Dark Desires: Deliverance (3 page)

The first thing he
noticed was that she wasn't wearing a bra based on the peaked buds that pushed
against her vest. It wasn't a shocking sight, he had his fair share of women to
keep him entertained,
it
was simply unexpected. So
that's the reason she didn't want to come out. Realising that he was putting
her on edge, he went back out of the room.
Keyaan
had
etched everything about her into memory – the striking features on her face,
the ethnic style of her hair, the darker shade of her skin and the silhouette
of her body. He smirked at the thought as he picked up her
abaya
and walked back into the bathroom to hand it to her. She was attractive, but he
had seen and sampled better. Nevertheless, he could not deny that she reminded
him of someone he had managed to forget until now and that thought disturbed him.

Hesitantly, she
reached for the black robe he held in his hands while his eyes remained trained
on hers. Instead of giving it to her, he stepped forward and spread it out to
place it around her shoulders. She put her arms through the sleeves and pulled
it closed.
Keyaan
raised his hand in an effort to cup
her face but thought better of it as he shortly dropped his arm back to his
side. Turning on his heel, he headed out of the doorway and she heard the
bedroom door lock once more. The encounter had been unsettling. It felt like he
was marking her with the way his eyes traced every inch of her body. She needed
to leave, she wasn't safe.

When
Keyaan
closed the door behind him he was trailed by his
personal bodyguard who accompanied him on the grounds. Thinking back on the
woman he had just laid eyes on, he had to recant his earlier observation - Val
was beautiful. He could see why The
Implaer
was
besotted with her. It was her dark, innocent eyes and shy demeanour that
appealed to men like Vladimir and
himself
. They were a
mark of naivety when it came to their world. Where Vladimir had chosen to care
for her, he would have destroyed her. That kind of woman reminded him of… he
stopped that train of thought. The only thing he wanted to focus on right now
was securing his region, protecting his family and seeing to the mission his
father had left for him to complete. He would use her to his advantage and the
best part of it all was that he would enjoy every minute. He gave a slight
chuckle at his change of plans, neither Vladimir nor Valerie would have any
idea of what was about to hit them. He was a sick, twisted sadist with the
power of a king. He planned to make this an experience that neither one of them
would ever forget.

The phone went off
and Vlad answered it one the first ring. He was restless and paced across the
open lounge as he anxiously waited for any information regarding Val's
whereabouts. "Where is she?"

"The phone was
last tracked at the airport. It's there as we speak."

"So she's still
in the city?"

"No. Whoever it
is that took her disposed of the phone there. I tapped into the security
mainframe and ran a search using her name but there were no hits. I then ran a
facial ID of her which took a bit longer and I got something. She was last seen
boarding a plane to Johannesburg. I have the passenger manifest but she's using
an alias. I ran the names and passports against the databases of the relevant
countries and only one seemed to be a forgery and a very good one at that. A
Mariam
Kassim
- wife of Mehmet
Kassim
."

Vladimir's blood
boiled at the thought of another man claiming her as his wife. She's mine
damnit
! Taking a deep breath he responded to Mike's update,
"Get me some eyes on the ground. I want to know exactly where they are
taking her."

"Already on it,
it will be a couple of hours before they land.
Will call you
with any new developments."

"Great"
Vlad stated sarcastically before hanging up. He was torn between chasing after her
on the next available flight or waiting for his brothers' arrival to map out
the situation. Common sense dictated that he wait, plan and execute – it would
ensure that there were no catastrophes when he went in, yet everything in his
entire being longed to have her back with him, consequences be damned.

He went into Val's
study space, the green and white guest room that he meant to convert into their
shared office. He just needed to feel close to her before he lost his mind. He
brought his laptop with him and began to go through the various client emails
until he found the one that was the cause of this entire mess. He worked
diligently, sending out a few emails, setting up meetings on short notice and
listing contacts he would need to see personally. The task was monumental –
such operations took months to plan. He was hoping to pull this off in a matter
of weeks at best. He hated this part of the job and was looking forward to
never having to deal with the red tape of the industry ever again when he closed
shop. Before he knew it, it was early morning and he had dozed off.

Today Vlad was not in
the mood for work and decided to call it a day early in the afternoon. Just as
the cab was pulling in, he noticed Val walking into the lobby with another man.
They seemed to be on friendly terms and having a conversation that had her
laughing. He clenched his hands into fists and ground on his molars at the
sight.

"Sir?" the
cab driver called to get his attention. He had been staring so intently that he
forgot to get out once the car arrived. Paying his fare, he exited and went to
find Val.

He got to the door of
his suite and experienced white, hot fury course through his veins at the
thought that she may be inside with the man he saw her with. Sliding in the room
key, he pushed the door open, only to find that the lounge was empty. He closed
the door behind him and went into the bedroom. She was her lying on the bed
watching TV. She turned to look at him in surprise.

"Hey you, you're
home early," she said with a lazy smile.

He didn't say
anything in return. He just looked at her, trying to gauge any nuances that
would highlight a lie. There were none, but he still felt uneasy at what he had
witnessed. He walked to the bathroom thinking that the man may be hiding
inside, but it was empty. Walking back out, he took off his suit jacket to hang
in the wardrobe. Again, his suspicions had him checking the interior, thinking
the man he saw her with may be in there, yet again, there was no one to be
found. At this point, Valerie regarded him with curiosity for his strange
behaviour and he felt a little foolish.

"Are you looking
for something?" she asked sincerely.

"No."

