Drink aloe vera juice before each meal—this may inhibit the growth of HIV.

To support the liver and cleanse the bloodstream, useful herbs include dandelion root, milk thistle, black radish, and burdock root.

Eat ground and soaked flax seeds daily—they contain a mucilage that helps with the removal of toxins via the bowel.

Take a strong multiple/mineral complex to make sure you are getting the basic foundational nutrients.

Take vitamin C daily to bowel tolerance to help support immunity.

EXTRA TIPS
