“Meg.”

She let her head fall back against this shoulder with a whimper as she obeyed his command and lifted her feet and braced them against the desk.

“Wider.”

She shifted them farther apart and yelped when he gripped her bared thighs and forced them even wider.

“Much better. Now,” he took hold of her blouse and arranged it to fall along her sides, “I don’t think about my fucking PA. Beyond her answering my phone and managing my schedule and a handful of other meaningless tasks, she doesn’t exist as far as I’m concerned. Do you understand?”

She quivered as he palmed her breasts. “Yes, Sir, I understand.”

His groan vibrated against her back. “And when she says ‘yes, sir’, it does nothing for me. But, when you say those words...”

He tweaked her nipples, sudden and hard, and she bit her bottom lip to contain her cry but couldn’t stop the jerk of her hips off the chair as moisture flooded her pussy.

“It’s not the words, love. Anyone can say two fucking words. What’s behind those words when
you
say them... Hearing you submit to me is beautiful. My sweet, gorgeous girl,
that
is what I want more than anything.”

“God, I’m such a mess.” She closed her eyes and wiggled her hips. “I’m sorry.”

He nuzzled against her neck then rained kisses up along the side of her face. “Yeah, maybe a little, but, love?” He tapped her mound lightly. “Right now? You’re
my
mess.”

Meg drew in a shaky breath then replied softly, “Yes, Sir, I’m yours.”

Nathan straightened, and she lifted her head, and heavy lids, to watch him walk around the desk. He held her gaze as he lowered himself into his leather seat. She frowned, wondering what he would do now. Her mind raced with the possibilities, but she stayed silent and waited. Waited for his next order.

He dragged his gaze down her body. When he focused between her thighs, looked a good, long while, Meg choked on a whimper. He shifted his eyes back to her face. How could he look so calm? If it wasn’t for him reaching down to adjust himself—rather blatantly and with a wink at her, for crying out loud—she’d swear he wasn’t even affected. He wet his lips, a quick sweep of tongue, and spoke finally.

“Touch yourself.”

Chapter Ten

“W
hat?”

Nathan chuckled even as his cock twitched at the sight of Meg spread before him. Her breasts lifted as she sucked in a ragged breath, and she glanced at the door then back at him.

“I want to see you touch yourself,” he said evenly.

“Nathan.” She dragged her hand over her belly but stopped just as her fingers brushed the curls between her thighs.

“Keep going,” he encouraged. When she hesitated, he leaned forward, bracing his forearms on the surface of the desk. “Meg.”

Her gaze found his immediately but slid away toward the door again.

Meg
,” he snapped.

Cheeks bright, she turned wide brown eyes on him. “I’m sorry. I’m just—”

“You’re just forgetting who you belong to.”

“I’m not,” she whispered. “I belong to you.”

“Then, be
here
. Here with me. Everything else,” he nodded toward the door, “doesn’t matter. What does matter is you are mine, and I want to see you touch yourself. I want you to be focused on nothing more than that, because, my gorgeous girl, I’m dying to know how long it takes before you’re fucking your hand desperately and begging me to let you come.”

She stared at him a moment, throat working as she swallowed, before sliding her hand over her mound. Her index finger dipped inside and moved in a small circle. A soft moan fell from her lips, and, instantly, his cock responded to the sound, pulsing against his zipper.

“Hold yourself open,” he said quietly. “I want to
see
you playing with your clit.”

“Yes, Sir.”

Continuing to stroke the hidden bud, Meg brought her other hand down and parted her folds so her glistening wet cunt was fully exposed. Nathan gave a pleased grunt then turned to his computer monitor, scanning the report that was up on the screen. When he glanced back to Meg, her hands were completely still as she gaped at him.

“Did I tell you to stop?”

“No, but—” She shut her mouth, pressing her lips together. And there was that cute but infuriating furrow between her brows.

“What is it, Meg?” he asked.

“When you said you had a few things to take care of...” She frowned more deeply. “You actually meant
work
things?”

“Yes. I’ve some ‘work things’ to finish before we leave for lunch. The more interruptions, the longer it will take to finish, because every time you stop, I stop.” He nodded toward her still hands. “Continue.”

“Bossy,” she muttered.

