Ingredients
- 3 lb. pork roast,
- 5 bell peppers,
- 1 cup chicken broth,
- ½ cup tomato sauce,
- 1 tbsp. oregano,
- some bay leaves,
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Let’s Cook:
- Coat the slow cooker with olive oil.
- Add the pork roast and all the other ingredients, mix carefully.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours.
- Cut the peppers in halves (vertical ones).
- Fill each half with the chicken mixture. It can be served as a starter or even as a snack.

Ingredients
- 2 lb. oxtails,

- Dice and chop the vegetables.

- Place everything in a slow cooker, cover, and cook for 5 hours.

Ingredients

Let’s Cook:
- Combine the spices and coat carefully the meat.

- Prepare the mushrooms by drizzling them with a mixture of oil and seasoning; roast them for about 7 min each.
