Chapter 5

Drew

I couldn’t believe my eyes. Leslie looked completely different. With her blonde hair, it made her eyes stand out even more. I heard her ask the question, but I was frozen in place. Then she asked me again, “Drew…what are you doing here?”

“I… I…Leslie, look can you just…” I stumbled over the words. I had tried to prepare for when I would see her and explain why I was in Las Vegas. Now that she was standing here, I had no idea what to say.

“I don’t have all night, Drew. I’ve got things to do. Just tell me and let me go.” Leslie glared at me. She was not going to give me an out.

I took her hand and led her inside. “Come in. I’ll tell you everything. But I may need more than fifteen minutes.”

“Fifteen is all you get. Did you notice we’re in Vegas? We’re only here for two nights, Drew, and I plan to make the most of it. Tell me whatever you want, and we can talk about the rest when we get back home.”

Her offer was tempting. It would be much easier to give her the highlights now and tell her the rest later. But what would that do to her trust? I walked with her to the large living room sofa and sat beside her.

“Is your brother here?” She asked, looking around.

“No. He’s out with friends.”

“Because I’d hate to have anyone see me when things get ugly.”

“Leslie.” I turned to her and took her hands in mine. “I don’t know if I can tell you everything right this second. I’m still working through so much of it now. There’s a lot I’m learning about, myself. Here’s what I’ll say now. I came to Vegas for two important reasons. You, and Max. I was already worried about you traveling alone—”

“I’m not alone. Monica’s here.”

I nodded. “You know what I mean, but let me finish. I was already concerned about you, and as the week passed by, I was more and more convinced I should come and make sure you’d be okay. Then, last night, Max called—”

“Ahh yes. Your dear brother Max Gorber. The same brother I was literally drooling over on TV at your place earlier this week. And you never said a word! Were you ever going to tell me? Or do you like letting me make a fool of myself, Drew?”

“Leslie. You didn’t make a fool of yourself. You could never do that with me.”

“When were you going to tell me he was your brother, Drew?”

“It’s a long story, Leslie. Please understand, I’m still trying—”

“Everything is a long story with you, Drew. Do you think I’m so stupid that you have to drag out explaining things to me? I don’t need a breakdown, Drew. The truth would suffice.”

“It’s not that simple, Leslie.”

“What’s not that simple? I plan a girls’ weekend with Monica. You follow me out here. And in between, you hide that you have a brother and everything else you’ve been keeping from me.”

As gorgeous as she looked—and right now, she was the most gorgeous angry woman I’d ever seen—I was losing my patience. She wouldn’t let me speak, and she wouldn’t listen to a word I was saying.

“Will you just listen to me for a minute?” I could hear the cut in my voice.

“Look. I don’t want to hear it anymore. I don’t care anymore, Drew.”

I stood up and walked to the windows. I couldn’t take it anymore. “You know what? Fine, Leslie. Fine. Forget I ever tried to talk to you. You think everything going on right now is about you. This time, it’s not. Well, it’s not the only reason I’m here. But you don’t care anymore. That’s what you just said, Leslie. So fine. There’s the door. Have a fun time in Vegas.”

I could sense her eyes piercing through my back when she stood up. I regretted everything I said the second she closed the door behind her. I wanted to chase after her, but what was the use? She said it herself. She didn’t care. I went back to sit in the sofa, and rested my head on the seat back, trying to ignore the tightness in my chest, and the feeling like the walls were slowly closing in on me.

There was a knock on the door less than five minutes later. I figured Max forgot his key, and went to open it. It was not Max.

“Leslie. What—”

“Hi. Look, I’m sorry, Drew. I didn’t mean what I said. Can I come in?”

I stepped out of her way and let her in. “Sure. But aren’t you late for, for whatever your plans were with Monica?”

“Plans can wait. And besides, I didn’t go back to the room all this time. I was thinking in the hallway.” She sat in the sofa and stretched a hand out to me so I would sit beside her. When I sat down, she took my hands in hers.

“I’m sorry, Drew. I was being selfish and I apologize.”

“It’s okay.”

“No, it’s not. You’ve been nothing but kind to me. For that reason alone, I should give you the time you need.”

She leaned over to me and kissed me softly on the lips.

“You didn’t deserve my wrath this time,” she said when she pulled away.

“I didn’t? Was there a time that I did?”

“Yes. When you stole my job.” She smiled teasingly after she said it. “But that’s water under the bridge.”

“Well if you say so.” I couldn’t help but meet her smile with another kiss.

“So are you glad I’m here now, Leslie?”

“Well I wouldn’t go so far, Drew,” she joked, but then got serious. “You know what, Drew? Yes. I’m glad you’re here.”

