Dalton's mama has taken an extended vacation with her sister Eunice in Mexia (pronounced Ma-hay-ya), Texas, leaving Dalton on his own for the first time in his life. I think this new development might improve Holly's chances of getting up close and personal with a certain deputy.
And me? Well, I got a new-found appreciation for my wife, my boy and, Lord forgive me, Dalton Pettigrew. Dalton may be the tortoise to everybody else's hare, but the boy gets the job done.
