The Bad Boys' Virgin Temptress (The Law Castle Bad Boys) (5 page)

A few more shoves later and Drew sat up in bed wiping the sleep from his eyes. “What’s the problem?”

Passing him the coffee he’d poured for him, Noah handed him the letter.

“She’s gone.”

“What?”

Losing his patience he took the letter from Drew, opened it up and shook it at him. “She’s gone. Cheryl wasn’t here when I woke up.”

Drew threw the blanket off him, stood up, stretching out his muscles. He was used to seeing his friend butt naked, but this morning held no amusement.

Shaking his head at how calm Drew seemed to be, Noah gazed down at the bed and froze
,
realizing what he had done.
There was nothing physical on the sheet, but he had seen the pain across Cheryl’s face the night before. He remembered the moment he’d penetrated her nice, tight cunt. She’d screamed out, which he’d put down to his size rather than pain of a woman’s first time. Later on when he’d been washing, he’d noticed the flecks of blood. At the time he’d refused to acknowledge that he’d taken her virginity
,
but in the light of day there was no denying what he’d taken. All at once the memories were plaguing him, making him take notice of what he’d denied
to
himself the night before.

Cheryl Fisher had come to their bed a virgin
,
and instead of stopping at the time to talk about it, he’d taken her continuously throughout the night.

“Holy shit.” Noah backed away feeling sick all over. He’d deflowered a fucking virgin. Not Drew, he was the one responsible for tearing through her membrane and making her his. He scrambled through his thoughts of the night before. She’d screamed on his first initial thrust, but he’d put that down to a lack of partners in a long time.

Fucking hell.

“What the fuck did we do, Noah?” Drew asked. Both men were suddenly wide awake and alert.

He heard his friend, not registering the words. In his mind he was playing over and over the scene of taking Cheryl.

“Why did she come to us?” Drew asked.

“Maybe because we didn’t give her much of a choice,” Noah said.

Stupid asshole.

“I’ve got to get out of here,” he said, moving out of the bedroom, down the stairs and out the front door. He wore his leather pants and nothing else. The cool morning breeze helped him to control his raging hard-on. He made his way through the town, aware of the stares but making no move to talk to the folk.

Once he left the centre of town, he continued walking along the streets. He knew
Law
Castle
like the back of his hand. There was not a place he hadn’t explored. Along the dirt road he knew about ten miles south of town there was an exclusive sex club for people to go and play. He’d stumbled onto that place by mistake, but it sure had opened his eyes. Some of the couples in town participated in swinging where one couple would join another, and for one night they would switch partners. The crap he knew should be worth so much money. He chuckled, thinking about what people thought about small towns. In the town he lived in, anything went. Ménages, sharing, swapping, spanking, he’d seen it all and done most of it. Cheryl, though, she was different
and
always
had been
,
ever since she was younger. Noah guessed it had something to do with looking after her mother from a young age.

He had done everything in his younger years. He had sown his wild oats to the point he was getting ready to settle down. One of the
Law
Castle
bad boys ready to settle down. It sounded ridiculous even to him. He recalled laughing when one of the women he’d fucked had said she wanted to marry him. God, he’d been a bastard in his early years. The women kept on coming to him for more. The more he shared them with his best friend Drew the more they wanted him.

Throughout his time of fucking women and forgetting them he had never once deflowered a virgin.

He felt sick to his stomach at the rough way he had handled Cheryl. She deserved so much more care from him and Drew. Instead, she’d gotten a quick, rough tumble as opposed to time being seduced.

Once he could think straight he took a long look in front of him at the road and then turned back and headed back to town.

Whatever happened, Cheryl wasn’t getting away that easily.

Drew opened the mechanic shop up, letting in their workers for them to start working on the cars that needed fixing. He kept checking out the street for any signs of Noah. After an hour went by he stopped looking and started going through the books on what he needed to order for the following week. Saturday was a slow day for business. Most of the town folk weren’t too interested in getting their car fixed for the weekend ahead.

Jake was talking a load of crap in the front of the shop while he worked. Slamming shut the door, Drew went back to filling in order forms for car parts.

Eventually he heard Noah curse at Jake, telling him to keep his sex stories to himself. In the next instant Noah was stood in the doorway. He wore leather like always, his dark hair slick from the shower Drew guessed he’d taken.

“You look in a better mood than you did this morning,” Drew said.

Noah filled a cup with some bitter coffee and sat down across the desk from him.

“I had a long walk to help clear my head.”

“I take it you’ve thought through some of your problems,” Drew said.

“Do you have any idea what that was like to see the blood on the sheets?”

Drew knew where this was going. In all the years they’d been sharing women together, they had never once encountered a virgin.

“I was there, Noah. I saw the blood.”

Silence met his words. He saw Noah working things out. For as long as he could remember, Drew had known when his friend was about to tell him something that would change their lives. Most of the time Noah’s ideas were for the better, but every once in a while they were not the best out thoughts.

“I want to keep her.”

“What?”

“Cheryl. I want to keep her, Drew. I know we said we’d never settle down without talking about it long and hard, but I’ve got to have her.”

The desperation he heard in his friend’s voice shocked him. Noah was usually the guy who walked away from the women while Drew tried to play around some more.

