and went back to his SUV, not sure what in the hell he was going to do now. She may be Cain’s daughter, but that didn’t stop him from wanting her like a damn madman. If he went after her Cain would slit his throat, bathe in his blood, and not think twice just because he was a patched-in member.

Yeah, he was truly fucked, because even though that was Cain’s daughter Pierce had no intention of walking away.
