ALIEN INVASION (28 page)

I pulled myself from the vehicle, landed on the ground, on my chest, and then pulled myself upright, so my back was leaning on the Humvee. I edged forward, while crouched, then reached my hand behind me and pushed the door I’d exited closed. I opened up the passenger’s side door as the driver appeared in the beams of light. I took cover behind it and his bullets hit the door.

“I marched over to the drawers I’d moved to the door, my breasts swinging in time to my feet,” Sara shouted from inside the Humvee. “I felt like a naked soldier parading before an inspection. Thinking about the type of inspection it would be, in my head it was a sexy one, nearly stopped me from charging onward and continuing with my plan. I shouted to my mom, I told her to hold on. She was trying to come in the room as I was pulling at the drawers to move them out of the way. She asked was I okay, but I just ignored her. Unless a grunt from the effort can be considered an answer.”

I peeked my head around the side of the door. I snapped it back into cover quickly when I saw the muzzle flash. That was a close call. Then a few shots struck the ground close to my feet. I realized the door didn’t protect my lower half so well. I poked my pistol around the side of the door and fired two shots blind. Then I stood, fired two shots over the top of the door, not even looking at what I was aiming at. Then I ran from the door, the gun held out in front of me, toward the driver.

“Once I’d made enough room to open the door and for me to fit through, I did. I hit a boob on the top of the drawers though; hard enough to leave a bruise I’m sure. I gave it a quick rub while my mom stood looking me up and down, mouth wide open.”

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!

“She told me to go back in my room and put on some clothes. She quickly followed that by asking why I had come out of my room naked in the first place. I informed her, that I had been humping a teddy and that I was now mighty pissed off with her because of her rude interruption.”

I might have been brave, or stupid, to go all Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, but I couldn’t shoot for shit. My bullets just struck the ground around the driver, who was expelling the magazine from his rifle. I fired again but I still somehow managed to miss him.

“Fuck,” I said, while trying to steady my shaking hand, still running toward him. He removed another mag from his webbing; he was fixing it in his rifle, moving to the right, to get out of my path, to make him a more difficult target. It worked. My next shot went wide too.

“She told me how she was sick of my shit, mainly the cursing, and if I didn’t get back in my room she’d wash my mouth out with soap. That was my light bulb moment. I smiled, tried to make it look evil, but I probably looked more like a retard watching a bouncy ball fall down some stairs.”

I heard the door of the Humvee open behind me. Sara must have left the vehicle. Probably concerned I couldn’t hear her story. That girl really did love me.

The driver was leveling his rifle at me. I was only a few strides from him. I couldn’t miss from that range. I fired. My pistol had run dry. So I threw it at him. He dodged to the side. I was on him before he could shoot. I grabbed his weapon with both hands.

“I pulled at the teddy, taking one of its legs in my free hand, leaving my other hand on the ear. The head ripped off easily. It was a fantasy, after all; in reality I’d have been pulling at that thing for hours.”

I stomped a foot into one of his shins. Then, while still holding the rifle, folded my arm closest to him, so my elbow would smash into his face. I then swept his legs from under him with the use of my right heel.

“Cotton flew in the air from the decapitation. My mom screamed at me. She blasted me with a wave of objections; the teddy had been in our family for a few generations, which made me wonder if my great-grandma Beatrice had ever fucked it.”

He dropped to the ground. I still have hold of his weapon. I jumped into the air and let all of my weight press the rifle into his throat as I landed on him. I applied as much pressure as I could, looking into his eyes as I did. They were wide, watering.

“I don’t know why I grabbed my mom’s right boob to pull her to the floor, but it worked. She was racked like me so it seemed a good option at the time. The fall she took wasn’t dramatic; it looked more like a drunk losing the use of his legs than an epic stunt from a Jackie Chan movie.”