“Are you sure about this? Once we start there will be no turning back. Cheryl is a lifetime kind of woman, not a drag along until you’re done.” Drew warned his friend as best he could. Making a lifelong decision like this could ruin her life.

“You don’t think I haven’t thought of that?”

“No. I don’t. Last night you were all over the blonde until Cheryl turned up, and then she had your undivided attention. How long will you hold out until another woman takes your fancy?” He was being harsh, but the choice that Noah was about to make was not to be taken lightly.

“That’s different.”

“Really? How different? Because from where I was sitting if Cheryl hadn’t walked in when she did, you would have been more than happy to be screwing that woman instead of her.”

Noah stood to his feet, glaring across the desk at him. “I wasn’t going to fuck the blonde. She was a bit of fun until Cheryl came in. I never expected her to have the guts to do what she did last night, but she chose us. That’s got to mean something, Drew. I can’t let her go.”

“Even if you hurt her?”

The tension grew inside the room. Drew saw the workers were standing, listening to their conversation.

“Yes,” Noah whispered.

“I can’t let you hurt her.”

“I would never willingly hurt her.”

Taking a deep breath Drew observed his friend. There clearly was a difference inside him.

“You want her?” Drew asked.

“Yes.”

He knew that he should talk his friend out of going to her. What they’d done to Cheryl had been amazing. The truth of their encounter was that they’d only scratched the surface of their desire for her. If everything went badly, at least he would be part of it to help get Cheryl at the bitter end.

“Then I guess we better go and find our little virgin temptress.”

Noah burst out laughing. “She’s not a virgin anymore.”

“Compared to what we want to do to her, she is.”

Chapter Five

Noah stared at her over the crowded market. Her hair was pulled back into another tight clip, which made him want to remove the damn thing and watch her hair flowing free down her back. He and Drew had gone to her house to call on her only to find no one home. Saturday was one of the market days in town. The next one would be on a Tuesday and then Thursday. It was one of the features that bought locals from neighbouring towns to their own. The goods on sale were top quality with the freshest meat available outside of a supermarket.

The mechanic shop had closed early like it did every Saturday. Running his fingers through his hair, Noah walked round the bunch of people separating him from Cheryl.

His cock twitched inside his leather pants as he watched her pick up a lemon and give the sour fruit a sniff. She looked so happy and innocent that she made his heart ache to be near her. The warnings Drew had given him he understood. The truth, which he didn’t want to admit to his friend, was that if their redhead hadn’t turned up, he would have taken the blonde to bed. He hated himself for the choices he made, but he couldn’t stop the urges inside him.

She was paying for her fruit and vegetables when he got close, pulling aside her glorious red hair and kissing her neck. Cheryl froze but didn’t pull away from his touch.

“I missed you this morning,” he said.

“Don’t do this, Noah.”

He playfully bit her neck before turning her ‘round to face him. She stared at the floor and refused to look him in the eye. Noah didn’t like it. Cheryl was pulling away from him not only physically but mentally as well. Drew came to her other side, his large body cutting off any route for escape.

“What are you doing?” she asked.

“We need to talk,” Drew said.

“There is nothing to talk about.”

Noah stared at the man who’d served her, and he was smiling while pretending to not listen to their conversation.

“Let’s go somewhere to have a little more privacy,” Noah said. He took her bag from her, and Drew pulled her along by her arm. He noticed people watching them with smiles on their faces, which he ignored.

Cheryl didn’t want to be near them. He saw it in the way she was fighting with Drew as well as glaring back at him. When they cleared the market Drew kept going until they stood at the front of her house.

“Let me go,” she said, pulling and yanking on her arm.

Drew suddenly turned on her. “I’m not letting you go until we talk about what happened last night and then your little disappearing act this morning. You owe us an explanation.”

“I don’t owe you shit.”

Drew caught her chin in his hands, tilting her head back. “I’d be careful if I was you, Cheryl. I don’t like hearing that kind of language from your lips.”

“Yeah? What are you going to do about it?”

Noah smirked as he knew what was coming. He watched as Drew leaned in close to whisper in her ear. “If you do it again I will put you over my knee and smack your ass until you’re red raw and begging to be fucked.”

Noah chuckled when he saw the blush on her face as Drew moved his hand from her arm, down to her ass and squeezed one of her cheeks.

“You wouldn’t!”

“Try me, baby, and let’s see where you end up.”

She stayed silent staring up at her house.

“You’re not going in there,” she said.

“We’re either going in there to have our conversation, or we can talk about us taking your virginity out here,” Noah told her.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about.” She kept her gaze on the floor, not looking up.

“Let us into your house, Cheryl. We need to talk,” Drew said.

Minutes passed, and then she led the way up the garden to her front door. Noah followed behind his woman and his best friend. She refused to look at him as he passed her. He watched as she closed the door and turned around.

“Where do you want these?” Noah asked.

“In the kitchen.” She brushed past them, going in the direction of what he assumed was the kitchen.

He stopped and watched as she filled up the kettle and placed it on the stove. She didn’t have an electric kettle.

“Put them on the table,” she said from where she stood in the corner. Drew took a seat, and Noah placed the bag on the table but stood with his arms folded staring at her.

She looked gorgeous in her jeans and red button shirt. The tight clothes from last night were gone. The Cheryl he’d come to know was standing in her place, not some tempting virgin wanting to take a ride with two bad boys.

“Why?” he asked.

“Why what?”
