Chapter Fourteen

Magnus was back at his favorite place. Although he and
Kendall had consummated their relationship in Las Vegas and then again at the
Hudson Hotel, he was still addicted to the pleasurable pain and degrading
humiliation he received at The Dungeon. He enjoyed the training the Grand Domme
had provided, but the Dominatrix in the red wig had taken him to new heights
and he found himself craving more.

A part of him felt conflicted. He and Kendall had recently
committed to being exclusive and he promised that he wouldn’t share his manhood
with another woman. Magnus reasoned since he wasn’t having intercourse at The
Dungeon, that his presence there was okay. Besides, he was simply enjoying a
guilty pleasure. In his opinion, their relationship was too new to introduce
Kendall to his secret fetish. Besides, he didn’t want to chance turning her
off.

He was in his usual spot—sitting on the floor of the
lounge—looking for the Dominatrix in the auburn wig and slutty makeup who had
taken him to a private suite and beat his ass as if he’d stolen something.
There was something about his woman that had him intrigued and wanting more.
Maybe it was the way her latex tasted as he licked between her legs, or maybe
it was her deep sexy voice as she commanded him. Magnus couldn’t pinpoint
exactly why he wanted to see her again. All he knew was that he wanted another
experience with the sexy Domme.

Through the eye slits in his leather hood, he glanced around
the bar, but didn’t see her. The wounds from his last encounter had healed and
he was ready for more marks of distinction.

As he was glancing around, someone pushed him in the center
of his back. “Hey, you lowlife, you wanna go play?”

Magnus’ heart started beating fast. He was thinking that his
mystery woman had finally arrived. He nodded his head before looking up, but
quickly reversed his decision, when he saw that the person propositioning him
was a man.

“Come on. I’m not going to hurt you too bad,” the top told
him.

Magnus wanted to say,
Look, man, I don’t do the BDSM
thing with men
, but he remained in character and kept shaking his head
until the guy got the hint and walked away. Although Magnus switched roles
going from bottom to top, he didn’t switch genders. He was a full-blooded
heterosexual.

Where the hell is she?
Magnus thought. Although they
didn’t have a standing appointment, this was around the same time that he had
seen her in the bar before. He was getting anxious. Magnus enjoyed the thrill
of being masked, while pleasuring and catering to the Domme.

He sat and watched some of the other subs get chosen and
schlep off with their tops. Magnus waited on the floor another thirty minutes,
and as he was about to give up hope and leave, she strutted into the lounge as
if he had willed her presence. He could feel his heartbeat increase. Just
watching her move through the room was turning him on.

Magnus eyed her as she sat at the bar and ordered a martini.
She sipped her cocktail and slowly swiveled around on the barstool, visually
scanning the lounge. Her eyes stopped on Magnus. She finished her drink and
casually sauntered over.

He looked up and wanted to say,
It’s about time you
arrived.
Magnus assumed she was going to pick him, but she sauntered past
and surveyed the selection of subs. Suddenly the thought that she would walk
off with someone else entered his mind. Magnus wanted to stand up and say,
Here
I am
, but he wasn’t the dominant tonight. His role was the quiet
submissive. Behind his mask, Magnus bit his bottom lip as he waited in
anticipation. She strolled back and forth, lightly touching each of them with
the tip of her whip. The tiny hairs on Magnus’ neck jumped at attention when
her whip brushed past him. She was toying with them. Finally she stopped at his
feet, tapped him with the handle of her whip and nodded in the direction of the
door, indicating she wanted him to get up.

Magnus slowly stood and followed her out of the lounge to
one of the private suites downstairs.

Once inside, she sat on a red leather chaise lounge, crossed
her long legs and crooked her finger back and forth, signaling for him to come
to her.

Magnus got on all fours, his massive hands pawing the floor
as he slowly made his way toward her. The muscles in his forearms and back
flexed with each deliberate move forward.

She reached into her handbag, produced a silver spiked dog
collar with a leash attached and strapped it tightly around his thick neck.

“I like the way you move, you resemble a panther on the
prowl. I even like you better with this collar around your neck. You’re like a
wild animal that needs training. And the first thing I’m going to teach you is
how to lick my boots.” She tugged at the leash, pulling it tighter.

