She hurled herself at him, knocking him back on the bed. Slamming him with the force of an emotional tidal wave. He captured her mouth and kissed her like a drowning man. Need made him crazed and passion and love pounded his system.

“I want you, Booker. In my bed, in my house. Raising our daughter.”

He thrust his tongue between her lips and tasted her words.

“You don’t just want this for Findlee or because you’re sick of potty training on your own?” he whispered between kisses.

She shook her head.

“Because I give you mind-blowing orgasms, right?”

The bubble of laughter against his lips was the sweetest sensation he’d known next to holding his daughter for the first time. But the elation of giving away his toy collection was a close competitor. Throwing away his control felt damn good.

He grabbed Skye’s hips and shoved her down to grind on his cock.

“The orgasms are extra enticing, I’ll give you that. But no, it’s my connection with you, Booker. I see the man I fell in love with on my uncle’s ranch, but you’ve grown and changed. And I don’t only mean the muscles.” She skimmed the flat of her hand down his chest.

“I gave away most of my toys for you, Skye.”

She laughed. “You can’t bring them home with us anyway.”

“Don’t worry. I’m a preferred customer and I might have a few bucks stashed in my checking to start building my collection again.”

She lowered her lips to his, kissing him with all the tender emotion to repair their broken bonds. Then he flipped her onto her back and proved his worth.

Epilogue

Hugh and Riggs sat in front of Booker in total silence. However, neither looked as shocked as he’d expected them to be after revealing he was no longer able to work for them.

Booker tapped his fingers on his knee, waiting for the blow to come.

Finally, Hugh heaved a sigh. “I should be getting used to my Boot Knockers leaving, but I’ll be damned if I am.”

“I can’t say I want to see you go, Booker. You’re a great asset to this ranch.” Riggs turned his hat around and around in his hands.

“I have to give my wife and daughter a chance.”

“We didn’t even know you had a daughter until two minutes ago,” Hugh said.

Looking down, Booker rubbed a worn spot on his jeans. “I liked keeping them private.” What he didn’t say was it had hurt too damn bad to share what he didn’t have. Now it was different. A new chance with his family was within reach. Talking to his bosses was the final gate to freedom.

“You’re damn good with the accounts. Holly’s going to be mighty upset when she has to take them over again.”

“I feel bad about that. But we’ve got a house to sell and another home to buy. I can’t stick around here.”

Riggs and Hugh exchanged a look. After a few years of living together, loving each other and sharing a special bond with their woman and next a new baby, they seemed to conduct a whole conversation in one quick glance.

Hugh spread his fingers on his desk blotter. “There’s land for sale across the ridge.”

Booker blinked. Then he nodded. “I’ve heard about it, but they want half a million. I don’t have that kind of money.”

“No, but we have the means to get it. We need more land and have been thinking about purchasing the parcel,” Riggs said.

“The mineral rights don’t go with the land, but we want the pasture anyway.” Hugh looked at Booker as if he should be following, but he wasn’t.

He shook his head. “I don’t understand.”

“We buy the land, your money puts a house on it. You pay us back for the land by taking care of any cattle we put there.”

“And you work here part-time, running our accounts.”

Booker’s breath whooshed from him. He sat back, dazed. Could it be this easy? The Boot Knockers had given him so much already, but this… He could give Skye and Findlee a piece of paradise. His daughter could grow up on a ranch and Skye would have all the country she’d always longed for. He would give her the means to quit her hated retail job by bringing her to the ranch. Hell, he’d even drag along Skye’s mom to look after Findlee if necessary.

“What do you think of our proposal?” Hugh asked.

Unable to stop the grin spreading across his face, Booker reached across the desk and gripped Hugh’s hand, then Riggs’s in a handshake. “I accept. It’s a great offer. But I could use some help, maybe from two other Boot Knockers?”

Riggs shot out of his chair with a whoop. “I told you, Hugh! I have a radar for these things. Jeremy and Elliot have fallen from the flock.”