I pulled her into my lap and held her tightly. “Good.”

She leaned into my chest and lay her head on my shoulder. “Okay. I’m listening now. Tell me everything.”

I cleared my throat to start spilling. I had no clue where to start. “Wait, where were you two going?”

“Dinner.”

“This late?”

“We haven’t eaten since after work.”

“Me neither. Do you want to go eat and then we can talk?”

“Well, we had planned to do a little partying afterward. Maybe you can join us? Monica won’t mind.”

“Well. Sure, I’ll come. I could use a bit of a release after the news I just got.”

“What news?”

“Really long story. I’ll tell you everything after we eat, and after I watch you bust a move on the dance floor.”

She let out a loud laugh. “Okay I need to get dressed.”

I helped her stand and got up to let her out. “Me too. Meet you in twenty minutes?”

“Perfect.”

I wrapped my hands around her waist and pulled her close before she left. I whispered, “I’m glad you came back to me.”

“Me too,” she answered, pressing a soft kiss on my cheek.

Her touch was just like that night she came to my door in her pajamas. I couldn’t resist touching her back. “I want you, Leslie.”

She looked up at me and gave me her silent permission. I pulled her gently by the hands and stopped in the middle of the living room, turning just enough to pick her up and carry her to my room.

Before we made it to the bed, I lowered her to stand. Her hands were wrapped around my neck, and her skin was so soft, so intoxicating as she let her hips grind on me. I leaned down and cradled her face in my hands to kiss her again. She let out a moan when I parted her lips and our tongues sought each other. When I growled in response, she hissed and slid a hand down to my throbbing cock.

“We don’t have much time, but I want you too Drew.”

I pulled away from her slowly and took a step back. I just wanted to look at her for a moment; to appreciate how beautiful she was, eyes darkened with desire, skin slightly flushed with her growing need. I wasn’t sure when she first showed up to see me, but when she came back, I knew she wanted me. That need was in her eyes even then.

She took two steps toward me to close the gap between us. I wanted to worship her. She was powerful, beautiful, and so alive. I let my hands roam down her body, dropping to my knees and lifting the hem of her dress, all the way to her waist. She held on to it, but didn’t need to in that sleek-fitting fabric that clung to her gorgeous curves. Without removing the dress, I kissed along the line of her panties. Her breathing quickened, and she spread her legs on instinct.

“Oh God, Drew.”

I slid two fingers under each side of her panties, kissing her mound through the soft fabric.

“Take them off and fuck me, Drew.”

I took the signal and ripped them off her. She gasped, but did not miss a beat. I threw the torn underwear aside and focused in on delivering all the pleasure she could ever need. I motioned for her to spread her legs farther apart. By now she was soaking wet, and her clit was already pronounced. I brushed by her clit with my tongue and gave her a taste of what was coming.

She grabbed my head and began to buck her hips with pleasure as I licked and sucked, tasting her first orgasm. A her movement slowed I slid two fingers into her, pumping them as her legs trembled and seemed to buckle when she came again.

“God! Oh fuck, Drew. Come inside me now, please baby.”

I stood up and carried her to bed, but she got up and bent over the side, begging me to enter her from behind. She ducked her head into the sheets and reached her arms back for me. I undid my jeans and let it drop to the floor as I positioned my rock hard cock at her soft, wet folds. I entered her slowly.

“Fuck! You’re so tight and wet, Leslie.”

“Fuck me hard, Drew. I need you.”

I grasped her hips and did what she asked, burying my cock deeper inside and harder with each thrust. She stepped up on her tiptoes—even though she was still in high heels—and stuck her ass up higher.

“Mmmm, oh God. I’m, gonna come again, Drew,” she said in a slow raspy voice. I squeezed her ass cheeks and pulled her back as I buried my cock into her to the hilt, hitting her g-spot, or close to it. She reached a hand to her clit and touched herself as screamed her orgasm, bringing her head up from the sheets and searching for me as I came right along with her. I lifted her at the waist and pumped into her for two deep thrusts before exploding my release into her.

I slowly let go of her hips, and her upper body slumped on the bed. I sat beside her and gently rubbed her shoulder.

“You’re so sexy Leslie.” I pulled her into my arms and held her as she recovered. “Feeling alright?”

“Yes. That was so good. But we’re so late. I have to go now…Monica’s waiting for me,” she said breathlessly.

I got up and went to retrieve her panties, then remember I ripped them off her. “Sorry about these.”

“It’s okay. You can buy me some more,” she teased as she stood up to leave.

“Gladly.” I pulled her in for one last kiss and walked her to the front door.

“See you in twenty, Drew.”

