He reached up and tenderly wiped the tear that had escaped from her eye and mouthed
I love you
as the priest continued to speak.

“Please repeat after me,” the priest instructed
Luke. “I, Luke Dominic Bradley, take you, Kathryn Elizabeth Lane, to be my lawful wedded wife.”

Luke
smiled at her and she anxiously awaited the sacred words from him.  He stared deep into her eyes and squeezed her hands tightly and then began repeating the words that would join them together forever.

A Note From the Author

Let me begin by saying thank you for reading
After the Sky Fell Down
.  I genuinely thank you for taking time out of your life to read my book.  If you loved it…great!  I’m so excited you enjoyed  it.  If you hated it…I’m sorry, but I still thank you for giving it a shot.

I’ve always enjoyed writing, but never intended to share any of my work.  This self-publication just kind of happened and it’s been a rollercoaster of emotions.  Some highs, some lows, but definitely emotional.

I apologize for any spelling and grammar mistakes or other typos.  Being a regular person with a regular job and life, I am the sole editor of my work and after laboring over a long period of time creating a manuscript, I know errors are bound to sneak through.  I hope they did not distract from the story too much for you.

I also want to thank my friends and family who have been so supportive during this little adventure.  I never would’ve had the courage to do this without you.

And to you, Reader, thank you again for your time and your purchase.  Regardless of your feelings about the finished product, I respect your opinion and truly thank you for reading.
