33. Kiwi Dill Elixir

Blend this simply tasty high-scoring smoothie and marvel how dill and kiwi are such great partners.

If your blender is not powerful enough then you may want to chop the little hard bit off the stalk end of your kiwi. I never peel my kiwi for a smoothie because it adds fiber.

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups of mild greens (try bok choy, mizuna, chickweed)
  • 1 stalk celery
  • ¼ cup dill
  • 2 kiwi

Ice

46. Date With An Orange

Believe it or not, some folk just don’t like oranges. Robert (my husband) is one of those. However he LOVES this scrumptious smoothie. Go figure.

  • 1 orange
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 cups mild greens (try romaine/cos or mizuna or your choice from the list)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 dates (optional – I like to add the dates last in the blend to feel the sweet specks of fruit)

Add ½ cup ice (towards end of blending)

Recommendation

  • If you prefer to avoid dates, the result will be good with other dried fruit. For example add soaked dried peaches or apricots.