I closed the door, relieved she was in better spirits. It also gave me some extra time to mull over Max’s news before I told her everything. I went to the guestroom closet and pulled out the suit I had brought along, before stepping into the shower.

Chapter 6

Leslie

In spite of Monica’s initial prodding, I didn’t tell her everything that happened. I only mentioned Drew would join us for dinner and wherever we ended up afterward. Monica didn’t seem upset about having him tag along, so that was a bonus. I had a quick shower to clean up—I had to admit, I was a little upset with Drew, now that I had to wash off such a great makeup job—and got into my dress.

Monica was waiting to help me refresh my face, and we had a couple more glasses of wine as we got ourselves ready. She pulled my hair into a side ‘do, securing it with a few clips. This was the new me, and I liked it.

Drew knocked on the door shortly after we were ready. For some reason I felt nervous, but laughed it off and went to the door. I saw the pleased expression on his face, and could burst with confidence as his eyes grazed over me from head to toe.

“You look… amazing,” he said, his deep voice perking me up even more.

“You clean up nicely too,” I said, returning the compliment. He looked dashing as usual, in his sleek black suit and crisp white shirt.

He smiled graciously and looked behind me where Monica stood. “Hey, Monica. Looking good.” The words didn’t have the strength they did when he said them to me. He was being nice and I didn’t mind.

“Thanks,” Monica said, distracted by a bracelet she was trying to fasten.

I turned back to him. “So, the car should be waiting downstairs for us.”

“Car?” he asked.

“It’s a special weekend,” I responded.

I grabbed my purse and we headed out, Drew on my left and Monica on my right. No matter what was to happen, I wanted the night to be memorable. After all, I didn’t come to Las Vegas to for the usual. As we rode down the elevator, while Monica checked her makeup again in her compact mirror, Drew entwined his fingers with mine. It felt like a date, except it wasn’t. Sitting at the front of the hotel—waiting for us—was a black limousine.

Drew turned to us as we got outside. “Really?”

I shrugged. “I told you it’s special.”

Monica and I walked to the car with diva-like strides in our steps.

“Good evening, Ms. Adams.” The driver greeted me like he had known me for years.

He held the door open and Monica got into the car first. I slid in next to her, and Drew came in and sat beside me.

We relaxed and took in the sites as the driver took us to the restaurant. It wasn’t far from the hotel, so we were there within a few minutes. The driver pulled up to the front driveway and came around to open, but Drew beat him to it. He got out first and offered his hand. Our eyes locked for a moment. His glance alone made my breath hitch, but when I held his hand, I felt that spark again, like a lightning bolt straight to my core.

He helped Monica out, and the driver let me know he’d be waiting right here when we were finished. Monica walked slightly ahead, and Drew locked arms with me as we went inside. Two employees held the door open for us and greeted us like royalty. I could see why the other half enjoyed their way of life. Who wouldn’t love being spoiled and pampered?

The hostess confirmed our reservation and led us to a quiet table for three near the side of the restaurant. Drew helped us into our chairs, and pulled his chair closer to mine.

“You picked a great place,” he said, glancing around the restaurant and reaching for a menu.

“The restaurant guide in the hotel room made the place sound wonderful,” Monica said.

“Looks great so far,” I added, looking down at the menu.

“Um… with the prices, it better be good,” Monica grumbled. “I could buy a new outfit with the price of an entrée.”

“Don’t worry about it. I have you both covered,” I said. “Tonight’s on me.”

***

The evening was more enjoyable than I thought possible. Once Monica and Drew stopped worrying about the bills, we all had fun. Surprisingly, it wasn’t awkward with either of them. Drew didn’t feel like a third wheel, and Monica was comfortable in any setting. I caught Drew staring at me more than a few times. It felt amazing getting that type of reaction from him, and a lot of other men when we made it to the club later that night.

“I love your new look, Leslie,” he whispered to me outside the club while Monica went to the ladies room.

“Thanks Drew. I’m glad you like it.”

“It’s perfect. You look sophisticated, and it brings out your natural beauty. But for the record, you were gorgeous before. Either way, you’re beautiful. I just want you to know that.” He took my hand and twirled me around, then pulled me close to him again. “And this dress, wow. You look so sexy I could take you back to my room right now.”

“Mmmm, don’t tempt me, Drew. There’s Monica. Come on, let’s go in. Time to shake that booty!”

Monica pulled my arm and I tugged on Drew’s arm all the way to the dance floor, squeezing through the swelling crowd until we found a spot. As the song transitioned, we got into our groove, and within minutes, men had gravitated to Monica and me. Drew came in close behind me as we danced, letting the men know I was with him. I didn’t mind at all—to me, Drew was the hottest guy there. One lucky man whisked Monica off and she humored him for a while.