Nathan lifted a brow. Meg raised her hips up, circling them as she pushed a finger inside her dripping pussy. “I would say sorry, but in case,” she gasped, rubbing her clit, “you haven’t noticed...kinda like the bossy.”

He chuckled, and, after watching her add another finger and seeing them disappear into her wet heat several times, he turned his attention back to work. Or he did as far as she was concerned. His eyes were on the screen, but he saw nothing. He just listened to her breathy gasps and the cries she was so obviously trying to hold back, gauging how close she was to coming. Because
that
wasn’t going to happen yet.

After a few minutes, he leaned back in his chair and took in the sight before him. Meg fucking down on four fingers, her juices spilling down over the curve of her arse, her head back against the chair, eyes closed. His fingers twitched as he drank in the long line of her pale neck.

“How late were you?”

She opened her eyes and wet her lips. “What?”

“Getting down to the car,” he clarified. “You were late.”

“Never admitted to that.” Her hips lifted rhythmically, and her breathing quickened.

“Meg,” he murmured.

“Six...oooooh. Six minutes.”

He pushed back and rose. She watched as he circled the desk, tipping her head back farther as he came behind her. He bent and, pressing his lips to hers, caught her wrist in his grasp. She moaned against him as he pulled her hand from between her thighs. Breaking away, he brought her fingers to his mouth.

“Oh, God, Nathan.” She trembled as he sucked the clinging, tangy arousal from her skin.

He let go and skimmed his palms down her front. She looked down to where he drew her blouse closed and began buttoning it.

“What are you doing?” she asked, with a soft laugh.

After doing the last button, he dropped a kiss on her nose. “Time for lunch.”

“L-l-lunch?” Her eyes fluttered shut, and she blew out a long breath. “Of course, lunch.”

He straightened and went to grab her coat and purse. When he turned, Meg was getting slowly to her feet. Placing her hands flat on his desk, she leaned forward. She shifted, crossing her legs, a groan falling from her lips.

“Let’s go, love.”

With a whimper, she pushed off of the desk and spun around. “You forgot something.”

“Did I?” He tilted his head to side.

“My panties?”

“Hmmm. I haven’t forgotten them.” Nathan grinned and patted his pocket. “Yes, right where I put them.”

“You are a cruel, cruel man, Nathan Harris,” she whispered, crossing the room.

He helped her slip on her coat and handed over her bag. Wrapping his arms around her waist, he pulled her tightly against him. “Be patient. It’s going to be so worth the wait.”

When he reached over and unlocked the door, she let her head fall back against him and laughed. “You locked the door. I was freaking out because someone might walk in, and the whole time, the door was locked. You could’ve told me.”

“It wasn’t important, was it?” He dragged his lips along her jaw.

“No.” She twisted in his embrace and buried her face in his neck. “Clearly, it didn’t matter because I did what you wanted.”

Smiling at her muffled words, he rubbed her back with slow, firm strokes. “You were very, very good, sweet girl.”

She tilted her head back and beamed at him. “And good girls get rewarded, yes?”

He leaned down and let his lips hover above hers. “Eventually.”

Her breath huffed out. “Damn you.”

Pulling away slightly, he kept one arm firmly around her and opened the door. “Probably going to say that a few more times before the day is through, love.”

It didn’t escape Nathan’s notice that Meg stiffened as they walked past Rachel’s desk. The younger woman jumped up and came around the desk.

“Mr. Harris, are you leaving? I scheduled a meeting with Mr. Kennings at one, and—”

“Reschedule,” he said.

“But he—”

“I blocked out time this afternoon with specific instructions to keep it open. If you have problems following those instructions, we may need to reevaluate your position here.”

Frowning, she shifted her gaze to Meg briefly then back to him. “Of course, sir. I’ll reschedule immediately. My apologies.”

Nathan didn’t bother replying as he and Meg continued down the hallway toward the lifts. He could feel the tension radiating off her. Once on the lift, he took her face in his hands.

“Stop. She means nothing,” he bit out the words.

Her shoulders slumped. “I’m acting like a jealous bitch, and I’ve no right to.”

“You’ve no
reason
to,” he corrected.

