1¾ cups chicken broth
½ cup wild rice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
1 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon cold cornstarch
2-ounce cream cheese, cubed
½ cup milk
½ cup heavy cream

Select the sauté mode
for an electric pressure cooker.

In the pot of
pressure cooker, heat the oil.

3.
    
Add chicken and
sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Cook for about 5
minutes or till browned from all sides. Transfer the chicken into a bowl.

Add onion and sauté
for about 5 minutes.

Add carrot and celery
and sauté for about 5 minutes.