I leaned back into Drew as my hips moved to its own rhythm, enjoying his hands as they wandered up and down my body, tenderly brushing over my stomach. I turned toward him and let my head rest on his shoulders. I wanted him all over again.

“Let’s get out of here,” he whispered, seemingly reading my mind.

“Okay. Wait for us outside. I’ll grab Monica.”

He headed out of the club and I went back looking for Monica. I spotted her in a corner, dancing with the man she had taken off with earlier. I let her know we were leaving, to which she replied, “Okay…have fun. I’ll find my way back to the hotel.”

“Are you sure?” I asked, putting urgency in my voice.

“Yeah, she’s sure,” the man replied. “I’ll get her back safely.”

I felt weird leaving Monica behind, but I also could tell she wasn’t going anywhere.

“I’m fine, Les. Trust me,” Monica insisted.

I nodded and left, making a beeline for Drew, who was waiting at the door.

“Where’s Monica?” he asked.

“She’ll catch up with us later.”

The limo driver had been waiting patiently. Drew helped me inside.

“Where to, Ms. Adams?” The driver asked from the front seat.

“Just drive around a little. We’ll tell you when we’re ready to go back to the hotel.”

“As you wish,” he replied, and rolled up the window to give us some privacy.

Drew snaked his hand around my waist and pulled me in to sit closer to him as we enjoyed the sites. I could barely focus. I felt a blush creeping up my neck, just being this close to him. I turned and noticed he had been looking down at me intently. I bit back a groan. His lips were so sexy.

“Are you still glad I came?” he asked. His hand brushed against my thigh, sending chills up and down my spine.

“Definitely,” I admitted.

He lifted his hand to my face, stroking my chin with his thumb. My heart skipped a beat. He moved closer until his lips pressed a gentle kiss onto mine. I reached a hand up to his neck and the heat level rose around us. His tongue invaded my mouth, tasting and caressing, letting my body know what it would soon do to me.

He held my waist and pulled me into his lap.

“Good. Now you can show me how much,” he whispered.

His voice triggered a new wave of heat that rose up inside me. I raised my head and turned to meet his waiting lips for another kiss, so fierce and passionate, my clit was already throbbing. I kicked off my shoes, and turned to face him. My body was already aroused on the dancefloor, and now, as I felt the smoldering heat coming off his chest, I let my primal need take full control.

He trailed kisses down my neck to the where my dress met the tops of my breasts, and found my nipples through the fabric. I guided his other hand to my back so he could undo the zipper down to my waist. It freed my breasts just enough, and he groaned as he cradled my back and looked down at me. I arched my back and pulled his head to my needy breasts. As he caressed and licked my nipples one by one, and my hips rocked on his hardness in return.

I nuzzled my head at his neck and couldn’t help feeling a little playful.

“I have a confession to make, Drew.” I moaned as I nibbled on his ear.

He let out a moan. “What’s that?”

“I’m not wearing any panties.”

“Mmmm. Oh God, Leslie.”

“This way you won’t need to rip them off me.”

He lifted me off his lap and tugged at his belt and zipper, pulling his slacks and boxers down to release his manhood. I pulled myself up just enough to palm his cock and move it in place. When it felt right, I pulled his hands to my hips and let him drive his hardness deep into me.

“Leslie, you feel so good, baby.’

He groaned so loudly I couldn’t hold anything back. I held on to his shoulders, gaining the leverage I needed so I could raise myself and lower on his thick shaft. I picked up the pace as his thrusts sped up, rocking my hips as he took me so quickly to the peaks of pleasure. My clit throbbed as it got much needed contact on his lower stomach every time he pulled me down on his cock with his powerful hands.

“Come for me, Leslie,” he growled his demand, that voice seeming hard-wired to my ecstasy. My hands moved down around his waist and pulled him deeper, rocking faster until a powerful orgasm rolled through me. My stomach clenched and tightened around his shaft as he followed me to his climax. I buried my head into his neck and let out a muffled squeal, finally resting my head on his shoulder to recover.

“How do you feel now, Leslie?” He asked, wrapping his arms tightly around me.

“Good. Relaxed.”

“Where would you like to go now?”

“Anywhere you want to go.”

“How about back to my room to talk?”

“Yes. I mean no,” I said breathlessly.

“You don’t want to go back to my room?”

“Yes. But I don’t want to talk.” She bit her bottom lip and looked up at me with dreamy, seductive eyes.

“What do you want to do, Leslie?”

“I want you to make love to me, Drew. And hold me all night.”