He walked out of the
bedroom and took a seat at the work desk adjacent to the lounge which held a
view of the ocean. Val had been living with him for close to two weeks and he
didn't like her ability to get under his skin. He had been looking forward to
coming in early and ravishing her on arrival. Seeing Val with another man had
ruined his plans. He wanted to rage, punch something - preferably someone.
Unfortunately, jealousy was not a plausible excuse.

Looking up, he saw
the subject of his angst approaching him. He felt hotter than normal and the
vein in his temple began to throb as he clenched his jaw. Her presence was
affecting him in a way he did not like and could not explain. Vlad couldn't
decide whether he wanted to fuck her or throw her out. If he got rid of her, it
would take some time to work her out of his system but he'd find a way. Her
small hands caressed his flushed face. Looking into her eyes he saw the concern
she felt – for him? He instinctively relaxed his jaw and the tension began to
thaw. In that moment, he decided he needed to fuck her, to reassert the balance
that was now weighing in her favour.

He quickly stood up,
breaking their brief contact. Her eyebrows drew together in confusion. He
couldn't blame her. His behaviour had been bizarre from the minute he set foot
through the door.
Fuck I can't think with you near me or away from me!
He cupped her neck with one hand, staring down into her eyes menacingly. In the
next moment, he turned her around so that she was in front of the desk and
staring out of the window. He ran his hands up her back until they reached her
shoulders. He pushed her upper body onto the surface of the table and lifted
her dress, exposing her ass. With one hand at her back to keep her in place, he
used the other to rub her supple, round globes. She was not wearing any
underwear which would give him easy access to her core. Was the bold display
for him or someone else? The possibility that she had done this for his
pleasure had his cock beating the seam of his zip, begging to be let loose.
However, the doubt fed his growing, green monster.

"Don't
move." He quickly unbuckled his belt, unzipped his pants, and pulled out
his dick. He aligned himself at her entrance and drove in with one stroke. The
hot, wet heat of her walls around his dick felt sublime. Never had he felt the
urge to dominate and possess a woman as he did now. She belonged to him and he
wanted to make sure that she didn't forget. He anchored himself by placing one
hand on the middle of her back and with the other he held onto her delicate
neck, using enough pressure to keep her head in place but not enough to hurt
her.

His strokes were
sharp, hard and deep, specifically targeted at her g-spot. He wanted to mark
her, ward her from any other men that ever came near her. He channelled the
mania he felt into her, tunnelling her core relentlessly. The moans she gave
were a soothing balm to him, she was his. The fluttering of her walls was the
veneration he needed to calm his brewing tempest. He wrapped his hand around
her throat in a tight grip and pulled her body flush against his. He leaned
down into her open mouth as she gasped for air, trying to catch her breath and
spoke in an eerie calm, "I don't share." Knowing he had delivered his
message with the maximum effect he came.

Vlad pulled himself
out of her, released her from his clutches and stepped back. Val's limp body
fell onto the table. He watched his cum ooze out of her core and run down her
inner thighs. Satisfied, he tucked his waning erection back into his pants.
Now
she knows,
he thought as he walked away.

Val walked into the
bedroom a few minutes later to use the bathroom. He guessed she was cleaning
herself up from the mess he had made. Usually, he was the one to do it by
either retrieving a warm, wet cloth to wipe her down or rinsing her off in the
shower. Today he was not in a particularly caring mood. As the day wore on,
they went about their own work in silence. In the early evening, Val grabbed
her bag and headed for the door.

"Where are you
going?" he asked. It was the first time he'd addressed her since the
incident on the table.

"
Uhm
… I-I'm going to my place to get some stuff I need for
tomorrow." She failed to make eye contact as she gave her excuse and
stepped out of the door. He knew she was lying but chose to let her go, a bit
of space between them may be what they both needed.

It was getting late
and Val still had not come back. He tried her cell but it was off. He hoped she
was safe but seeing that Vlad never left anything to chance, he pulled on a
jacket and went to find her. After ringing her doorbell he was met by a young,
black man who came to answer. He guessed from the file Mike had sent that this
was
Sipho
– the other male resident she shared the
house with. He and Jake were the reason he didn't want her staying here.

"I'm here to see
Valerie."

"Oh, I think
she's sleeping," the guy told him.

"Can I come
in?" He would have barged in if not for the sliver of control he was
maintaining as he waited for an invitation to see his woman.

Sipho
hesitated and after an assessing gaze that must have given him some kind of
surety, he let Vlad in. He remembered the path to her bedroom from the last
time he had unexpectedly shown up at her pool party. Knocking on the door, he
waited for her to open. When Val came into view, she was dressed in an
oversized t-shirt that showed off her legs but left everything else to his
imagination. She did not look happy to see him.

"Why are you
here?"

"You said you
needed to get some stuff. I didn't know that it would take you hours to do
it."

"I decided to
stay" she stated flatly.

He pushed his way into
her room and closed the door behind him. "Get your stuff. Let's go".

Valerie turned to
look at him. She was incensed at the audacity he had to come to her and make
demands after what he had done. She delivered a slap to his face. "What
the hell is wrong with you?"

"You're the one
who just hit me. I should be asking you that question."

"I'm not a toy
you can use at will and treat any way you feel is appropriate! I am a human
being with thoughts and feelings in case you forgot." Her breathing was
laboured as she spoke and looked at him with disgust.

"I never said
otherwise."

"You didn't need
to say it, but you fucked me like I was one today. What did I even do to you
for you to treat me that way?"