Her lips trembled but curved into a smile. “Sorry. I’m not usually like this. Though, come to think of it, when Scott and I were first together, I was like sixteen, so I probably was
just like this
.” Her smile fell, and she cringed. “And bringing up Scott is something I shouldn’t be doing. Shit, I’m batting a thousand right now, aren’t I? I really am sorry.”

He leaned in and took her mouth, hard and demanding. Twining his tongue around hers, he backed her up against the wall. When he pulled away, she stared up at him, panting and grasping the lapels of his jacket.

“You’re allowed to talk about Scott,” he assured her. “He was a huge part of your life; he’s the father of your children—he’s bound to come up, and that’s all right.”

She blinked bright eyes and shoved at him. “Oh, being sweet and understanding is not making me feel better about the jealous bitch thing.”

He ducked his head and whispered in her ear, “Stop calling my girl a bitch. I really hate that.”

The lift came to a halt, and the doors slid open. Nathan shifted to meet Meg’s gaze, and after holding it a second, he stepped back and gestured for her to go ahead. She looked like she was about to say something, but instead, she just gave him the biggest smile before exiting. He rested his hand on the small of her back as they made their way through the main lobby.

“So, are we walking? Is the restaurant nearby?” she asked when they stepped outside.

“No, but it’s a quick car ride.” He nodded to where Jack was already waiting, with the backdoor of the black town car open.

“Mr. Harris,” his friend drawled, bowing slightly when they approached.

“Christ, you’re an arse.” Nathan elbowed him as Meg climbed in, biting back a grin.

He’d been surprised when he’d called for a car and had been told Jack would be driving—normally his brothers Kyle and Sean were behind the wheel while Jack worked in the office of the family-run company. Then, Nathan had remembered Sean was on his honeymoon. Whatever the reason, though, Nathan was happy to see his friend after being away himself for several weeks.

Jack slapped him on the back. “Good to see you, too.” He jerked his head toward the car. “She’s cute. Where’d you find her?” he murmured.

“Shut it.” Nathan gave him a hard look before getting into the car, Jack’s laughter following him until the door closing cut it off.

He settled a hand on her knee as they pulled out into traffic and dragged his palm up her thigh, pushing her skirt up as he went.

“Nathan,” Meg protested quietly, grabbing his wrist, gaze on the back of Jack’s head.

“Meg,” he said, low and steely. “Hands at your sides.”

“But—”

“Now.”

His fingers tightened on her thigh, and she groaned as she let her hands fall to the seat beside her. Clutching at the leather, she kept her eyes forward, wondering what Jack was hearing, if he knew what his friend was up to in the backseat. She swallowed heavily. Maybe he knew exactly what Nathan was up to because this what he did with the women he was involved with. Oh, God...

A finger grazed down her cheek then, with gentle pressure, turned her face slightly. She inhaled sharply at the closeness, his lips brushing her other cheek.

“You’re forgetting again,” he murmured. “Sweet girl, this is becoming a rather unfortunate habit.”

She fought not to moan. His voice should be illegal. “Forgetting?’

“You’re mine.” He brushed his knuckles along her folds, a fleeting touch that had her lifting for more. Which he, of course, denied her. “You keep drifting away, getting lost in your head, worrying about people and things that don’t matter.”

“I’m sorry. I’m so sorry.” Meg kissed his jaw and canted her hips, seeking contact.

“I don’t want you to be sorry.” A brief stroke through her slick folds. “I want you to remember.” Another stroke. “Who do you belong to?”

She closed her eyes and just focused on his voice, his touch. “You.”

He ran his fingers up and down her trembling thighs, skirting closer and closer to her soaked pussy but always stopping just shy of where she ached.

“And that means if I want to bury my fingers in your snug cunt, right now...” His fingertips teased her entrance. “I can.”

Meg squirmed and bit her lip to hold back her panting breaths.

“If I want to have your mouth around my cock,” he wrapped his other hand around the back of her neck tightly, “I can.” His fingers flexed, and he pressed his lips next to his ear, murmuring his next words into her skin. “All I’d have to do is undo my pants and push you down and you’d swallow me, wouldn’t you? You’d gag on my cock and wish for it never to end.”

“Please,” she mouthed, pushing back against his punishing grip.

“And if I want to haul you into my lap right now, shove your skirt up, free my dick and fuck you in the back of this car where Jack will get the fucking show of his life...”