The snug feel of the collar around his neck almost choking
him felt sensuous, and at this moment he was willing to do anything she asked.

She held up her right foot, positioning the sole of the boot
directly in his face. Magnus licked the bottom, tasting a combination of grimy
dirt and leather. The more he licked the more aroused he became.

“That’s right, lick it, you slug,” she said in a deep,
commanding tone.

Magnus was so lost in pleasing her that he didn’t really pay
any attention to her voice. He held the right boot up, slipping the tip into
his mouth. After he finished sucking the tip, he went to work on the heel,
lightly biting the spike with his front teeth. He glanced up at her, and she
was watching him intently through her dark shades. He abandoned the right boot
and turned his attention to the left one. This time he slowly moved his hand up
her leg, finger by finger, inching past her knee, up to her thigh. He massaged
her inner thigh while kissing the shiny patent leather boot at the same time.

“Mmm,” she moaned.

He moved his hand slowly up her leg and didn’t stop until he
was inches from her crotch. Magnus hesitated a moment. She didn’t protest so he
worked his fingers toward her crotch. He rubbed her latex-covered pussy, and
the slick feel of the fabric was turning him on. Magnus trailed his tongue from
her boot, up her leg, to the inside of her thigh. He replaced his fingers with
his mouth, sucking her, teasing her pussy with his tongue.

“Stop! That’s enough!”

Magnus stopped mid-lick, removed his hand from her thigh and
waited for her next command.

She stood up, raised the whip in the air and lashed him
across the chest. “Did I tell you to touch my leg or suck my clit?”

He didn’t say a word.

“Oh, so you’re not going to respond?” She lashed him again,
this time harder than before.

Magnus didn’t flinch. The multi-strips of the
cat-o’-nine-tails felt good to his skin. The sting of the leather was arousing.
He could feel his manhood rising as she lashed him.

She kicked him with the heel of her boot. He fell onto his
back. She glanced around the room and spotted a rope suspended from the ceiling
with a spreader bar attached to it, went over and examined the device. It
seemed simple enough to use. The spreader bar had leather cuffs that attached
to the ankles. There were cuffs that fastened to the wrists. The wrist cuffs
fastened to a rope that suspended from a hook on the ceiling. From what she
could discern, the device would immobilize him. She ran her hand across the
wooden medieval-looking torture device then snapped, “Get over here.”

He slowly crawled to where she stood.

She removed the dog collar and leash. “Stand up.” She
strapped the leather cuffs around his ankles and wrists, rendering him totally
helpless. His hands were secured behind his back, his legs were spread apart
with the straight bar, causing him to bend forward with his head down toward
the floor. His muscular body conformed to the awkward position with ease. He
arched his back, displaying a set of ripped muscles. Kendall looked at his
manhood and saw that it was firm, hard and protruding through his tight leather
pants.

Now that he was hooked up to the apparatus, she went to work
with her whip, lashing him across the ass.

Magnus bit his bottom lip, waiting for the sensors in his
body to convert the pain into pleasure. Once that happened, he leaned into the
whip, relishing in each delicious tormented lash. He didn’t know this woman, but
whoever she was, she was giving him the lashing of his life, and he loved the
stinging sensation.

The red light flashed, indicating the end of their session.
She unhooked him from the Strappado and strutted out without saying a word.

Magnus stood up right and rubbed his ass. He thought about
Kendall and what she would think of his involvement at The Dungeon. Would she
consider him a sexual deviant? Would she respect him if she learned of his
boot-licking fetish? The thought of Kendall thinking less of him as a man was
enough for Magnus to keep this secret to himself, at least for the time being.
Besides, he had no intention of having sex with the Dominatrix. Kendall was the
only woman he desired sexually.
Maybe it’s time for me to retire my hood and
cancel my membership at The Dungeon
, Magnus thought as he collected himself
and slowly exited the room.

Chapter Fifteen

The weeks flew by quickly and construction for
Lavender@ACES, the name of the new restaurant at the casino, was completed.
There were only a few minor details to iron out. Sydnee had been right about
Kendall and Magnus working together as professionals. Their romantic life
hadn’t interfered with their business venture one bit.

