Felicity found this strange
since she knew that all of them had seen her.
Yeah, these bitches know they can’t compete with me, that’s
why they’re trying to be on their best behavior with their
cheating-ass boyfriends,
she thought, as
she continued to dance with Carson.

When the song was over,
most left the dance floor and Felicity and Carson parted ways. As
she left the floor, the crowd cleared out enough for her to notice
that
Reamer was here with
Joe
! She walked back over to her table as
she stared at him, but she noticed that he didn’t seem to notice
her . . . yet. She approached her table and then sat
down.

Erin was looking at her phone. She looked up
at Felicity. “Um, Felicity?”

“Yes?” Felicity replied, and then took a sip
of her drink.

“I might as well tell you that—”

“Reamer’s here? Yeah, I saw him when I left
the dance floor,” Felicity replied.

“He
is
?!” Erin replied. “Wow! This is
crazy that there’s so many people that we know from school are here
tonight! You would think that it was a special event for our school
that was going on here tonight.”

Felicity stared at her. “So, who else is
here?”

“Reamer’s ex,” Erin said with a grin.

Felicity looked around and saw Audrey
standing in a circle as she talked to her friends with a cup of
soda in her hands. “I’m surprised her fat ass could get through the
front door,” she replied with a grin. “And she should be drinking
water or diet soda.”

Erin shook her head. “Come on, Felicity, now
that was wrong to say. How do you know that the soda that she’s
drinking isn’t diet? And she’s not that fat.”

“She is to me! And she wouldn’t be that size
if she always drinks diet soda!” Felicity laughed. “And she can
have her stalking-ass boyfriend back. If she would’ve known how I
really felt about him then she would’ve never ran after me like
some crazy, psychotic bitch who lives for a guy. That would never
happen if the bitch had self-esteem.”

“Well, girls just feel differently about
having a boyfriend than you do, Felicity. Some feel that having a
boyfriend is the only and best thing that they have, and when
something like that is taken away from them by another girl then
it’s devastating to them, and especially by a girl who likes to
fuck with people.”

Felicity glared at her. “I don’t fuck with
people; I like to have fun. Like I said, people take shit too damn
seriously. Chances are, they’re not gonna be with those guys even a
year from now, and they’re gonna be laughing about how stupid they
acted about a guy, too. They act as if their lives have to begin
and end with a guy, and it’s just beyond pathetic. They need to
concentrate on their own futures and stop always thinking that
they’re not gonna have one without a guy. I know I have a bright
future so I’m not worried about shit. About ten to twenty years
from now, they’ll all be some fat, miserable bitches with a bunch
of bastard babies by a bunch of different men and if any of them
ever get married they’ll be on their second or third marriage and
blaming everyone for their fuck-ups and failures but
themselves.”

“Well, only time will tell how anyone will
turn out, Felicity, but no one’s future is gonna be bright blue
skies, butterflies, and pretty flowers all of the time, even for
the most successful people in this world. Everyone has problems.
But there’s a difference between people who don’t like to cause
problems for other people and people who do like to cause problems
for other people, especially when these people didn’t do anything
to them. You’re the type of person who likes to cause problems for
other people, Felicity, even you have to admit that. And if you
don’t change, you’re gonna have a future that’s gonna be anything
but the bright blue skies and pretty flowers that you think it is
right now, because that combination does not go well with being a
fuck girl.”

“Well, whatever, because I’m not a fuck
girl,” Felicity concluded.

Erin sighed.
Never underestimate the power of denial,
she thought, and then sipped her drink, and was
finally done with it.

“I’m gonna go find Carson and get another
drink. Do you want another one?” Felicity asked.

“No, I’m not thirsty right now,” Erin
replied.

“Be right back,” Felicity replied, and then
walked away from the table.

Erin watched her walk away from the table
when suddenly, she started to develop a bad headache. She looked
inside her purse and got out some of her headache medicine since
she did suffer from occasional migraines. She took her meds with a
bottle of water since she finished her drink.

