Hounded (Shifter Town Enforcement) (17 page)

“You ever been here before?” Tegan asked.

“Uh, no.” Lennox shifted in her seat and Kanon groaned, leaning forward so his head rested on the back of Tegan’s seat. Lennox blushed, her hands fisted in her lap but she turned to look at him. One look in her eyes and all he wanted to do was unpin her hair, shove a hand through the dark, copper mass and kiss her until she couldn’t breathe.

“We need to figure out who’s after you.” Her gaze was level, but the undercurrent of lust in her eyes undermined any intention she could have had. Tonight, at least, Kanon didn’t want to look reality in the eye unless it involved her naked and stretched out over a bed.

“Nothing is going to happen tonight.”

The look she gave him was pure Hound, lips tense. She wasn’t buying it.

“Lennox,” he started, but she reached a hand out and laid a finger against his lips. Kanon shut up.

“Tomorrow, we need to sit down and see what we can figure out.”

“And tonight?” Tegan glanced at them both in the rearview mirror, the blinker clicking on as he followed Melody into a packed parking lot.

Lennox swallowed, her eyes sliding away, but there was steel in her voice when she whispered, “Guess that depends on the two of you.”

Kanon shuffled forward in his seat. He caught her wrist and laid a kiss against her fingertips, then opened her hand and laid one against her palm before pressing it to his cheek. “I thought ridgebacks didn’t do lions,” he teased, low and dark, and it drew a small tremble from her.

“They don’t.” She rolled her head to look at him. “Guess I’ll be the first.”

A grin stole over her lips, more wild and confident than he’d have thought possible by the way she was shaking. “Two in one night too. If you guys swear you’re okay with—”

“More than okay,” Tegan growled from his seat.

“We’ll need to stop somewhere for protection, I’m on the pill but there’s no way either of you are getting anywhere near me unwrapped.”

Kanon rumbled out an amused laugh. “Girl, we bought a box with our new outfits today.”

Not just because of her, but for the two of them too. Still, he loved watching her eyebrows draw together, censure building on her lips before he leaned forward and kissed away whatever snarky comment she’d had bubbling up inside her. “And a few other things,” he murmured against her lips. “Call it wishful thinking.”

“And shower play,” Tegan said, unclipping his seatbelt.

Krystal Kandi was a squat building with a neon rainbow colored sign flashing against the darkening night sky. Kanon could feel the thud of music from the car. The place was already packed, but Melody had said that they served damn good food, on top of killer booze and some incredibly sexy dancers.

The only dancers Kanon particularly cared to see on that floor tonight were Lennox and Tegan.

“Shall we?” he murmured.

“Hell yeah.” Lennox opened her door and slid long, bare legs out, her skirt barely mid thigh, leaving very little to Kanon’s imagination. Especially after Tegan’s peek-a-boo show this morning. “You two need to work for it.”

Oh. Kanon loved a good hunt. Rumbling out a growl, he slipped out of the car after her, hearing Tegan’s snort behind him as they trailed after Lennox to the door. Melody stood by the bouncer, his hand on her hip as they flirted, but she waved them inside with her.

“That’s not your lion,” Lennox murmured.

“No. I was asking Isaiah if he’d seen him though. We don’t want him here tonight.” She jerked her head towards them and Kanon stiffened. “You all aren’t on pride turf, but it could still get a little tight in here tonight if too many of the big boys show up.”

Melody wrapped a hand around Lennox’s waist and gave her friend a quick hug. “Have fun. Be safe.”

She leveled a glare at both of them. “Behave.”

Then pressing the flat of her hand to her lips, she blew them a kiss and disappeared into the crowd, leaving Lennox all alone in front of them. Kanon grinned, one hand extended. “Dance, sweetheart?”

Lennox took a deep breath and extended both hands, one for each, and smiled. “By all means. Just watch your toes.”

“Honey, you won’t be doing any walking.”

Tegan stepped around her, taking her by the hand. “We were sweeping you off your feet remember?”

“All talk,” she whispered. “Woo a woman by showing, will you?”