He was starting to raise the rifle from his throat. He was strong, no question of that. I reacted quickly, without thinking. I bit the tip of his nose off. I spat the section I had in my mouth in his face. That was enough to stop his progress. The rifle was back in his throat. He was choking, croaking. He was dying.

“I turned her onto her back, she was munching rug at the time. I straddled her, pinning her arms under my knees and her chest with my bare butt. I did a few wiggles and while waving the head of the teddy above my head shouted out yeehaw. Don’t judge. You’d have done the same.”

Sara was right. I would have. Not long after, I did. I gave one last mighty push with the rifle. The driver’s eyes bulged, his tongue hung from his mouth, and his chest stopped rising and falling. I sat up on his body, held the weapon over my head, wiggled my hips and shouted out yeehaw.

“I slapped her with the fluffy face of the teddy before I started to pull the stuffing out of the neck. I didn’t have soap, but I had the inners of a once-innocent toy, its button eyes had seen way too much of my pussy for it to be classified as innocent anymore. I stuffed my mom with the stuffing, as much as I could force in her mouth and down her throat. She died from a killer case of cottonmouth.”

I gave Sara a smile. She was standing at the front of the Humvee now. Then I stood. I looked down at the driver, fixed the rifle so it was aimed at him and fired a shot into his body. It jerked and blood started to pool under him.

A roar.

I turned back to Sara. An alien stood behind the Humvee.

ZACK

We ran down the corridor with the soldiers. One of them was in front of us, the other two were at the rear. The corridor seemed never-ending, but at least it was lined with lights at either side, it was a welcomed change to the basement of the college. Cynthia had hold of my hand; the speed we moved at made her boobs pop in and out of the small cheerleader top. I’d imagine the soldiers behind us were getting a good view of her butt, given the short length of the skirt.

“What is this base we’re heading to?” I asked the soldier in front.

“I’m afraid I can’t divulge that information,” he said, not even looking at me.

“You’ve got to be kidding me,” I said. “What does it matter what you tell us? Don’t give me that top secret, need-to-know bullshit, we’re all in this mess together.”

“All you need to know is that we’ll be safe there.”

“Are you stationed at the base?”

“I am,” he said as he threw a quick look over his shoulder toward his companions.

I gave Cynthia a questioning look. She just looked confused. Then she almost fell. I kept her upright with a quick tug on her arm. I decided to pry deeper. Something didn’t seem right.

“If you can’t tell me what’s at the base, which makes no fucking sense, since we’re heading there with you, maybe you could tell me why you’re taking two soldiers that aren’t stationed there with you?”

He stopped, so did we, and the two soldiers behind us. He turned and walked to stand in front of Cynthia and me. “You really are a nosey fucker, aren’t you?”

“I … I …” Fear made me stutter and choke on my words. He looked pissed. “I just want to know where we’re heading, if we will actually be safe at the base.”

“Do you want to go back to your college? Do you think you’ll be safe there? Should we just leave you to die?”

“Maybe we should part ways,” I said. Cynthia gave me a questioning look then. I just held her hand tighter and kept my eyes locked on the soldier in front. The ones who stood behind us were a massive concern. I didn’t like not knowing what they were up to.

“We’re heading to the base because it's a good place to hold up. It has weapons and food. I’m bringing my friends with me, because they’re just that, my friends. You’d do the same.”

I decided to just say it, “something doesn’t seem quite right.”

“Okay, Sherlock, spit it out, but hurry the fuck up. Haven’t you thought about the fact that if we can get in this passageway so can the aliens? You also gave them another entrance, or did you forget about that?”

“I didn’t forget … If you were stationed at the base and your friends weren’t …” He stepped closer to us. I swallowed. “What were you doing outside? Should your friends even be heading to the base with you? Should they not be following the orders they were originally given?”

“Do you have any idea what their original orders were? They could be following them now, maybe I’m following mine now too.”

“Do you know what I think?” I started to slowly move, so I was standing between him and Cynthia.