Ten minutes had gone by and she glanced
around the club as she tried to find Felicity. She started to feel
very dizzy and concluded that she was feeling sick and wanted to go
home early. She slowly got up out of her seat when Carson
approached her.

“Erin? Are you okay?” he asked, as he put
his hand on her right arm.

“No, I don’t think I am, Carson. I suffer
from bad migraines and I took some meds thinking that they would
help in time but it’s gotten worse and I’m really dizzy,” Erin
replied.

“Oh, boy. Um, you wanna lay down in the back
of the club in my brother’s office? He’s not here tonight so it’s
okay,” he replied.

“Okay, I think that’s best,” she said. She
picked up her purse. “Can you tell Felicity where I’m at?”

“Of course,” he replied, as he led her
through the club towards the back of it where only employees were
allowed.

By this time, Erin could barely walk because
her head was hurting so bad along with extreme dizziness. He picked
her up and carried her to his brother’s office and laid her down on
a sofa. She was incapacitated.

Erin woke up to still being in Carson’s
brother’s office. She picked up her phone and looked at it. She
noticed how there were no calls or texts from Felicity . . . but
she wasn’t surprised since she told Carson to tell her where she
was going to be. She noticed how it was close to closing time, so
she knew she was back here for at least three hours, and she felt a
lot better since she was able to come back here and rest. She got
up off of the couch, opened the door, and walked back out towards
the club. As she walked there, the halls were cold and quiet with
the faint sound of music playing. As the music got louder, she knew
she was closer to getting back out in the club atmosphere.

When she returned, she looked for Felicity,
but she couldn’t find her. She noticed that everyone that Felicity
had fucked with was still here and were all having a good time. She
consistently looked around for Felicity, but she was nowhere to be
found. She called and texted her, but there was no answer. She
didn’t seem too concern because her purse was still on the table.
She searched through it and found that her phone was missing, but
she expected this since she knew that she had it on her, but was
wondering why she was not answering her phone. She sighed as she
thought that maybe she did go off with someone that she just met
here and not any one of the people that she knew from school and
just from being here, such as Jay, but he was still here as well as
Stacia.

As the club neared closing time, the crowd
thinned out tremendously, and Erin seemed as if she’d sent her
millionth text and phone call to Felicity as she stood outside and
held her purse as well as Felicity’s as she watched people leave.
She stood at the front of the club as her phone was pressed to her
ear as if it was glued to it. She continued to watch people get in
their cars and leave. She walked over to her car and then got in
it. She looked around and watched everyone as they walked out of
the club and either straight to their cars and left, or they just
hung out by them, but they eventually left. She watched as Jay and
Stacia left the club together. They got into her white luxury car
and left. Minutes after that, she saw Jackie and Allen leave as he
had his arm around her. Her friends, Trina and Cherie, followed
behind them, but Willow wasn’t with them. No more than a minute
later, she saw Sloan walk out of the club with Willow, and Willow
got into his car and they left together. She shook her head, but
tried not to think too much of it. Five minutes had gone by, and
Taylor and Hunter left the club with their friends. Taylor and
Hunter got into his car and they drove out of the parking lot. More
people came out as it was clear that the club was closed. She
waited to see if Felicity would walk out, but Reamer walked out
instead with Joe, as Audrey and her friends tagged behind them. She
watched as Reamer and Joe got into Joe’s car and then left, and
Audrey and her friends got into Audrey’s car and left as well.

The parking lot was practically empty. Erin
got back out of her car and walked back inside the club and asked
could she talk to Carson. One of the bouncers went to go get
him.

“Hey, Erin. What’s going on? I thought you
would’ve left by now,” Carson said.

“Carson, I can’t find
Felicity. I haven’t seen her in over
three
hours
and she’s not answering her phone.
She usually always gets back to me in minutes. I looked all in here
and everywhere outside for her and I don’t see her!” she said,
trying not to sound like she was in a panic.