Today was the final walk-through with the contractor before
signing off on the renovations. The grand opening was only a week away, and
this would be their only chance to make any last-minute changes. Kendall had
arrived early so she and Magnus could spend some quality time together before
the meeting. They hadn’t seen each other in a nearly a week. Both had been busy
with work. Since she hadn’t seen her man in a while, Kendall made sure that she
was dressed to the nines. She wore a fire-engine-red jersey wrap dress that
cinched her waist and hugged her curves perfectly, gray Louboutin pumps, and
her signature Mikimoto pearls.

“Damn, baby, you look stunning,” Magnus said when she
appeared in the doorway of his office. He was sitting on the edge of his desk,
going over an invoice. “Get over here and give me a kiss.”

Kendall closed the door behind her and went into model mode,
strutting toward him as if she was on the catwalk. She stopped a few feet from
him and struck a haughty pose. “Like what you see?”

Magnus put the invoice on his desk. “No, I don’t like.” He
rose and went over to her. “I
love
what I see!” He engulfed Kendall in a
bear hug, all the while tongue-kissing her. “Damn, baby, you make me so hot,”
he whispered in her ear, coming up for air.

“And you make me wet.”

Magnus pulled her sash, causing her dress to gape open. “Let
me be the judge of that,” he said, easing his hand into the front of her black
lace thong. He stuck three fingers inside her “goodie box” and played with her
pussy. He rubbed her clit with his massive thumb.

She leaned her body closer to his so that he could have
easier access. Kendall spread her legs farther apart, inviting him inside.

“You’re right, you are wet.”

“See what you do to me.”

“I enjoy pleasing you.” Magnus worked his fingers around and
around inside her tightness.

“And you do it so well,” she whispered in his ear. She
bounced up and down on his fingers, matching his rhythms with her own. “Ohhh,
yeah, that’s it, that’s it,” she whispered in his ear.

“You like these fingers in your pussy?”

“Yes, baby, don’t stop, don’t stop!” She was on the verge of
climax.

Magnus kneaded a little harder on her clit while at the same
time pulsating his fingers faster and faster “Are you coming yet?”

She moaned.

“Come for me, baby. I want to feel your juices all over my
fingers.” He continued making love to her with his hand, his digits now moving
at a rapid pace, and he didn’t stop until he heard her moan.

“I’m coming! I’m coming!! Yes! Yes! Yes!” She grabbed two
handfuls of his wavy locks. She could feel her creamy juices flow out of her
pussy onto his hand.

Magnus retracted his fingers and licked them one by one,
cleaning off her cum. “Now that’s a tasty treat.”

“That was a nice, sexy surprise,” she said, wrapping her
arms around his neck and kissing him.

“The pleasure was all mine.”

“Do you have a bathroom in your office?”

“I sure do.” Magnus crossed the room, showing her the
restroom.

Kendall went inside the plush space, with its black marble
sink and chrome fixtures, and freshened up before their meeting. She looked at
herself in the mirror and thought,
I am one lucky woman. I have an amazing
career, a man who sexes me up on a regular basis, who also happens to be my
business partner. Life couldn’t get much better.

She washed her hands, dried them and then opened the
medicine cabinet, looking for some lotion. She peered among the various bottles
of cologne, shaving cream and razors.

“What’s this?” she asked, picking up a small jar. She
unscrewed the top. It appeared to be a creamy ointment. She recalled Magnus
mentioning that he had bouts with adult acne. Kendall remembered seeing the
marks on his back when they were at the Hudson. She sniffed the ointment which
had a medicinal scent, screwed the lid back and returned the jar to the shelf.
She finished primping and walked back out to the office.

“A messenger dropped off the fabric swatches for the
tablecloths. Come here, let me show you,” Magnus said, sitting behind his desk,
back in business mode.

Kendall went over, sat on the edge of his desk, picked up
the book of fabrics and inspected each one.

“So, babe, what do you think about this one?”

“That’s too dark, it’s more purple than lavender.”

