Ingredients:
- 3 pounds of pork roast
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- ½ tsp. of black pepper
- 4 cups of cauliflower
- 1 yellow onion
- 4 cloves fresh garlic
- 2 sticks of celery
- 8 oz. portabella mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 cups water
Preparations
- Trim fat from roast
- Chop cauliflower
- Chop onion
- Slice mushrooms
Let’s Get Cooking!
- Throw cauliflower, onion, garlic, celery and water into the cooker on medium heat
- Next the roast and then all the seasonings
- Cook on medium heat for 4-6 until pork is cooked
- Slice and serve
Lemon Olive Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- ½ tsp. organic cumin
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- ½ cup butter
- a lemon
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Can of green olives
- ½ cup red onion
Preparations
- Cut lemon in half juice one-half slice the other
- Remove bones and skin from chicken
- Removes pits from olives
- Slice onion
- Season chicken with sea salt, cumin, pepper

- Set cooker to high and brown chicken on both sides
- Toss in remaining ingredients
- Cook 1 – 2 hours on Low or until chicken is done.

Personal note
- Don’t forget to make leftovers and put them in freezer safe containers. Don’t forget to mark the container with the date it was made. A good way I found to put the date in containers is with masking tape and a marker, it makes it easy to change the dates as needed.