“Calm down, Erin. Knowing her, she probably
went off with some guy that she just met here since she’s done that
before, right?”

“No, she hasn’t,” she replied. “If she would
leave this club with a guy, it would be to go to his car or hers
out in the parking lot and she wouldn’t be gone longer than an hour
and she would never leave with him because she always tells me that
she likes to stay in the club parking lot.”

“Well, maybe this time she decided to
venture off somewhere with someone. She’ll turn up soon, Erin.
Unfortunately, you’ll have to wait outside for her because we gotta
clean up in here since we’re closed now.”

She sighed. “Okay,” she said, and then
walked back outside and got into her car.

Fifteen minutes went by, and now the club
parking lot was empty. Everyone was gone except for the people who
worked here. Erin was getting really distraught as she tried once
again to call Felicity and still, no answer. Trying her best to
assume that she did in fact leave with some guy from here and just
lost track of time, she decided to leave the club. She called
Felicity at every stoplight and stop sign, as well as texted her,
and got nothing in return. She decided to go by her house to see if
Felicity decided to have who she left the club with drop her off at
her house and forgot to call her to tell her about it. She slowly
drove by Felicity’s house, and the light to her bedroom was off, so
she knew she wasn’t home. She looked to her right up at Taylor’s
room, and saw that his light was off as well, so she knew that he
hadn’t made it home yet since he was at the club tonight and saw
him leave with Hunter and his friends at closing time. She wanted
to ask Felicity’s parents had she called them in the past few
hours, but knew that they were probably sleeping so she didn’t want
to bother them. She let out a huge sigh and went home with the
hopes that Felicity would call her in the morning, and she was
prepared to really cuss her out when she did.

Chapter 15

E
rin
doesn’t sleep the night before since she hadn’t heard from or seen
Felicity. She checked Felicity’s social media pages and noticed
that she hadn’t been active on them since she was at the club last
night. She tried to call her again; no answer. She texted her
again; no answer. Suddenly, her phone rang. “Felicity?”

“No, Erin, this is Catherine. Have you seen
or talked to Felicity?”

Erin sighed. “Not since last night at the
club.”

“Did you drop her off here last night?”

Erin paused. “No, I didn’t. She just told me
not to worry about how she got a ride home last night because she
was talking to some guys at the club and that she would get a ride
from one of them,” she lied, since she didn’t know what else to say
because Felicity never told her that, although she did see her
talking to a lot of guys at the club that she didn’t know, but this
is what she did all the time so it was nothing unusual.

Catherine shook her head. “Okay, so, do you
know who these guys are?”

“No, I don’t, Mrs. Gains,” Erin said.

Catherine let out a big sigh. “Well, we’ve
tried calling her and texting her and she hasn’t returned any of
our calls or texts. Has she tried to call you or have you tried to
call her?”

“Yes, I have, and I haven’t been able to
contact her, either. I just think she’s at someone’s house or
something and she lost track of time.”

“The only house she’s allowed to be at is
yours or her own around this time of the day,” Catherine said,
since it was early in the morning.

“I know, Mrs. Gains,” Erin said. “I’ll let
you know the second she calls me, and I’ll tell her to call you
right away.”

“Be sure you do,” Catherine said.

Erin sighed as she hung up
the phone since she honestly didn’t know Felicity’s whereabouts,
and had to pretend to Catherine that she did know. Suddenly, a
chime came in on her phone indicating that she received a text . .
.
it was Felicity
!
Hey, Erin. I’m okay so don’t
worry.
She immediately texted back.
Felicity! Where the fuck R U? I’ve been worried
sick since last night about U! Call your mom right now because
she’s worried about you! DO IT NOW!!!
She
sent the text and waited for her to answer.
I’ll do it right now,
Felicity texted
back.