Magnus rested his arm on her leg and took a closer look.
“Yeah, I guess you’re right.”

“I like this one, it’s a true lavender, don’t you think?”

“You’re the color expert, not me. To be honest all the hues
look similar. How about you take the lead on this one and choose the color. I
trust your judgment.”

Kendall leaned down and kissed him on the forehead. “Thanks,
I appreciate that.”

“You know, babe, I’m so glad that our relationship hasn’t
interfered with us working together.”

“I am too. Our getting involved in Vegas could have turned
out to be a disaster.”

He leaned up, kissed Kendall on the mouth, and said, “I’m so
glad it didn’t. We better get downstairs.” He kissed her again and said, “The
contractor will be here in ten minutes.”

“I’m ready, just let me make a note of the SKU number for
this color.” Kendall scribbled the stock-keeping unit number down, then got up
and gathered her things.

Magnus picked his black leather agenda off his desk and they
headed out. Downstairs, the casino was bustling with gamblers, from the old to
the young, trying to outsmart the machines and win their “rightful” fortune.
Magnus took hold of Kendall’s hand and led her through the throng of people. He
stopped just short of the restaurant and said, “Surprise!” pointing at the
sign.

Kendall looked up at the lavender neon sign. “Yes, this is a
surprise, an unpleasant one. Why didn’t you tell me you were going to have the
sign made in neon, instead of what we previously discussed?” Her mood instantly
went from blissful to pissed.

“Because I wanted to surprise you. Don’t you love it?” he
asked, sounding totally elated.

She sighed hard. “No, I don’t. I detest neon. It’s so
tacky.”

The broad smile that was pasted across Magnus’ face quickly
disappeared. “I had that sign specially made just for you. I can’t believe you
don’t like it.”

“Magnus, what happened to the custom sign with the chrome
lettering that we both agreed on in the last meeting?” she asked in a stern
voice.

He noticed how she had quickly morphed into her business
persona, and he changed his tone as well. “After second thought, I decided on
neon because it’ll stand out and can be seen across the casino floor.”

“This thing,” she pointed up, “can be seen all the way to
Manhattan. In the future, I would appreciate it if you wouldn’t make unilateral
decisions without consulting me.”

“Kendall,” he said firmly. Gone was “baby”, his endearing
term for her. “Your sarcasm isn’t necessary.” He didn’t wait for her response.
He turned his back to her, unlocked the door and went inside.

His tone didn’t go unnoticed. Kendall started to go off on
him, but the contractor walked in, stopping her tirade.

“Hey, Greg, how’s it going?” Magnus said, greeting the guy,
glad for the interruption.

Greg had a clipboard and pen in hand. “You guys ready for
the walk-through?”

“Yes, we are,” Magnus said, speaking for the both of them.
He glanced at Kendall, and she had a scowl on her face. He knew that she was
used to controlling all aspects of business at her restaurant in the city, but
this restaurant in the casino was a joint effort, and he wasn’t about to let
her railroad him. He had already given in on the marble issue, and that was
enough.

When they walked into the kitchen, the contractor went over
to the stove. “This range was tough to install, due to its size, but my guys
did a good job. As you can see, it’s flush with the custom sideboard you
wanted,” Greg said, directing his comment to Kendall.

She ran her hand over the front of the industrial stove. “I
can feel a couple of scratches.”

Greg and Magnus bent forward and visually inspected the
stainless steel stove. “I don’t see anything,” Magnus said.

“Neither do I,” Greg chimed in.

She pointed to the minute marks. “They’re right here. Do you
know how much this range cost? A fortune, that’s how much. You need to deduct
ten percent off the cost of installation to compensate for your incompetent
workers,” she huffed at Greg.

“You’ve got to be kidding me! Ten percent!” Greg ranted.

“Calm down, Greg. I’ll take care of it. No worries,” Magnus
said, trying to defuse the situation.

“No worries!” Kendall yelled. “Seriously? Hold on, Magnus.
First you make a unilateral decision about the sign, and now you’re dismissing
my claim about the damage to
my
range.”

“Ms. Hall, I can have those scratches buffed out in no
time,” Greg offered.