It was all the invitation he needed. Kanon swooped in, a hand finding her hip and he let Tegan lead them out into the sway and pulse of the music, before he drew her flat against his chest, Tegan pressed up behind her.

Lennox stepped on his toe and Kanon hitched her off the ground, rocking her between them. Just the feel of her hips against his, the way she curled into him, and he wanted her. They alternated songs, Tegan holding her, then him, and back again. They danced solos with a lot of wincing and laughter.

Kanon watched as Tegan tried to spin her to a fast song, her balance slipping on the heels and she stumbled into his partner, only to have Tegan tip her back and kiss her, both feet dangling in the air. Kanon stalked across the dance floor, catching Lennox as Tegan righted her, wrapping a hand around the base of her neck and he kissed his partner, drawing a startled groan from Tegan.

“Enough,” Kanon said. “Let’s go.”

Lennox shivered, but she didn’t argue. Instead she rolled her head back against his hand, her hair tickling over his knuckles and Kanon turned to nip over her pulse. “Ready?”

“Yes.” The word came out breathy. Sultry. Hot. The reaction that one word drew from him was physical, as surely as if she’d wrapped a hand around his cock and squeezed. By the look on Tegan’s face, it had the same effect on him.

“Then by all means, let’s go.” Tegan scooped her up, carrying her across the dance floor. Lennox flushed as red as her hair, but they were out the door before she could open her mouth to do as much as protest.

Tegan dumped her in the backseat and tossed him the keys. Kanon watched as his partner scooted in over her, shutting the door behind him. Goddamn, he didn’t want to drive. He wanted to be back there, pressing down between her thighs right with Tegan.

Except, Krystal Kandi was a non-shifter bar and the cops would be all over this with fresh Hounds after him. Hounds he didn’t need, especially not for something as stupid as indecent exposure. Heck, even at a shifter club someone would have taken offense to two lions rutting in the back seat with a Hound.

Kanon slid into the driver’s seat and gunned the engine. Tegan lifted his head from the backseat, “Hurry or you’re missing round one.”

“Fucking bastard,” he muttered, but he drove.

“You will not,” Lennox said, but her voice hitched over the last word and Kanon flicked his gaze to the rearview mirror to see one rounded breast plucked free of her shirt and bra, the dark pink of her nipple rolled between Tegan’s fingertips. Her back arched and Kanon almost swerved off the road.

“Not fair. I’m going to crash the car at this rate.”

“Shh,” Tegan whispered. “You’re distracting him. Let’s see how quiet you can be.”

Kanon’s gaze flicked back just as Tegan sucked a breast into his mouth and Lennox lashed out, one hand gripping his seat. Oh, fuck. He locked his gaze on the road and pressed down harder on the gas, praying like hell they didn’t get pulled over.

Chapter Twelve

Tegan sucked her breast deeper, pressing her nipple against the roof of his mouth and Lennox bit down on her bottom lip so she couldn’t scream. She heard Kanon’s rough groan, followed by Tegan’s low chuckle and he rubbed his tongue back and forth over the sensitive peak. She rocked against him, her legs wrapping around his waist.

She didn’t want to wait. She wanted to reach a hand between them, flick open his jeans and let him thrust inside her here and now. But Kanon. She squeezed her eyes shut on a soft moan. This wasn’t fair. This was exactly what she’d been scared of. How was she supposed to take care of two men? It wasn’t going to happen.

Tegan’s lips broke off from her breast, finding the curve of her neck, and then her ear and he nipped over the earlobe. Soft, teasing. “He wants you so goddamned bad.” He wrapped a hand around her breast, holding it up as if to let the whole world see. “So do I.”

A desperate whine slid from her before she could stop it.

“Lennox, if you’re going to back out, do it now. Do it before Kanon parks this car, because the moment we get you home you’re ours. Deal?”

Ours
. The word hung between them and she glanced at Kanon, his white knuckled grip on the steering wheel. He glanced back at her through the rearview mirror, nothing but want in his eyes. Not jealousy. She looked back at Tegan, as patient as ever. Waiting.
Trust them
.