“I’m sure you’re going to tell us anyway.”

“I think … I think that you abandoned your post, just like these guys did, that you were all going to make a run for it, but when you saw how dangerous it was outside, you changed your mind and decided to hide in the base. I think you’d be using the main entrance if that wasn’t the case.”

“So, that's what you think?” It sounded more like a threat than a question. The toes of his boots were touching my feet he was that close to me. He had his rifle held over his stomach. His finger was twitching close to the trigger. “Do you know what I think? I think you were right. We should leave you behind.”

“I don’t think we should.” That came from one of the soldiers who stood behind us. I turned to him; gently pushing Cynthia behind me, then moving us so both of our backs were to the wall of the corridor. I wanted to be able to see them all.

“That seems like a bad idea to me,” the soldier who had just spoken said. He removed his helmet and dropped it to the floor. He stepped toward us. “If we leave them behind, we won’t have a sexy bitch to help us repopulate the world.” He stared at Cynthia’s breasts and licked his lips.

“Stay the fuck away from me!” Cynthia screamed at him. He took a step closer.

I didn’t think the next part through. I just did the first thing that popped into my head. I threw my right hand out and punched the guy in the face. He stumbled back and I pulled on Cynthia’s hand to drag her back where we had come from.

The guy I’d just punched tackled me to the floor. The other two grabbed hold of Cynthia and started to carry her down the corridor, toward the direction of the base. She kicked and screamed but couldn’t break their hold.

The guy that had tackled me pinned me to the floor and then mounted my chest, his knees at either side of me. He pointed his rifle in my face. “Are you fucking crazy?”

“I think we both know who the crazy ones are here,” I said as I smashed both of my fists down into his dick. He doubled, his top half dropping onto my face, his rifle now on my chest, pressed on to me by his weight.

I lifted my butt off the floor and rolled. I was now on top of him, in between his legs. I dropped an elbow into his face then grabbed his rifle as I got to my knees. I couldn’t pull it from him. It was slung around his shoulders, so I hit him in the face with it.

I got to my feet to have them kicked from under me. I fell to the floor, landing on my chest, the air going from my lungs, a burning fire raging inside them. I rolled onto my back, he was standing, his rifle pointed at me, tucked into his shoulder.

I rolled, flat out, as he fired. The bullets cut up the concrete and the sound echoed down the corridor. I stopped my roll when I hit the wall. He had his weapon aimed at me. There was nowhere for me to go.

An alien burst through the wall to his right, rubble and dust flying. He spun to it but didn’t have a chance to fire. The monster had him locked in its clawed hands, its nails digging into the soldier’s flesh at his sides.

I didn’t wait to see what would happen. I jumped up and ran in the direction the other two had taken Cynthia. She was out of sight, the corridor had a curve, and once I was around it I saw her.

She was on the floor, on her back. One of the soldiers was on top of her, between her legs, trying to fight off her swatting hands and remove his trousers. The other soldier had his back to me, watching the struggle, laughing. Fucking laughing.

I grabbed the rifle that soldier had slung at his back. I pulled on it and the strap helped me to drag him to the floor. I stomped a foot into his head as the other one started to get off Cynthia. His rifle was leaning up against the corridor wall. He was trying to get to it.

I jumped the one I’d downed, only to have my legs grabbed, and to be dropped to the floor myself. He was climbing up the length of my body, pulling on my oversized football uniform with his hands. I kicked a foot into his face and managed to pull my other leg from him.

I crawled on my hands and knees to him and grabbed his rifle again. I lay my right elbow on his throat and used both my hands to unhook one of the fastenings that kept the strap on the weapon. It was difficult, he was desperate to get me from him, but I managed it.

I turned the rifle at him. He raised his hands. I fired. The bullet struck him in the face. I turned from the horrible nature of what I’d done as his body fell back. Then I got up and spun the rifle toward the guy that had been on Cynthia.