“That sounds fair,” Magnus said, ignoring her rant.

Kendall threw up her hand and waved it in the air.
“Whatever. Let’s get on with this inspection so I can get back to the city.”

The rest of the space was perfectly completed according to
their specs. The restaurant was almost an exact replica of her Manhattan
bistro, except it had a flashier element to coincide with the casino culture.
Instead of a wooden bar, the bar here was made of glass block, and track
lighting replaced elegant chandeliers.

Kendall was pleased, but she didn’t let it show. Her earlier
thoughts of working harmoniously with Magnus were beginning to fade, but it was
too late for misgivings—they had a signed contract and the restaurant was
scheduled to open in a week.

After they each signed off on the completed job and Greg
left, Magnus turned the charm back on. “Are you hungry, baby? There’s this
great little Italian joint not too far from here.”

Kendall looked at him as if he had two heads. “Don’t ‘baby’
me. I’m pissed.”

He walked close to her and put his arms around her waist.
“Come on, baby, don’t be mad about the sign.”

Kendall squirmed out of his embrace and backed away. “It’s
not only about the sign. You humiliated me in front of the contractor.”

“No, I didn’t.”

“Yes, you did. I told him to take ten percent off the bill
and you shot that down, like you shot down my idea for the sign.”

“I didn’t shoot down your idea. The sign is still in the
same font that we agreed on, it’s just in neon.” He exhaled hard. “I don’t see
what the big deal is.”

“I’m sure you don’t. You’re used to having your way. I
realize this is your casino, but this is
my
restaurant, and I’ve worked
hard on the branding of my business,” she said, with her hand on her slender
hip.

“Hold up. You’re making it sound as if ACES is some seedy
hole-in-the-wall joint.”

“I didn’t say that. If ACES was a hole-in-the-wall, I can
assure you that I wouldn’t have partnered with you. Look, I don’t have time to
go back and forth with you. I’m going back to the city.” She turned on her heel
and stormed toward the door.

He threw up his hands in frustration. “Yeah, that’s a good
idea!” he yelled to her retreating back.

“What the hell just happened?” Magnus said out loud once
Kendall left. He couldn’t believe that their day had ended on such a nasty
note. He was looking forward to spending a nice romantic evening with her and
finishing what they started in his office, but now they were both out of the
mood. This was their first major argument and he didn’t like how it made him
feel. Magnus took his cell phone out of his pocket to call Kendall, but decided
not to. “I’d better let her cool off.” He put the phone back and returned to his
office.

Stepping into the office brought back images of him making
her come with only his fingers. He put his hand up to his nose and inhaled,
trying to recall her delicious scent. Magnus was falling hard for Kendall and
he hoped that being business partners wouldn’t ruin their love affair. He went
over to his desk, picked up the phone and punched in her cell number, but his
second line rang, interrupting him. Magnus’ heart started beating fast,
thinking it was Kendall, calling to apologize. He quickly picked up the line.

“Hello?”

“Hey, man, what’s up?” It was Kevin.

“Hey.”

“Don’t sound so happy to hear from me.”

“It’s not that. I’m just busy, that’s all.” Magnus didn’t
want to get into the argument with Kendall. He’d rather talk it out with his
woman, instead of his best friend, and keep the situation between the two of
them.

“Well, I was calling to say thanks for hooking a brother
up.”

“What are you talking about?”

“I’m talking about Sydnee. We went out to dinner last night
and had a ball. She’s funny, smart and sexy as hell. We have so much in common.
I think she might be the one,” Kevin said with enthusiasm oozing out of his
voice.

“Don’t you mean the second one? Man, you haven’t been
divorced a year. I suggest you slow it down, have some fun, and not think about
getting married anytime soon,” Magnus said, sounding like a true bachelor.

“I hear you, but Sydnee is really special. Speaking of
marriage, when are you going to settle down? I saw the way you were looking at
Kendall when we were at the Hudson. You had that look of love in your eyes.
Man, we’re not getting any younger. And to be honest, I liked being married.
Unfortunately my ex-wife wanted to explore the grass on the other side of the
fence.”