“Yes.”

For once, she didn’t want to analyze that. She didn’t want to wonder how a top Hound, and a ridgeback no less, was going to hand herself over and let two lion-shifters have their way with her. She just wanted to get there already, strip them all naked and let them fuck her senseless. And she definitely didn’t want to analyze how it would work. But it would. One look between the two of them and she knew it would.

Tegan nipped over her pulse, soothing the mark with his tongue as he pulled away. “Tell me what you want, more than anything out of tonight.”

She squeezed down on his shoulders, arching against him as she rode against his jeans, against him. She would really rather not analyze that either.

“Lennox.”

The car jerked to a stop at a stop sign and she rolled her gaze to meet Kanon’s again. A shudder worked through her so hard it almost drove her over the edge.

“Both of you.” She swallowed, but she didn’t look away. Instead she flicked her gaze between them both, locking eye contact every time. “At the same time.”

“Good,” Tegan murmured.

The car lurched forward again, racing under the press of Kanon’s foot and Tegan grabbed her hands pinning them against the door above her head, the glass felt cool against her knuckles. A strange contrast to the burning heat of his palm against her wrists.

“Please.” The word was out of her mouth before she could stop it. Lennox sucked in a sharp breath of air, but she wasn’t about to take it back. Instead she exhaled on another soft plea. “Tegan.”

“I can’t, not yet,” he whispered. “Kanon really might crash us.”

“Besides, we’re almost there.” Kanon sounded strained and she wanted to reach out, to run a hand down his side. He jolted, as if she’d touched him, and the car sped faster. “Wait five goddamned seconds, Lennox. I’m going to fuck you both on the goddamned foyer for making me drive.”

The car screeched to a stop, Kanon’s seatbelt whirred off as he jerked the keys out of the ignition. He was out of the car and had the back door opened before Tegan could even pull her shirt back down over her breasts. Kanon hauled Tegan out, flattened him against the car and kissed him. The metal strained under their weight and Lennox lay there, watching as Kanon shoved his hand through Tegan’s hair and yanked the other man’s head back, baring the Tegan’s throat to him.

Kanon raked teeth over the sensitive bulge of Tegan’s Adam’s apple, a low keen rousing from Tegan as he sagged against the car. “Damn you,” Kanon muttered, then he let his partner go and reached for her.

He dragged her towards the house and up the front steps, Tegan on their trail. Kanon swung the door open and set her over the banister, leaning her back over the basement stairs. He pressed between her thighs as Tegan shut the door behind them.

“I could take you here,” Kanon whispered against her neck. “If I scooted you close enough to the top of the stairs, I could take you from the front while Tegan took you from behind, with you dangling over the edge.”

Tegan slid up behind him, and Lennox watched as Kanon shuddered. “Or you could take her right there, with me shoving into
you
from behind. Both are win-win if you ask me.”

Lennox almost laughed at their enthusiasm, all her fears melting away. It would work. With renewed faith, she felt herself smile. Still, there was no way they were doing anything over the stairs, at least, not yet. She ran a hand over Kanon’s face, then past his to Tegan’s. “How about we try less death defying positions first? I’d rather not get screwed so hard you dump me backwards down the stairs.”

“No fun, honey.”

Suddenly brave, she leaned forward and nipped Kanon over his pulse. “I’m sure we’ll find plenty of fun elsewhere. Like the bed.”

“So mundane.”

Kanon lifted her off the rail, and turned, a zipper whirring open behind her. Then Tegan’s hands found her hips and he nipped over the back of her neck. “How much do you like these underwear?”

A shiver darted through her as he slipped a finger between her thighs, drawing the tip along the wet cotton of her panties. Then he slipped a finger inside, his knuckles running over the wet sensitive skin and she cried out, arching against Kanon. Her nails dug into his shoulders, her head lolled back, and Kanon scraped teeth and tongue over her throat.

“Tegan,” she groaned, his second hand slipping down to join his first. Massaging the back of her thighs, slipping up until both of his hands were wet with her juices.