Hugh’s lips were white with tension but twitched at the corners. “Hell, I guess we’d better get Holly on interview duty. We’ll be needing three more cowboys. You’ve got your deal, Booker.”

His chest bursting with happiness, he got to his feet. “I’ll tell the guys the good news.”

“What about your wife?”

“She’s not my wife—yet. I’ll need to marry her again, but I hope you’ll be my best man, Hugh. And Riggs, would you stand up for me?”

“Damn straight.” They both stood and saw him out the door. Holly was smiling like a Cheshire cat but pretended she hadn’t overheard everything. On the way past her, Booker tugged a lock of hair over her ear playfully.

Then he set off to change the lives of two lovers. And to dig the rest of his toys out of his nearly empty cabinet. He and Skye were going to celebrate.

She wants to turn up the heat. He’s got the skills to whip her into a frenzy.

The Boot Knockers Ranch,
Book 5

TV food show host Tabbart Tracy works hard to give viewers her best recipes. But while her fans are legion, her personal life is colder than a meat locker. Most men just want her to serve up some pie—in the nude.

One glance at her assistant’s sexy brother, though, and her body skips straight from low simmer to rolling boil. Especially when she tracks him down at a stud ranch. Where he’s the stud.

When a certain little TV foodie personally requests Stowe’s company for a week, he’s flattered as hell. She needs to give up some control, and as a sex therapist otherwise known as the “Dom from Down Under”, Stowe has the leather, rope, and paddles to do it.

Just as Tabbart melts into a puddle under Stowe’s hands, her worst fear chills her back to reality: someone recognizes her. Worse, her Master frowns on opening her checkbook to make it all go away. But trusting him means hanging onto their connection with both hands—while he takes her for the ride of her life.

Warning: This book contains a TV chef looking for some R&R (as in rough and raunchy) and a whip-wielding Aussie cowboy Dom intent on showing her she can take the heat. As hot as—and anywhere—she wants it.

It’ll take more than ropes and whips for this cowboy to keep his bratty woman in line.

The Boot Knockers Ranch,
Book 4

At twenty-three, Bree Roberts is ready to sow some wild oats. The perfect place to start? The neighboring spread—The Boot Knockers Ranch, where twenty smokin’ hot cowboys deliver sexual therapy to women. The problem? The entry fee is more than she’s made in a lifetime.

Only wanting to explore, she figures her tanned, toned legs will be her ticket to ride. Except Ty keeps kicking her off their land. Then she begins to suspect the reason why. He
likes
her.

If Ty spots that little vixen wrapped around one of his cowboys one more time, he’s going to throw her over his knee. Trouble is, she’d like it. Catching her participating in the ranch’s notorious, semi-clad corn-hole tournament is one thing, but when he finds her under their resident Dom’s whip, enough is enough.

Ty won’t throw a naked woman out of his bed, namely one who deserves a spanking, but showing Bree the rewards of sex mixed with a little emotion leads to trails neither of them intended to tread.

Warning: Contains a spitfire cowgirl who excels at breaking the rules, and a cowboy who lays down the law—and a firm hand on her ass cheek.

There’s no escaping ranch policy—anything to please a lady…

The Boot Knockers Ranch,
Book 3

The Boot Knockers Ranch caters to women in all ways. And now rookie Paul is officially part of the team. He’s had six months to hone his skills with the ladies and prides himself on being a prime catch.

Jack would agree. He can’t get the rugged cowboy out of his system. He wants Paul in his bed more than anything, but his best friend has always been resistant to relations with other men. Jack’s instinct says different, but he values Paul’s friendship too highly to push it.

Then Jack takes on beautiful new client Lissy Lofton and finds himself falling hard for the confident show jumper. He’s not the only one. Lissy has caught Paul’s attention, and the attraction is mutual.

But now Jack has a problem. Lissy’s sexual appetite is so ravenous, he doubts he can last the week without backup. Which presents an irresistible opportunity to invite Paul into their bed—where the incandescent heat brings all their walls tumbling down.

Warning: Contains two smoking-hot cowboys whose drive to please the same woman spurs a desire to please each other.
